本发明涉及太阳能电池板检查辅助设备领域,具体为一种太阳能电池板翻转装置,其能够方便实现背面的质量检查,降低劳动强度,提高效率,其包括底座、侧部支架和上部支架,所述底座上安装有导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块滑动安装有支座,所述支座上通过旋转轴安装有翻转架,所述翻转架背面设置有真空吸盘,所述翻转架正面设置有两个下端铰接座,所述侧部支架上通过侧部铰接座设置有倾斜布置的推动气缸,所述推动气缸的活塞杆铰接连接一个所述下端铰接座,所述上部支架上设置有上端铰接座,所述上端铰接座与另一个所述下端铰接座通过连杆连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池板检查辅助设备领域,具体为一种太阳能电池板翻转装置。
背景技术
目前太阳能组件在生产过程中需要进行背面的目视检查以确定组件是否合格,现在大部分企业采用人工进行翻转后移出生产线进行背面质量检查,检查后再放回生产线,该工作劳动强度大工作效率低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种太阳能电池板翻转装置,其能够方便实现背面的质量检查,降低劳动强度,提高效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种太阳能电池板翻转装置,其特征在于,其包括底座、侧部支架和上部支架,所述底座上安装有导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块滑动安装有支座,所述支座上通过旋转轴安装有翻转架,所述翻转架背面设置有真空吸盘,所述翻转架正面设置有两个下端铰接座,所述侧部支架上通过侧部铰接座设置有倾斜布置的推动气缸,所述推动气缸的活塞杆铰接连接一个所述下端铰接座,所述上部支架上设置有上端铰接座,所述上端铰接座与另一个所述下端铰接座通过连杆连接。
其进一步特征在于,所述支座通过两个所述滑块连接所述导轨。
采用本发明的结构后,太阳能电池板正面吸附于翻转架的背面,通过推动气缸推动翻转架,支座在导轨上向前移动,由于连杆的存在,翻转架会绕着旋转轴向上翻转,使太阳能电池板的背面向上翻起,方便的实现了背面的质量检查,降低了劳动强度,提高效率。

见图1所示,一种太阳能电池板翻转装置,其包括底座1、侧部支架2和上部支架3,底座1上安装有导轨4,导轨4上通过两个滑块5滑动安装有支座6,支座6上通过旋转轴7安装有翻转架8,翻转架8背面设置有真空吸盘,翻转架8正面设置有两个下端铰接座9,侧部支架2上通过侧部铰接座10设置有倾斜布置的推动气缸11,推动气缸11的活塞杆铰接连接一个下端铰接座9,上部支架3上设置有上端铰接座12,上端铰接座12与另一个下端铰接座9通过连杆13连接。

1.一种太阳能电池板翻转装置,其特征在于,其包括底座、侧部支架和上部支架,所述底座上安装有导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块滑动安装有支座,所述支座上通过旋转轴安装有翻转架,所述翻转架背面设置有真空吸盘,所述翻转架正面设置有两个下端铰接座,所述侧部支架上通过侧部铰接座设置有倾斜布置的推动气缸,所述推动气缸的活塞杆铰接连接一个所述下端铰接座,所述上部支架上设置有上端铰接座,所述上端铰接座与另一个所述下端铰接座通过连杆连接。
