Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,它包括组分A和组分B,组分A为机羧酸和渗透剂的混合物水溶液,有机羧酸为柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸和乙酸中的一种或多种,有机羧酸的质量百分含量为5%~20%,渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、α‑烯基磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠和氨基磺酸钠中的一种或多种,渗透剂的质量百分含量不超过5%;组分B主要是发泡剂和活性剂的混合物水溶液,发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种的组合,发泡剂的质量百分含量为5%~8%,活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种,活性剂的质量百分含量不超过3%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速高效的汽车三元催化器清洗剂,属于汽车三元催化器清洗领域。
背景技术
在我国,汽车尾气净化是解决尾气排放污染的最有效方法。汽车尾气净化器的使用,有效改善了尾气对大气的污染,但在使用中却也暴露出了不少问题,其中广受关注的就是积碳、络合物等污染物的清洗问题。为了更好地保养和使用尾气净化器,延长其使用寿命,提升汽车动力,大家都希望通过清洗,来达到保养目的。
目前,国内已经有很多清洗的方法,但是普遍耗时较长,而且效果也因三元催化器的污染程度的不同而有较大差异,对于堵孔的处理大多采用的是具有腐蚀性的草酸或硫酸浸泡,这种方法除了耗时较长外,还会损坏外壳和衬垫等三元催化器的附属结构,破坏了三元催化器的密封性,同时还降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,它包括组分A和组分B,
组分A为有机羧酸和渗透剂的混合物水溶液,有机羧酸为柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸和乙酸中的一种或多种的组合,有机羧酸的质量百分含量为5%~20%,渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠和氨基磺酸钠中的一种或多种的组合,渗透剂的质量百分含量不超过5%;
组分B主要是发泡剂和活性剂的混合物水溶液,发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种的组合,发泡剂的质量百分含量为5%~8%,活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种的组合,活性剂的质量百分含量不超过3%。
进一步地,有机羧酸的质量百分含量为10%~20%。
进一步地,渗透剂的质量百分含量不超过3%。
进一步地,发泡剂的质量百分含量为6%~7%。
进一步地,活性剂的质量百分含量不超过2%。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,本发明的双组分清洗剂对积碳和堵孔有很强的清理能力,尤其是可以在很短的时间内将积碳清除,同时将堵孔通开,很大程度上避免了对外壳和衬垫等三元催化器的附属结构造成损坏,保证了三元催化器的密封性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解。
实施例一:
1、将22g柠檬酸、2g草酸、2g浓度大于等于99.5%的冰乙酸、1g烷基苯磺酸钠与225g去离子水在容器T1中混合成质量百分含量为10%的组分A,备用;
2、将20g碳酸氢钠、1g十二烷基硫酸钠与279g去离子水在容器T2中混合成质量百分含量为7%的组分B,备用;
3、将三元催化剂切片放入T1中且完全浸入组分A中,并将T1放入超声波清洗槽中,超声10分钟;
4、先将T2放入超声波清洗槽,然后将在T1中浸泡过的三元催化剂切片放入T2中且完全浸入组分B中,超声10分钟;
5、用清水冲洗三元催化剂切片。
实施例二:
实施例二与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于:组分A中由30g柠檬酸、5g草酸、2.5g浓度大于等于99.5%的冰乙酸、3g仲烷基磺酸钠、3g烷基萘磺酸钠、1.5g氨基磺酸钠与205g去离子水混合成而成;
组分B由15g碳酸氢铵、5g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与230g去离子水混合而成。
实施例三:
实施例三与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于:组分A中由10g柠檬酸、3g酒石酸、1g草酸、1g浓度大于等于99.5%的冰乙酸、1g烷基磺酸钠、1gα-烯基磺酸钠、1g氨基磺酸钠与282g去离子水混合成而成;
组分B由10g碳酸钙、5g碳酸镁、1.5g十二烷基硫酸钠、1.5脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠与282g去离子水混合而成。
实施例四:
实施例四与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于:组分A中由30g柠檬酸、5g草酸、5g浓度大于等于99.5%的冰乙酸、5g烷基萘磺酸钠、5g氨基磺酸钠与150g去离子水混合成而成;
组分B由16g碳酸氢铵、6g十二烷基硫酸钠与178g去离子水混合而成。
对比例一:
直接将三元催化剂切片放入超声波清洗槽,超声20分钟。
对比例二:
对比例二与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于步骤3中,三元催化剂切片只在T1中浸泡10分钟,没用超声波。
对比例三:
对比例三与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分A中没有添加冰乙酸。
对比例四:
对比例四与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分A中没有添加草酸。对比例五:
对比例五与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分A中没有添加烷基苯磺酸钠。
对比例六:
对比例六与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分B中没有添加十二烷基硫酸钠。
对比例七:
对比例七与实施例一基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分A中只有柠檬酸,组分B中只有碳酸氢钠。
对比例八:
对比例八与对比例七基本相同,其中的不同之处在于组分B中只有碳酸氢铵。
通过以上实施例与对比例的实验比较,可以看出:组分A中,草酸和乙酸可以有效的辅助柠檬酸软化三元催化剂中的积碳和络合物等污染物;渗透剂可以加速软化过程的进行,减少三元催化剂在组分A中的浸泡时间或超声时间;组分B中,发泡剂可以与浸泡过组分A后的三元催化剂发生反应,产生大量气泡,从而疏松堵塞的三元催化剂孔道,并带走积碳和络合物等污染物;活化剂可以加速上述反映的进行,从而减少整个清洗过程的耗时;另外,超声波可以加速整个清洗过程的进行,进一步提升效率。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,其特征在于:所述双组分清洗剂由组分A和组分 B构成,
所述的组分A为有机羧酸和渗透剂的混合物水溶液,所述的有机羧酸由柠檬酸、草酸和冰乙酸组成或由柠檬酸、草酸、冰乙酸和酒石酸组成,所述的有机羧酸的质量百分含量为5%~20%,所述的渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠和氨基磺酸钠中的一种或多种的组合,所述的渗透剂的质量百分含量不超过 5%;
所述的组分B为发泡剂和活性剂的混合物水溶液,所述的发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种的组合,所述的发泡剂的质量百分含量为5%~8%,所述的活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种或两种的组合,所述的活性剂的质量百分含量不超过3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的有机羧酸的质量百分含量为10%~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂的质量百分含量不超过3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂的质量百分含量为6%~7%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车三元催化器快速清洗的双组分清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的活性剂的质量百分含量不超过2%。
