本发明公开了一种药用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5~8份、丁腈胶20~30份、葵二酸二异辛酯5~8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1~3份、有机硅橡胶20~30份、醇酸树脂10~20份、环戊烯5~8份、成膜剂3~5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3~6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3~5份、PE5203~5份、MEKP3~5份和水15~20份。通过上述方式,本发明其中的粘合胶层抗老化性能好,提升了整体的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药用铝箔。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药用铝箔,其中的粘合胶层抗老化性能好,提升了整体的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5~8份、丁腈胶20~30份、葵二酸二异辛酯5~8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1~3份、有机硅橡胶20~30份、醇酸树脂10~20份、环戊烯5~8份、成膜剂3~5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3~6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3~5份、PE5203~5份、MEKP3~5份和水15~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5份、丁腈胶20份、葵二酸二异辛酯5份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1份、有机硅橡胶2份、醇酸树脂10份、环戊烯5份、成膜剂3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3份、PE5203份、MEKP3份和水15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素7份、丁腈胶25份、葵二酸二异辛酯7份、高纯度改性蒙脱石2份、有机硅橡胶25份、醇酸树脂15份、环戊烯6份、成膜剂4份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、乙酸丁酸纤维素4份、PE5204份、MEKP4份和水18份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素8份、丁腈胶30份、葵二酸二异辛酯8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石3份、有机硅橡胶30份、醇酸树脂20份、环戊烯8份、成膜剂5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素5份、PE5205份、MEKP5份和水20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用铝箔,其中的粘合胶层抗老化性能好,提升了整体的使用寿命。

一种药用铝箔,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5份、丁腈胶20份、葵二酸二异辛酯5份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1份、有机硅橡胶2份、醇酸树脂10份、环戊烯5份、成膜剂3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3份、PE5203份、MEKP3份和水15份。
实施例二:
所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素7份、丁腈胶25份、葵二酸二异辛酯7份、高纯度改性蒙脱石2份、有机硅橡胶25份、醇酸树脂15份、环戊烯6份、成膜剂4份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、乙酸丁酸纤维素4份、PE5204份、MEKP4份和水18份。
实施例三:
所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素8份、丁腈胶30份、葵二酸二异辛酯8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石3份、有机硅橡胶30份、醇酸树脂20份、环戊烯8份、成膜剂5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素5份、PE5205份、MEKP5份和水20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用铝箔,其中的粘合胶层抗老化性能好,提升了整体的使用寿命。

1.一种药用铝箔,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5~8份、丁腈胶20~30份、葵二酸二异辛酯5~8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1~3份、有机硅橡胶20~30份、醇酸树脂10~20份、环戊烯5~8份、成膜剂3~5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3~6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3~5份、PE5203~5份、MEKP3~5份和水15~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝箔,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素5份、丁腈胶20份、葵二酸二异辛酯5份、高纯度改性蒙脱石1份、有机硅橡胶2份、醇酸树脂10份、环戊烯5份、成膜剂3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3份、乙酸丁酸纤维素3份、PE5203份、MEKP3份和水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝箔,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素7份、丁腈胶25份、葵二酸二异辛酯7份、高纯度改性蒙脱石2份、有机硅橡胶25份、醇酸树脂15份、环戊烯6份、成膜剂4份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、乙酸丁酸纤维素4份、PE5204份、MEKP4份和水18份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药用铝箔,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:尿素8份、丁腈胶30份、葵二酸二异辛酯8份、高纯度改性蒙脱石3份、有机硅橡胶30份、醇酸树脂20份、环戊烯8份、成膜剂5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6份、乙酸丁酸纤维素5份、PE5205份、MEKP5份和水20份。
