Abstract

本发明涉及一种藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其包括座体、取纸滚轮、取纸机构以及扫描模块。座体具有容纳空间以及走纸槽,该走纸槽连通于该容纳空间,取纸滚轮可旋转地设置于该座体并位于该走纸槽与该容纳空间之间,取纸机构设置于该座体且邻近于该取纸滚轮,扫描模块可拆卸地设置于该容纳空间,其中当该扫描模块置入该容纳空间时,该取纸机构推压该取纸滚轮,当该扫描模块自该容纳空间移除时,解除该取纸机构对该取纸滚轮的推压。

藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置
技术领域
本发明有关于一种扫描装置,特别是有关于一种藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置。
背景技术
就已知的事务机器而言,通常需要设置压紧馈纸滚轮或垫片的机构,以便夹持纸张或文件来进行走纸,而卡纸是事务机器常见的状况,如果强制将纸张拉出,可能会发生纸张皱折或破损的情形。一般排除卡纸的方式是藉由掀开外盖或其它的方式释放该夹紧的机构而松开馈纸滚轮间的夹持或松开馈纸滚轮与垫片的夹持以便拉出纸张。
对于具有可分离模块的事务机器,例如可分离式的扫描机,由于其扫描模块本来就具有成可以分离使用的构造,因此可利用这样的构造来设计排除卡纸的机构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的事务机器需要掀开外盖来排除卡纸的缺陷,提供一种藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其扫描模块可以分离而成为手持式的扫描仪,利用扫描模块分离时松开取纸机构而藉此排除卡纸。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,提供一种藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置的一实施例包括座体、取纸滚轮、取纸机构以及扫描模块。座体具有容纳空间以及走纸槽,该走纸槽连通于该容纳空间,取纸滚轮可旋转地设置于该座体并位于该走纸槽与该容纳空间之间,取纸机构设置于该座体且邻近于该取纸滚轮,扫描模块可拆卸地设置于该容纳空间,其中当该扫描模块置入该容纳空间时,该取纸机构推压该取纸滚轮,当该扫描模块自该容纳空间移除时,解除该取纸机构对该取纸滚轮的推压。
在另一实施例中,该取纸机构枢设于该座体。
在另一实施例中,该取纸机构包括支架、本体以及延伸部。
在另一实施例中,该支架具有轴体并藉由该轴体枢设于该座体,该轴体设置于该本体,该延伸部自该本体延伸进入该容纳空间。
在另一实施例中,该支架更具有垫片以及弹性件,该弹性件设置于该本体,该垫片结合于该弹性件并朝向该取纸滚轮,当该扫描模块置入该容纳空间时,该扫描模块推压该延伸部而使该本体朝该取纸滚轮的方向摆动而使该弹性件产生形变以将该垫片推压于该取纸滚轮。
在另一实施例中,该弹性件包括弹性块,该弹性块设置于该本体。
在另一实施例中,该支架更具有固定件,将该垫片与该弹性件固定于该本体。
在另一实施例中,该支架更具有导引件,设置于该垫片与该弹性件之间,该导引件具有二导引片,平行于该垫片的两侧延伸。
另一实施例更包括托纸盘,设置于该座体并邻接于该走纸槽。
另一实施例更包括至少一走纸滚轮,设置于该容纳空间。
本发明的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置藉由可分离式的扫描模块在分离时使取纸机构与取纸滚轮松开而排除卡纸,如此不需要另外增加任何额外的组件即可达成排除卡纸的目的。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、2、3,其表示本发明的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置的一实施例。本发明的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置100包括座体10、扫描模块20、托纸盘30、取纸滚轮40、取纸机构50以及二组走纸滚轮60。
请参阅图3,座体10的顶面形成开口12,开口12下方形成容纳空间14,走纸槽16形成于座体10的后方侧壁并连通于容纳空间14,扫描模块20可经由开口12置入容纳空间14中,并藉由设置于开口12的边缘的一对定位件18而定位于容纳空间14中,将定位件18向两侧推压后,扫描模块20可以自容纳空间14取出,在本实施例中,扫描模块20为手持式扫描仪,自座体10取出后也可以单独使用对文件进行扫描。托纸盘30设置于座体10的后方侧壁并邻接于走纸槽16,取纸滚轮40设置于座体10中并位于走纸槽16与容纳空间14之间,而且取纸滚轮40邻近于托纸盘30设置,取纸机构50设置于座体10中并位于走纸槽16与容纳空间14之间,取纸机构50邻近于取纸滚轮40设置,二组走纸滚轮60设置于容纳空间14中。
托纸盘30可放置多张希望扫描的文件,取纸滚轮40与取纸机构50可以将多张文件做分页,使多张文件可以一张张地进行扫描。在进行扫描时,每张文件由托纸盘30经由走纸槽16由取纸滚轮40输送并通过取纸滚轮40与取纸机构50之间,而进入容纳空间14中并通过扫描模块20的下方进行扫描,同时由设置于容纳空间14中的走纸滚轮60输送而经由出纸槽15离开藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置100。
文件在输送时是由取纸滚轮40与取纸机构50所夹持,当发生卡纸的情况时,只要解除取纸滚轮40与取纸机构50对文件的夹持,就能够将文件自藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置100抽出而排除卡纸的问题,本发明利用扫描模块20置入容纳空间14时推压取纸机构50,而使取纸机构50推压于取纸滚轮40以夹持文件,发生卡纸时,直接将扫描模块20自座体10分离,解除取纸机构50对取纸滚轮40的推压而排除卡纸。以下先说明取纸机构50的构造。
请参阅图4、5,其表示本发明的取纸机构50。取纸机构50包括支架51、弹性件52、导引件53、间隔件54、垫片55以及固定件56。支架51具有本体512、一对轴体514以及延伸部516,轴体514设置于本体512的两侧,延伸部516自本体512朝外部延伸,支架51藉由轴体514枢接于座体10,本体512更具有安装面518,安装面518与延伸部516设置于本体512相反的两侧,当支架51安装于座体10时,延伸部516可延伸进入容纳空间14中,而安装面518则朝向取纸滚轮40,在安装面518上形成两个凸台511,在每个凸台511上设置定位销513,两凸台511相隔一距离而形成卡合槽515。弹性件52设置于安装面518,导引件53、间隔件54以及垫片55藉由定位销513依序定位于凸台511,固定件56具有止挡部562以及卡合片564,止挡部562与卡合片564平行设置,藉由卡合片564卡合于卡合槽515而使固定件56固定于支架51,藉此使固定件56的止挡部562将导引件53、间隔件54与垫片55止挡于凸台511,同时也将弹性件52定位于安装面518。
接着说明本发明的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置100如何排除卡纸。请回到图3,当扫描模块20置入容纳空间14时,扫描模块20推压取纸机构50的延伸部516,使支架51朝取纸滚轮40摆动而使垫片55压接于取纸滚轮40同时使弹性件52产生形变,并藉由弹性件52的弹性变形所产生既定的作用力推压垫片55而使垫片55压接于取纸滚轮40,而使被扫描的文件一张张地由垫片55与取纸滚轮50之间通过。垫片55以具有摩擦力的材质制成并与取纸滚轮40对所传送的文件纸张提供一定的摩擦力以便于传送文件。导引件53在两侧各具有导引片532,此导引片532用于进行单张走纸时或是剩下最后一张纸时,可以将单张的文件顺利地导引至垫片55与取纸滚轮40之间,当然多张纸时也是可以利用导引片532顺利加以导引。当发生卡纸的情况时,只要将扫描模块20自容纳空间14取出,如第6、7、8图所示,此时由于推压延伸部516的构造及力量被解除,使垫片55与取纸滚轮40之间的推压被解除,原本被夹持于垫片55与取纸滚轮40之间的文件可以轻易地被抽出而排除卡纸。
本发明的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置100藉由可分离式的扫描模块20在分离时使取纸机构50与取纸滚轮40松开而排除卡纸,如此不需要另外增加任何额外的组件即可达成排除卡纸的目的。

Claims (10)

1.一种藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,包括:
座体,具有容纳空间以及走纸槽,该走纸槽连通于该容纳空间;
取纸滚轮,可旋转地设置于该座体并位于该走纸槽与该容纳空间之间;
取纸机构,设置于该座体且邻近于该取纸滚轮;以及
扫描模块,可拆卸地设置于该容纳空间,其中当该扫描模块置入该容纳空间时,该取纸机构推压该取纸滚轮,当该扫描模块自该容纳空间移除时,解除该取纸机构对该取纸滚轮的推压。
2.如权利要求1所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该取纸机构枢设于该座体。
3.如权利要求2所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该取纸机构包括支架、本体以及延伸部。
4.如权利要求3所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该支架具有轴体并藉由该轴体枢设于该座体,该轴体设置于该本体,该延伸部自该本体延伸进入该容纳空间。
5.如权利要求4所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该支架更具有垫片以及弹性件,该弹性件设置于该本体,该垫片结合于该弹性件并朝向该取纸滚轮,当该扫描模块置入该容纳空间时,该扫描模块推压该延伸部而使该本体朝该取纸滚轮的方向摆动而使该弹性件产生形变以将该垫片推压于该取纸滚轮。
6.如权利要求5所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该弹性件包括弹性块,该弹性块设置于该本体。
7.如权利要求5所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该支架更具有固定件,将该垫片与该弹性件固定于该本体。
8.如权利要求5所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,该支架更具有导引件,设置于该垫片与该弹性件之间,该导引件具有二导引片,平行于该垫片的两侧延伸。
9.如权利要求1至8项中任一所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,更包括托纸盘,设置于该座体并邻接于该走纸槽。
10.如权利要求1至8项中任一所述的藉由可分离式机构来松开卡纸的扫描装置,其特征在于,更包括至少一走纸滚轮,设置于该容纳空间。
