本发明公开了耐热型漆包线,它包括导电线芯(1),导电线芯(1)外表面包覆设置有环氧树脂层(2),环氧树脂层(2)外表面从内向外依次包覆设置有聚氨酯层(3)、聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)和绝缘层(5);所述聚氨酯层(3)和聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)之间设置有纤维层(6),纤维层(6)包括两根螺旋连接在聚氨酯层(3)外表面上的玻璃纤维,两根玻璃纤维的螺旋旋向相反。本发明不仅能够提高连接稳定性和耐热性,还具有机械强度高、散热效果好和使用寿命长的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆包线,特别是一种耐热型漆包线。
背景技术
漆包线在电工领域中的应用非常广泛,一般现有的漆包线包括导电线芯和绝缘层构成;工作时,通过导电线芯进行导电,同时通过绝缘层起到绝缘的效果,提高漆包线在使用时的安全性。但是,漆包线在使用时会产生较大的热量,特别是应用于电流较大、电压较大的场合时,容易出现过热烧坏的情况,耐热性不理想且使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐热型漆包线。本发明不仅能够提高耐热性,还具有使用寿命长的优点。
本发明的技术方案:耐热型漆包线,包括导电线芯,导电线芯外表面包覆设置有环氧树脂层,环氧树脂层外表面从内向外依次包覆设置有聚氨酯层、聚酰胺酰亚胺层和绝缘层;所述聚氨酯层和聚酰胺酰亚胺层之间设置有纤维层,纤维层包括两根螺旋连接在聚氨酯层外表面上的玻璃纤维,两根玻璃纤维的螺旋旋向相反。
前述的耐热型漆包线中,所述纤维层内设有多个散热网孔,散热网孔位于两根玻璃纤维之间。
前述的耐热型漆包线中,所述聚酰胺酰亚胺层的外表面和绝缘层的内表面均设有锯齿结构,聚酰胺酰亚胺层外表面的锯齿结构和绝缘层内表面的锯齿结构相互咬合连接。
前述的耐热型漆包线中,所述导电线芯的直径为0.685mm~0.875mm,环氧树脂层的厚度为0.004mm~0.006mm,纤维层的厚度为0.035mm~0.045mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm,聚酰胺酰亚胺层的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了现有的漆包线结构,通过设置环氧树脂层连接聚氨酯层和导电线性,提高连接稳定性;通过设置聚氨酯层和聚酰胺酰亚胺层,提高了耐热性,避免过热烧坏的情况发生,延长了使用寿命;通过设置玻璃纤维构成的纤维层,提高了机械强度和绝缘性,并进一步提高了耐热性,还能够提高聚氨酯层和聚酰胺酰亚胺层之间的连接稳定性。此外,本发明在纤维层上设有散热网孔,进一步提高散热效果,进一步防止过热烧坏,延长了使用寿命;通过锯齿结构的咬合连接,提高了聚酰胺酰亚胺层和绝缘层之间的连接稳定性。因此,本发明不仅能够提高连接稳定性和耐热性,还具有机械强度高、散热效果好和使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。耐热型漆包线,构成如图1、2所示,包括导电线芯1,导电线芯1外表面包覆设置有环氧树脂层2,环氧树脂层2外表面从内向外依次包覆设置有聚氨酯层3、聚酰胺酰亚胺层4和绝缘层5;所述聚氨酯层3和聚酰胺酰亚胺层4之间设置有纤维层6,纤维层6包括两根螺旋连接在聚氨酯层3外表面上的玻璃纤维,两根玻璃纤维的螺旋旋向相反。
所述纤维层6内设有多个散热网孔,散热网孔6位于两根玻璃纤维之间,散热网孔6由两根玻璃纤维交叉形成,所述聚酰胺酰亚胺层4的外表面和绝缘层5的内表面均设有锯齿结构7,聚酰胺酰亚胺层4外表面的锯齿结构7和绝缘层5内表面的锯齿结构7相互咬合连接。所述导电线芯1的直径为0.685mm~0.875mm,环氧树脂层2的厚度为0.004mm~0.006mm,纤维层6的厚度为0.035mm~0.045mm,聚氨酯层3的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm,聚酰胺酰亚胺层4的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm。
使用时,通过环氧树脂层2的粘接性,两个分别粘接导电线性1和聚氨酯层3,通过纤维层6连接聚氨酯层3和聚酰胺酰亚胺层4,通过锯齿结构7连接聚酰胺酰亚胺层4和绝缘层5;聚氨酯层3、聚酰胺酰亚胺层4和纤维层6均能提高整体的耐热性,纤维层6上的散热网孔还能提高散热效果。

1.耐热型漆包线,其特征在于:包括导电线芯(1),导电线芯(1)外表面包覆设置有环氧树脂层(2),环氧树脂层(2)外表面从内向外依次包覆设置有聚氨酯层(3)、聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)和绝缘层(5);所述聚氨酯层(3)和聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)之间设置有纤维层(6),纤维层(6)包括两根螺旋连接在聚氨酯层(3)外表面上的玻璃纤维,两根玻璃纤维的螺旋旋向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热型漆包线,其特征在于:所述纤维层(6)内设有多个散热网孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐热型漆包线,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)的外表面和绝缘层(5)的内表面均设有锯齿结构(7),聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)外表面的锯齿结构(7)和绝缘层(5)内表面的锯齿结构(7)相互咬合连接。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的耐热型漆包线,其特征在于:所述导电线芯(1)的直径为0.685mm~0.875mm,环氧树脂层(2)的厚度为0.004mm~0.006mm,纤维层(6)的厚度为0.035mm~0.045mm,聚氨酯层(3)的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm,聚酰胺酰亚胺层(4)的厚度为0.038mm~0.048mm。
