Description

本发明提供了一种理想的全息光栅夹层树脂透光玻璃,是属于一种新型装饰材料玻璃,可作玻璃幕墙和窗玻璃应用。
现有全息、光栅制品,其一种为热塑性树脂膜,采用热压痕工艺制成;一种为在玻璃上涂布感光材料,采用光学技术加工而成;还有最新技术为在玻璃上加有带光栅浮雕的交联型分子结构的树脂的制品。而这几种产品由于树脂或膜而材料的平整度无法把握,透视时观察物景将变形。
本发明的目的是提供一种透光玻璃材料,它能有效地使全息光栅技术与透光玻璃结合制成一种新型透光玻璃材料,既能使全息光栅玻璃有透视观察时物象不变形的性能,又能有全息光栅玻璃的光学反射效果。
全息光栅夹树脂透光玻璃的目的是这样实现的:用已制成的带有全息或光栅浮雕<2>的交联型分子结构的树脂的透明玻璃<1>上,镀一层由一定装饰图案组成的金属膜层<3>,再用一块平板玻璃<5>,在其中间加一层树脂层<4>,采用加热加压的工艺方法,即形成全息光栅夹树脂透光玻璃。

附图1为全息光栅树脂夹层玻璃的平面示意图。黑色部分为金属膜层组成的图案,白色部分为全透明夹层玻璃。
附图2为其金属膜层部分平面放入示意图,可见上面布满了间距为3微米的正形光栅,黑色为下凹浮雕。
附图3为其局部剖视图,由平板玻璃<1>、光栅浮雕树脂层<2>、金属膜层<3>、复合树脂层<4>、平板玻璃层<5>组成。

Claims (3)

  1. 本发明提供了一种新型幕墙及窗用玻璃,其既具有全息光栅玻璃的反射光学效果,又具有透视观察物象不变形的效果。
    1、全息光栅树脂夹层透光玻璃的特征在于其结构由透明平板玻璃<1>,紧附其上的带有全息光栅浮雕的交联型分子结构的树脂膜<2>,在光栅浮雕上有一层金属镀膜层组成的图案<3>,其后为一层粘合树脂<4>把一块透明平板玻璃<5>粘合在一起。
  2. 2、根据权项1所述的全息光栅树脂夹层透光玻璃,其特征在于:在平板玻璃<1>后面的光栅浮雕上金属镀膜<3>层,可以是局部镀金属层而组成的图案的结构,也可以控制金属膜层的厚度,在结构上形成整个光栅上镀一层可透视的金属膜层。
  3. 3、根据权项1所述的全息光栅树脂夹层透明玻璃,其特征在于两块平板透明玻璃<1>、<5>中也可以采用一或二块热反射透光镀膜玻璃来制作。
