本发明公开一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油,所述润滑油的组分和组分的重量比为:基础油:40‑75份;抗震剂:10‑40份;二烯烃三元共聚物:20‑40份;表面活性剂:5‑15份;单丁二酰亚胺:0.5‑1份。本发明的润滑油能在齿轮表面形成一层保护膜,不仅在高温下保持很高的稳定性,而且其配置的原料对人体、环境均无污染,因此,对于一般的机械设备都有较好的抗震性和润滑性。

背景技术
抗震剂、润滑剂用途广泛,可以应用在轨道交通、军事设施,工业机械设备等领域,而目前,使用的润滑剂都不稳定,在不同使用条件下,会出现变化,因此,需要一种性能更稳定的润滑油。

为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油,所述润滑油的组分和组分的重量比为:
基础油:40-75份;
抗震剂:10-40份;
二烯烃三元共聚物:20-40份;
表面活性剂:5-15份;
单丁二酰亚胺:0.5-1份;
优选地,所述基础油为纯矿物油和植物油组成。
优选地,所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
优选地,所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
一种用于农业播种机的润滑油,其制备方法为:在基础油中依次加入抗震剂、二烯烃三元共聚物,然后加热到150℃,使其加固体溶解,再依次加入表面活性剂和聚异丁烯,经过加热160℃-300℃后快速冷却到30℃,就得到齿轮用润滑油。
本发明有益效果是:本发明的润滑油能在齿轮表面形成一层保护膜,不仅在高温下保持很高的稳定性,而且其配置的原料对人体、环境均无污染,因此,对于一般的机械设备都有较好的抗震性和润滑性。

优选地,所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
优选地,所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。

二烯烃三元共聚物:20-40份;
表面活性剂:5-15份;
单丁二酰亚胺:0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为纯矿物油和植物油组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗震剂包括铜基复合粉体材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的玉米剥粒机使用的润滑油,其特征在于,所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、工业级铜粉或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
