Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐冲击潜水泵,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,螺杆轴后端插入该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,螺杆腔体的上部沿周壁开设环形槽,环形槽与调压腔通之间通过管路连通。本发明将螺杆泵前端的水压引入至螺杆轴的后端,将螺杆轴向上推,来对抗螺杆所受到的强大的后坐力,使螺杆轴的受力较为平衡,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水泵,属于径向流动非变容式流体泵技术领域。
背景技术
潜水泵通常包含泵体、电机、叶轮;所述泵体上设置有进水口、出水口;电机启动带动叶轮转动,带动水从进水口进入,然后从出水口排出,水流通道是通过泵体内部的中空部分形成的通道。
潜水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。
据申请人了解,在水中含有相当多的泥砂时,潜水泵的使用寿命往往不是取决于电机质量而是取决于水泵过流零件(如叶轮、泵盖)的耐泥砂磨损能力。
针对潜水泵而言,原材料成本及加工成本的综合,是不能不考虑的因素。基于这一条件,采用低成本,探求提高潜水电泵过流零件抗砂磨损性能的途径,是值得重视的一项课题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种低成本且耐磨和耐冲击的耐磨耐冲击潜水泵。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种耐磨耐冲击潜水泵,包括泵体、设于泵体内的电机和叶轮,所述泵体上设置泵盖,所述泵盖上制有出水管,所述电机输出轴朝下伸出且与叶轮中心轴固连,所述出水管包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,所述金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,所述金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,所述陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内,所述陶瓷体位于所述金属基板外圆柱面的一端制为蜂窝状。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:1)由于出水管包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,通过金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,制作出水管时,可以将陶瓷体设于安装孔上,出水管外部的浇铸层通过安装孔流入出水管内部,将陶瓷体牢固固定在圆管形的出水管上,使得出水管内部耐磨,成本低;2)由于陶瓷体位于金属基板外圆柱面的一端制为蜂窝状,使得出水管耐冲击。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述浇铸层上涂有树脂层。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述浇铸层含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C:3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu:0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe和不可避免的夹杂元素。
锑:Sb熔点630℃ ,它是促进珠光体形成元素,对薄壁铸件,可使组织完全珠光体化,且对不同壁厚基体组织差异极微,壁厚敏感性明显减少。具有较大熔化潜热,加入0.04~0.08%含量的 Sb,明显细化宏观组织,在部分微区形成温度起伏,引起析出石墨核心,可细化石墨。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过在浇铸层内加入微量的Sb和Cu,生产成本低廉,耐磨性能好,使得潜水泵在水中工作使用寿命提高明显。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述安装孔是锥形安装孔,所述陶瓷体是对应所述安装孔的锥形陶瓷体。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的耐磨耐冲击潜水泵,如图1和图2所示,包括泵体1、设于泵体1内的电机2和叶轮3。泵体1上设置泵盖4,泵盖4上制有出水管5。电机2输出轴朝下伸出且与叶轮3中心轴固连。
出水管5包括圆管形的金属基板51和陶瓷体52,金属基板51制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔53,金属基板51外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层54。陶瓷体52设于浇铸层54和安装孔53内。陶瓷体52位于金属基板51外圆柱面的一端制为蜂窝状。
本实施例的浇铸层上涂有树脂层55。
本实施例的浇铸层54含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C:3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu:0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe和不可避免的夹杂元素。
本实施例的安装孔53是锥形安装孔,陶瓷体52是对应所述安装孔53的锥形陶瓷体。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种耐磨耐冲击潜水泵,包括泵体、设于泵体内的电机和叶轮,所述泵体上设置泵盖,所述泵盖上制有出水管,电机输出轴朝下伸出且与叶轮中心轴固连,其特征在于:所述出水管包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,所述金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,所述金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,所述陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内,所述陶瓷体位于所述金属基板外圆柱面的一端制为蜂窝状;
所述浇铸层上涂有树脂层;
所述浇铸层含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C:3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu:0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe;
所述安装孔是锥形安装孔,所述陶瓷体是对应所述安装孔的锥形陶瓷体。
