背景技术
纺织品作为高附加值商品,往往要求具有色深的高档感。目前,由于合成纤维具有强度大,耐磨性能好,成本低的优点,产量逐年增长;而合成纤维中的氨纶(拉架)、尼龙等染色时普遍存在的问题且难以解决的技术难点是上色不足、上色率低、染色后色差大、有色斑及条状疵病产生,并且染色后织物纤维的光泽度以及染色后的色牢度不理想,染色强度以及抗干湿摩擦牢固度、耐晒牢固度难以达到理想效果。这是由于聚酯纤维有着特殊的镜面光泽,当光照射到其表面时,大量的入射光会反射,仅一小部分入射光折射到纤维内部被染料所吸收,成为着色光。因此染整行业极需一种更有效的氨纶、尼龙染色增深剂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种纤维染色增深剂及其制备方法。特别是应用于氨纶和尼龙纤维中的染色增深剂,能有效提高染色效果。

步骤1、将原料中的乳化剂、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,再加入配方中50%的去离子水,再加入酸、尿素搅拌;
步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再按配方顺序加入其余原料搅拌1小时;
步骤3、搅拌完成后静置,过滤出料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明对氨纶(拉架)、尼龙上色效果极好,并可降低10-15%的成本。
本发明产品不含甲醛、不含APEO、不含有机溶剂、不含重金属离子,且无过敏、致畸、致突变、致癌作用,对人体无毒副作用,符合欧盟OeKo-TEX Standard 100标准要求,和REACH标准要求,符合ZDHC要求,采用环保原料,对人类及生态环境都有保护作用。

步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再依次加入10.0%脂肪胺醚、8.0%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、8.0%脂肪胺醇醚、6.5%丙三醇搅拌1小时;
步骤3、搅拌完成后静置,过滤出料。

步骤1、将3.0%AEO3、2.0%油醇聚氧乙烯醚类、15.0%脂肪仲胺依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,再加入配方中50%的去离子水,再加入5.0%醋酸,3.0%尿素搅拌;
步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再依次加入18.0%脂肪胺醚、3.0%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、8.0%脂肪胺醇、5.0%PEG200、1.0%PG400搅拌1小时;
步骤3、搅拌完成后静置,过滤出料。

步骤1、将5.0%油醇聚氧乙烯醚类、20.0%脂肪胺仲胺依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,再加入配方中50%的去离子水,再加入6.0%柠檬酸,3.0%尿素搅拌;
步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再依次加入15.0%脂肪胺醚、3.0%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、10.0%脂肪胺醇醚、6.0%PEG400;搅拌1小时;

步骤1、将4.0%油醇聚氧乙烯醚类、19.5%脂肪胺仲胺依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,再加入配方中50%的去离子水,再加入6.0%盐酸,3.0%尿素搅拌;
步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再依次加入21.0%脂肪胺醚、8.0%脂肪胺醇醚、5.0%PEG400搅拌1小时;
步骤3、搅拌完成后静置,过滤出料。
本发明制备所得的产品,外观为微黄色透明液体;1%水溶液pH值为7.5±1.0;固含量10.0-80.0%,常温易溶于水,室温存放两年性能稳定。

为进一步验证本发明效果,以下为染色效果对比测试:
实验测试1:
选用本发明实施例1中的纤维染色增深剂作为实验组,市售同类产品作为对照组,在其余条件均相同的情况下对氨纶布料进行染色,其染色效果如附图1中所示:图中B为实验组,A为对照组。
结果显示,对于氨纶布料,实验组(B)比对照组(A)上色率高50%左右。
实验测试2:
选用本发明实施例1中的纤维染色增深剂作为实验组,市售同类产品作为对照组,在其余条件均相同的情况下对纱线进行染色,其染色效果如附图2-3中所示。其中图2为对照组染色效果图;图3为实验组染色效果;具体为:
(1)D和F作为一组对尼龙纱线的染色效果对比。
结果显示,实验组(F)添加本发明用量为2%,比对照组(D)上色率高上色率高15%左右。
(2)C和E作为一组对氨纶纱线的染色效果对比。
结果显示,实验组(E)添加本发明用量为2%,染色后纱线没有出现色差、色斑,而对照组(C)染色后纱线有1%的色差和2%的色斑出现。而实验组(E)比对照组(C)的上色率要高50%左右。
综上可见,本发明的的染色增深剂,能有效提高染色效果,大大降低染色后的色差和色斑问题。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为AEO3-10、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚类、油醇聚氧乙烯醚类、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、失水山梨醇脂肪酯类、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐硬脂酸酯类、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪胺类为仲胺、伯胺、叔胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪胺衍生物为脂肪胺醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺醇醚、羟乙基化脂肪酸胺衍生物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇类为丙三醇、聚乙二醇类、二甘醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂,其特征在于,所述酸为柠檬酸、醋酸、盐酸、硫酸中的至少一种。
8.一种权利要求1或2所述的纤维染色增深剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1、将原料中的乳化剂、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,再加入配方中50%的去离子水,再加入酸、尿素搅拌;
步骤2、反应慢慢升温到70-80℃时保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃时称取配方中余下的50%水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟,再按配方顺序加入其余原料搅拌1小时;
步骤3、搅拌完成后静置,过滤出料。
