一种医用脂质体软膏,选用由卵磷脂、胆固醇构成的脂质体、由氨基酸(或天然蛋白水解物)、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐组成的营养物质、水溶性天然高分子材料为基质加工而成,可有效保护创面,促进创面愈合,应用范围广,使用效果明显,创面平均愈合时间比现有技术缩短2-7天,具有较大的实施价值和社会经济效益。

Description

医用脂质体软膏
本发明属于软膏,尤其是医用脂质体软膏,适用于诸如烧伤、烫伤、冻伤、皮肤溃疡、手术伤口及其他创伤的创面保护、促进创面愈合的场合。
烧伤、烫伤、冻伤、皮肤溃疡及其他创伤均会形成各种伤面,使机体失去天然屏障,机体免疫功能也受到抑制,同时会引发其它疾病。如何有效地保护创面、促进创面愈合一直是国内外专家学者致力研究和关注的热点。在本发明作出之前,现有技术的创面覆盖物有传统型、生物型和合成型三大类,创面覆盖物的作用主要是防止创面感染和细菌再次侵入深部组织,同时防止体液蛋白质及血浆蛋白质等从创面继续大量丢失,创造一个适合干基底细胞再生修复的环境,最终修复创面。传统型创面覆盖物是一类具有编织结构的材料,如纱布、敷伤巾等,该类创面覆盖物具有较高的吸液能力,防止局部积液,但容易与创面粘连,更换时易造成患者痛苦及二次损伤;生物型敷料主要由胶原膜构成的一些天然组织(通常为皮肤组织),其中含弹性蛋白及脂质,由于含有异源蛋白质,容易引起排斥反应和过敏反应;合成敷料为一些人造材料,如聚乙烯薄膜、海藻酸钙凝胶等,这些材料仅起物理保护功能,尚未能在细胞水平促进创面的愈合。
本发明的任务是克服现有技术的不足,利用细胞人工培养的原理,提供一种有效保护创面、促进创面愈合的医用脂质体软膏。
一种医用脂质体较膏,包含有脂质体、营养物质、基质,脂质体由卵磷脂、胆固醇所构成,营养物质由氨基酸、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐或由天然蛋白水解物、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐所组成,基质为水溶性天然高分子材料,如海藻酸钠、卡巴浦尔、甘油明胶、纤维素衍生物,该医用脂质体软膏各组分重量百分组成(重量%)为:卵磷脂2-10,胆固醇0.3-4,氨基酸或天然蛋白水解物0.2-7,葡萄糖2-8,维生素1-3,无机盐1-3,水溶性天然高分子材料2-10,其余重量组分为水。
实施例1:
实施例1为医用脂质体软膏各组分配方的三个实例。在以下三个实例中,该医用脂质体软膏各组分配方的重量百分组成(重量%)分别为:

实施例2:
实施例2为医用脂质体软膏制备方法的一个实例。(1)取上述配方中的卵磷脂、胆固醇溶于氯仿中,旋转蒸发成脂质体膜;(2)取上述配方中的氨基酸、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐(如氯化钠)营养物质在搅拌下加入元菌水制成营养液;(3)将(2)制得的营养液倒入(1)制得的脂质体膜中,搅拌乳化形成包含营养物质的脂质体,搅拌速度为5000rpm(4)取上述配方中的基质水溶性天然高分子材料如海藻酸钠溶于无菌水中,加入(3)制得的包含营养物质的脂质体,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌速度为4000rpm,使脂质体均匀分散在基质中,即制得医用脂质体软膏。
实施例3:
实施例3为医用脂质体软膏实际应用的二个实例。
选择残余烧伤创面,先以盐水洗净后,涂上医用脂质体软膏,外盖纱布,每天换药一次,能明显促进上皮生长,加速创面愈合。
选择外科伤口,先清洁伤口创面,涂上医用脂质体软膏,外盖纱布,每日换药一次,感染伤口应与抗生素联合应用,医用脂质体软膏一方面保护创面,另一方面直接参与该部位细胞的修复,可以明显缩短伤口愈合时间。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和效果:(1)该软膏适用于不同形状和深度的创面,使用方便;(2)脂质体具有类似细胞膜的结构,与创面相容性好,可通过膜融合、吸附、脂质交换、胞饮等方式将脂质体包装的营养物质提供给创面细胞,为创细胞的分裂增生提供了能量和基材,加速创面愈合;(3)本品为纯天然物质组成,无刺激性,无抗原性;(4)基质为水溶性天然高分子材料,如海藻酸钠等,可为表皮细胞的迁移、增殖铺垫了支架,有利于上皮组织的修复增生;(5)适用于各种创伤、烧伤、烫伤、皮肤溃疡、褥疮、冻疮、疤痕磨削伤及手术伤口的愈合,平均愈合时间比现有技术缩短2-7天,大大缩短了伤口愈合时间,具有较大的实施价值和显著的社会经济效益。

1、一种医用脂质体软膏,包含有脂质体、营养物质、基质,脂质体由卵磷脂、胆固醇所构成,营养物质由氨基酸、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐或由天然蛋白水解物、葡萄糖、维生素、无机盐所组成,基质为水溶性天然高分子材料,如海藻酸钠、卡巴浦尔、甘油明胶、纤维素衍生物,其特征是脂质体包封营养物质,然后分散在基质中,该医用脂质体软膏各组分重量百分组成(重量%)为:

葡萄糖                    2-8
