技术领域
本发明涉及电子元器件技术领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃外壳及具有该玻璃外壳的电子产品。
背景技术
搭载有触摸屏的智能手机、手表等电子产品的普及,使得各厂商争相推出具有差异化的产品,以期吸引消费者。目前市场上出现的一个亮点,就是将电子产品的外壳设计成曲面。具有曲面设计的电子产品可以与使用者的手更好的贴合,提升握持和操控的舒适度。若是手表外壳设计成曲面,还可与手腕更好的配合,提升佩戴的舒适性。并且曲面设计的显示用外壳,其显示的内容更具有立体感,从而可提升观感效果。玻璃由于更具有质感,使得其作为电子产品的外壳材料更受欢迎。但是电子产品的玻璃外壳,特别是设计成凸曲面的情况下,容易因意外跌落而导致碎裂。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对电子产品玻璃外壳容易碎裂的问题,提供一种能分散应力、提升强度的玻璃外壳及具有该玻璃外壳的电子产品。
一种玻璃外壳,包括内表面,与内表面间隔的外表面,以及连接外表面和内表面的侧周面,所述内表面和外表面之间的距离为0.2~1.0mm,所述内表面和外表面均具有一中心轴,所述内表面以内表面的中心轴为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的内曲面,所述外表面以外表面的中心轴为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的外曲面,所述内曲面、外曲面的半径为50~1000mm,所述玻璃外壳的高度为0.5~5mm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内曲面和外曲面的半径相等。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内曲面和外曲面的圆弧对应的圆心角为C,其中60°<C<180°。
在其中一个实施例中,所述玻璃外壳的正投影为一长方形,所述正投影的长为50~500mm,宽为30~300mm。
在其中一个实施例中,还设有穿透所述内表面和外表面的第一光孔和第二光孔,所述第一光孔和第二光孔的中心的正投影落在所述内表面或外表面的中心轴上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内表面附着有至少一装饰层,所述装饰层由油墨印刷方式形成,油墨层厚度为5-40μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内表面附着有至少一装饰层,所述装饰层由装饰膜贴覆形成,所述装饰膜厚度为10-125μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个被强化而具有表面压应力层,所述表面压应力层的厚度为50-100μm,所述表面压应力层的压应力值为200-300Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤100Mpa。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个被强化而具有表面压应力层,所述表面压应力层的厚度为60-69μm,所述表面压应力层的压应力值为710-850Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤160Mpa。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个附着有抗反射层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外表面附着有抗指纹层,且所述抗指纹层的初始水滴角≥110°。
一种电子产品,包括上述任意一种的玻璃外壳。
上述玻璃外壳通过对结构参数的设计,可使所述电子产品的玻璃外壳的应力集中区域分散,提升整体强度,降低应力过于集中导致稍微受到外力撞击就发生破裂的风险。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3中所示,本发明一实施例提供的一种玻璃外壳,其可应用于智能手机等电子产品上,可作为手机等的显示面的外壳,也可作为手机等的背面的盖板。
所述玻璃外壳包括内表面101,与内表面101间隔的外表面102,以及连接外表面102和内表面101的侧周面(图未标)。
所述内表面101和外表面102之间的距离为0.2~1.0mm,也即所述玻璃外壳的厚度为0.2~1.0mm。
所述内表面101具有一中心轴103,所述内表面101沿该中心轴103呈对称设置。所述外表面102也具有一中心轴104,所述外表面102沿该中心轴104呈对称设置。
所述内表面101以内表面101的中心轴103为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的内曲面,所述外表面102以外表面102的中心轴104为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的外曲面,所述内曲面、外曲面的半径R为50~1000mm,所述玻璃外壳的高度H为0.5~5mm。
在一些实施例中,所述内曲面、外曲面的半径R相等,也即玻璃外壳的各处厚度均匀。如此可以更好的消除应力集中,提升整体强度。
所述玻璃外壳的高度H是指内表面101相对其中心轴103最远的两个平行侧边105、106所在的平面,与外表面102的中心轴104之间的距离。
本发明通过上述结构参数的设计,可使所述玻璃外壳的应力集中区域分散,提升整体强度,降低应力过于集中导致稍微受到外力撞击就发生破裂的风险。
在一些实施例中,呈圆弧的内表面101的两个平行侧边105、106与圆弧的圆心连线的夹角,也即内表面101所在圆弧对应的圆心角以C表示,其中60°<C<180°。外表面102的圆弧对应的圆心角C也满足60°<C<180°。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,所述玻璃外壳的正投影为大致一长方形,其中边角处形成圆角。呈长方形的所述正投影的长L为50~500mm,宽W为30~300mm。
在一些实施例中,所述的玻璃外壳还设有穿透所述内表面101和外表面102的第一光孔107和第二光孔108,所述第一光孔107和第二光孔108的中心的正投影落在所述内表面101或外表面102的中心轴103、104上。第一、第二光孔107、108均呈圆形,第一光孔107的直径大于第二光孔108的直径。在具体应用中,第一光孔107可以作为摄像头的取景孔,第二光孔108可以为红外感应光孔。
在一些实施例中,所述内表面101、外表面102中的至少一个附着有装饰层。装饰层可以为玻璃外壳进行着色,以使其具有更为美观的外表。装饰层可以通过油墨印刷或者贴合等方式形成在内表面101和/或外表面102上。当装饰层为油墨印刷方式形成时,油墨层厚度在5-40μm;当装饰层为装饰膜贴覆形成时,该装饰膜厚度为10-125μm,装饰膜可以是采用带基材的防爆膜丝印而成,也可以是直接在无基材胶层表面丝印而成。
在制作所述的玻璃外壳的过程中,可以对所述内表面101、外表面102中的至少一个进行强化处理,而使所述内表面101和/或外表面102具有表面压应力层。通常,在机械加工玻璃过程中,会不可避免地在玻璃表面边缘产生微裂纹,而这些微裂纹的存在会严重降低玻璃的强度,虽可通过抛光等物理加工方式减小微裂纹的尺寸,但进一步的化学强化处理会具有更好的效果。例如,可在一定温度下将玻璃浸入熔盐中,玻璃中的碱金属离子与熔盐中的碱金属离子因扩散而发生相互交换,从而在玻璃表面形成一定厚度的表面压应力层。因而所述表面压应力层并非额外的附着在表面上的层状结构,而是自玻璃表面向内的一定厚度范围内形成的加强层。表面压应力层使得裂纹不易扩展,因而提高了玻璃的强度。
在一些实施例中,通过一次强化处理,得到的表面压应力层的厚度为50-100μm,所述表面压应力层的压应力值为200-300Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤100Mpa。
在一些实施例中,还可经二次强化处理,得到的表面压应力层的厚度为60-69μm,也即在二次强化处理过程中,离子互换的深度比在一次强化处理过程中的离子互换深度小。所述表面压应力层的压应力值为710-850Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤160Mpa。通过多次强化处理可使表面压应力值提升,进而提升玻璃强度。但是表面压应力值提升的同时,中心张应力值也在提升,中心张应力过大将使玻璃自内向外破裂产生“自爆”,因而需要控制中心张应力值的大小,也就是说不能无限增大表面压应力值。
在一些实施例中,还可在所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个上附着形成抗反射层。抗反射层可以用蒸镀、溅镀等方式形成。
在一些实施例中,还可在所述外表面102上附着形成抗指纹层。所述抗指纹层的初始水滴角≥110°。所述抗指纹层的初始水滴角≥110°。所谓水滴角,是在固、液、气三相交界面处,气-液相界面与固-液相界面之间的夹角。水滴角越大,则抗指纹层的疏水性和抗污染性能越好。初始水滴角是指抗指纹层形成后未被使用和破坏的情况下测得的水滴角。随着抗指纹层的形成时间的延长以及磨损程度的增加,水滴角将会变小。
本发明还提供一种具有上述玻璃外壳的电子产品,所述电子产品可以是智能手机、平板电脑等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (12)
1.一种玻璃外壳,包括内表面,与内表面间隔的外表面,以及连接外表面和内表面的侧周面,其特征在于,所述内表面和外表面之间的距离为0.2~1.0mm,所述内表面和外表面均具有一中心轴,所述内表面以内表面的中心轴为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的内曲面,所述外表面以外表面的中心轴为中心向同侧弯曲形成圆弧的外曲面,所述内曲面、外曲面的半径为50~1000mm,所述玻璃外壳的高度为0.5~5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内曲面和外曲面的半径相等。
3.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内曲面和外曲面的圆弧对应的圆心角为C,其中60°<C<180°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述玻璃外壳的正投影为一长方形,所述正投影的长为50~500mm,宽为30~300mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,还设有穿透所述内表面和外表面的第一光孔和第二光孔,所述第一光孔和第二光孔的中心的正投影落在所述内表面或外表面的中心轴上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内表面附着有至少一装饰层,所述装饰层由油墨印刷方式形成,油墨层厚度为5-40μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内表面附着有至少一装饰层,所述装饰层由装饰膜贴覆形成,所述装饰膜厚度为10-125μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个被强化而具有表面压应力层,所述表面压应力层的厚度为50-100μm,所述表面压应力层的压应力值为200-300Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤100Mpa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个被强化而具有表面压应力层,所述表面压应力层的厚度为60-69μm,所述表面压应力层的压应力值为710-850Mpa,所述内表面和外表面之间的中心张应力值≤160Mpa。
10.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述内表面、外表面中的至少一个附着有抗反射层。
11.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃外壳,其特征在于,所述外表面附着有抗指纹层,且所述抗指纹层的初始水滴角≥110°。
12.一种电子产品,其特征在于包括权利要求1-11项中任意一项所述的玻璃外壳。
