本发明公开一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油，所述润滑油的组分和组分的重量比为：基础油：40‑75份；抗震剂：10‑40份；二烯烃三元共聚物：20‑40份；表面活性剂：5‑15份；单丁二酰亚胺：0.5‑1份。本发明的润滑油能在齿轮表面形成一层保护膜，不仅在高温下保持很高的稳定性，而且其配置的原料对人体、环境均无污染，因此，对于一般的机械设备都有较好的抗震性和润滑性。

背景技术
抗震剂、润滑剂用途广泛，可以应用在轨道交通、军事设施，工业机械设备等领域，而目前，使用的润滑剂都不稳定，在不同使用条件下，会出现变化，因此，需要一种性能更稳定的润滑油。

为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油，所述润滑油的组分和组分的重量比为：
基础油：40-75份；
抗震剂：10-40份；
二烯烃三元共聚物：20-40份；
表面活性剂：5-15份；
单丁二酰亚胺：0.5-1份；
优选地，所述基础油为纯矿物油和植物油组成。
优选地，所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
优选地，所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
一种用于农业播种机的润滑油，其制备方法为：在基础油中依次加入抗震剂、二烯烃三元共聚物，然后加热到150℃，使其加固体溶解，再依次加入表面活性剂和聚异丁烯，经过加热160℃-300℃后快速冷却到30℃，就得到齿轮用润滑油。
本发明有益效果是：本发明的润滑油能在齿轮表面形成一层保护膜，不仅在高温下保持很高的稳定性，而且其配置的原料对人体、环境均无污染，因此，对于一般的机械设备都有较好的抗震性和润滑性。

优选地，所述基础油为纯矿物油和植物油组成。
优选地，所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
优选地，所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。

二烯烃三元共聚物：20-40份；

2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油，其特征在于，所述基础油为纯矿物油和植物油组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油，其特征在于，所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油，其特征在于，所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
