Abstract

杂交水稻制种花期花时调节剂,由尿囊素、肌醇、叶酸、一水硼砂、一水硫酸镁组成。尿囊素占重量百分比13.33至40,肌醇3.38至60,叶酸6.67至16.67,一水硼砂10至20,一水硫酸镁10至20、能使开花日期不同的父母本,调节到同期开花,使母本提前到上午开始开花,达到父母本花时相遇。并且减少母本包颈,增加穗粒外露,增加颖花开颖角度,提高柱头外露率和活力,花时集中,缩短盛花时,从而大幅度提高种株受粉率和结实率。

杂交水稻制种花期花时调节剂
本发明涉及粉剂喷雾设备的专门配置或布置,特别适用于杂交水稻的制种。
父母本生育期的长短,除亲本生育特性外,还决定于生长过程的多种因素。往往导致父母本原定花期发生变动。父母本不同期开花,则导致制种失败而颗粒无收。再者即使父母花期相遇,同期开花,开花时间不同,父本一般开花在午前,而母本一般多在午后,两者开花相遇时间短、不集中,从而使受粉率和结实率低,影响制种产量的提高。故杂交水稻制种中的父母花期花时不遇,是长期困扰制种工作的技术难题。
本发明的目的在于向公众提供一种控制杂交水稻制种时使父母本
的花期花时良好相遇的调节剂。
本发明这样实现:由尿囊素(H6C4N4O3)、肌醇(H2C6O6)、叶酸(H14C6N7O6)、一水硼砂(Na2B4O7H2O)、一水硫酸镁(MgSO4H2O)组成。其组分的重量百分比是:
尿囊素H6C4N4O313.33至40(%)最佳为:26.27至36.67
肌醇H12C6O63.38至60 最佳为:23.33至33.33
叶酸H14C6N7O66.67至16.67 最佳为:3.33至10.00
一水硼砂Na2B4O7H2O 10.0至20.0 最佳为:16.67至20.0
一水硫酸镁MgSO4H2O10.0至20.0最佳为:13.33至16.67
要求硼砂和硫酸镁占原料的98%,硼砂Na2B4O7·10H2O硫酸镁MgSO4·7H2O,我们所需要的是硼与镁的阳离子。而商品的硼砂和硫酸镁都含有7和10个分子水。分子水含量多容易潮解变质。分别采用远红外烘烤,通过红外线能量激发分子水分子震动,削弱结合键力,尔后脱水。干燥贮存备用。
尿囊素是买广西植物研究所李舒养研制的技术,题为“3-尿基间二氮环茂烷二酮-2.5的生产工艺,(申请号88102396.5,公告于88.10.26第4卷43号),本厂用该技术自行生产。
肌醇H12C6O6、叶酸H14C6N7O6各农资门市部有销售。
将上述成份混合,研磨后过120目筛孔,即可分装成30克一包的产品。
本发明的优点:据安徽大学农学系、安徽种子公司的实验表明,适时喷施,能使母本提前开花,和父本开花期相遇;母本往往在下午可调至上午。并减少母本包颈,增柱头外露率。缩短盛花期,增大颖花角度,大幅度提高种株的受粉率,每亩可增产25千克至50千克。见下述表格:

上表2表明第二天进入盛花期,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ第二天开花速度快于CK,其中又以处理1的开花速度更快,在穗后第二天就开花过半,盛花期短而集中。

实施例作30千克的产品,取尿囊素11千克,肌醇6千克、叶酸2.5千克、一水硼砂5.5千克、一水硫酸镁5千克,充分混合并研磨,过120目的筛孔。分装成每包30克的产品。每包30克可供一亩喷施,喷施兑水1000倍,在晴朗的天气,每天上午9时喷施。母本不育系花时提早20~120分钟,开花集中在上午9时至12时,午前开花增加20%至45%,花期由原来9至12天,缩短到4至5天。

1、一种杂交水稻制种花期花时调节剂,有尿囊素、硼砂,其特征在于含有肌醇、叶酸和一水硫酸镁,其成份范围为:
尿囊素            13.33~40%     (重量)
肌醇              3.38~60%      (重量)
叶酸              6.67~16.7%    (重量)
一水硼砂          10.00~20%     (重量)
一水硫酸镁        10.00~20%     (重量)
各成分的总和为100%    (重量)
