本发明公开了一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其由下列重量份的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷15‑20、双酚基丙烷10‑14、聚醚多元醇80‑90、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20‑25、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺6‑8、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵2‑4、十溴二苯醚3‑5、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷5‑7、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯4‑7、低分子量聚异丁烯3‑4、双十二碳醇酯7‑9、乙氧基化烷基多胺4‑6、纳米碳酸钙10‑12、滑石粉4‑6、高细铝粉7‑8、磷酸硅3‑5、中空微珠4‑6、费托蜡5‑8、中空二氧化硅纳米球7‑9、丙酮20‑30、无水乙醇适量。本发明的胶黏剂具有很高的耐热性,黏度高,而且本发明环保无毒,符合环保要求。

一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体地说是涉及一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
结构胶黏剂是指在预定时间内受到其所处环境的作用及所承受得许用应力下不失效且用于结构粘接的胶剂。结构胶的接头在使用期内的承载能力具有与被黏物相匹配的水平,结构胶接件的耐久性应长于或相当于该结构所预期的使用寿命。结构胶黏剂本身应具有良好的耐疲劳、耐老化、耐热、耐介质性,低螺变、耐震及强度持久且高的性能。作为结构型胶粘剂在木材工业方面的应用,主要是在层积板材、指接、端接等方面。在合成胶粘剂中,用作木材结构型胶粘剂的合成树脂一般是指热固型树脂。
常用的木材结构胶黏剂有间苯二酚-甲醛树脂、苯酚间苯二酚-甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛、聚氨酯胶黏剂等。由于甲醛基胶黏剂具有较深的颜色以及在使用过程中具有有毒物质释放的问题,而聚氨酯胶黏剂既不会释放有毒物质,具有固化速度快、固化物颜色较浅、胶接强度高、结构设计灵活、生产施工方便的特点,因此其应用越来越广。其中聚氨酯胶黏剂有单、双组分两种使用方式。单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂在使用时不需要填加其他交联剂,不用进行计量计算,比双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂使用方便,可利用空气或基材表面的水粘接固化,使生产施工更为方便,单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂具有透明、防水、常温快速固化、无有害气体释放,可用于胶接室内及室外的结构材。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷15-20、双酚基丙烷10-14、聚醚多元醇80-90、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20-25、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺6-8、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵2-4、十溴二苯醚3-5、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-7、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯4-7、低分子量聚异丁烯3-4、双十二碳醇酯7-9、乙氧基化烷基多胺4-6、纳米碳酸钙10-12、滑石粉4-6、高细铝粉7-8、磷酸硅3-5、中空微珠4-6、费托蜡5-8、中空二氧化硅纳米球7-9、丙酮20-30、无水乙醇适量。
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将双酚基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷加入反应釜中混合均匀,升温至80-85℃后加入氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵保温反应25-30min,反应结束后真空去除多余的环氧氯丙烷得到双酚基丙烷氯醇醚,备用;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、高细铝粉、磷酸硅、中空微珠、费托蜡、中空二氧化硅纳米球等填料混合后使用球磨机研磨均匀,将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十溴二苯醚、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷加入适量的无水乙醇中充分搅拌均匀,然后按混合填料质量的10%加入混合物中,经超声振荡20-30min混合均匀后至于烘箱升温100-120℃烘干,得到改性填料,备用;
(3)将得到的双酚基丙烷氯醇醚与聚醚多元醇以及一半的丙酮搅拌混合均匀,然后再加入多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、低分子量聚异丁烯、双十二碳醇酯、乙氧基化烷基多胺以及改性填料,室温搅拌30min后升温至60℃,保温反应1.5-2h后待其温度低于50℃时加入剩余丙酮以及余下原料继续搅拌均匀,即得所述胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用双酚基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷反应生成双酚基丙烷氯醇醚,将其与聚醚多元醇混合均匀后再与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯反应制得聚氨酯胶黏剂,通过共聚将苯环等耐热基团引入聚氨酯分子中,从而提高聚氨酯胶黏剂耐热性;添加的高细铝粉、中空二氧化硅纳米球,可以增强胶粘剂的抗高温性能,添加的填料经过改性,大大增强了其物理性能,提高了粘度,而且本发明环保无毒,符合环保要求。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷15、双酚基丙烷10、聚醚多元醇80、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺6、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵2、十溴二苯醚3、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷5、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯4、低分子量聚异丁烯3、双十二碳醇酯7、乙氧基化烷基多胺4、纳米碳酸钙10、滑石粉4、高细铝粉7、磷酸硅3、中空微珠4、费托蜡5、中空二氧化硅纳米球7、丙酮20、无水乙醇适量。
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将双酚基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷加入反应釜中混合均匀,升温至80-85℃后加入氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵保温反应25-30min,反应结束后真空去除多余的环氧氯丙烷得到双酚基丙烷氯醇醚,备用;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、高细铝粉、磷酸硅、中空微珠、费托蜡、中空二氧化硅纳米球等填料混合后使用球磨机研磨均匀,将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十溴二苯醚、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷加入适量的无水乙醇中充分搅拌均匀,然后按混合填料质量的10%加入混合物中,经超声振荡20-30min混合均匀后至于烘箱升温100-120℃烘干,得到改性填料,备用;
(3)将得到的双酚基丙烷氯醇醚与聚醚多元醇以及一半的丙酮搅拌混合均匀,然后再加入多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、低分子量聚异丁烯、双十二碳醇酯、乙氧基化烷基多胺以及改性填料,室温搅拌30min后升温至60℃,保温反应1.5-2h后待其温度低于50℃时加入剩余丙酮以及余下原料继续搅拌均匀,即得所述胶黏剂。
实施例2:
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷17.5、双酚基丙烷12、聚醚多元醇85、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯22.5、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺7、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵3、十溴二苯醚4、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷6、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯5.5、低分子量聚异丁烯3.5、双十二碳醇酯8、乙氧基化烷基多胺5、纳米碳酸钙11、滑石粉5、高细铝粉7.5、磷酸硅4、中空微珠5、费托蜡6.5、中空二氧化硅纳米球8、丙酮25、无水乙醇适量。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷20、双酚基丙烷14、聚醚多元醇90、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯25、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺8、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵4、十溴二苯醚5、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷7、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯7、低分子量聚异丁烯4、双十二碳醇酯9、乙氧基化烷基多胺6、纳米碳酸钙12、滑石粉6、高细铝粉8、磷酸硅5、中空微珠6、费托蜡8、中空二氧化硅纳米球9、丙酮30、无水乙醇适量。
制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:环氧氯丙烷15-20、双酚基丙烷10-14、聚醚多元醇80-90、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20-25、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺6-8、氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵2-4、十溴二苯醚3-5、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-7、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯4-7、低分子量聚异丁烯3-4、双十二碳醇酯7-9、乙氧基化烷基多胺4-6、纳米碳酸钙10-12、滑石粉4-6、高细铝粉7-8、磷酸硅3-5、中空微珠4-6、费托蜡5-8、中空二氧化硅纳米球7-9、丙酮20-30、无水乙醇适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材用环保无毒单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将双酚基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷加入反应釜中混合均匀,升温至80-85℃后加入氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵保温反应25-30min,反应结束后真空去除多余的环氧氯丙烷得到双酚基丙烷氯醇醚,备用;
(2)将纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、高细铝粉、磷酸硅、中空微珠、费托蜡、中空二氧化硅纳米球等填料混合后使用球磨机研磨均匀;将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十溴二苯醚、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷加入适量的无水乙醇中充分搅拌均匀,然后按混合填料质量的10%加入混合物中,经超声振荡20-30min混合均匀后至于烘箱升温100-120℃烘干,得到改性填料,备用;
(3)将得到的双酚基丙烷氯醇醚与聚醚多元醇以及一半的丙酮搅拌混合均匀,然后再加入多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、低分子量聚异丁烯、双十二碳醇酯、乙氧基化烷基多胺以及改性填料,室温搅拌30min后升温至60℃,保温反应1.5-2h后待其温度低于50℃时加入剩余丙酮以及余下原料继续搅拌均匀,即得所述胶黏剂。
