本发明是一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,重量组分是:聚四氟乙烯20‑30%,聚甲醛10‑15%,马来酸酐1‑2%,苯乙烯3‑5%,石蜡油1‑3%,硫酸亚铁1‑2%,滑石粉5‑10%,纤维素20‑25%,偶联剂2‑4%,碳酸钙4‑37%。所述的碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙。所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。本发明所述的一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,制成的塑料编织袋耐磨性好,使用寿命较长。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方。
背景技术
塑料编织袋一般由PP或PET,添加母料构成,存在耐磨性差、容易折断和损害的问题,影响使用寿命,为此我们研制了一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,有效的改善了这一问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,重量组分是:
聚四氟乙烯20-30%,
聚甲醛10-15%,
马来酸酐1-2%,
苯乙烯3-5%,
石蜡油1-3%,
硫酸亚铁1-2%,
滑石粉5-10%,
纤维素20-25%,
偶联剂2-4%,
碳酸钙4-37%。
进一步,所述的碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,制成的塑料编织袋耐磨性好,使用寿命较长。

聚四氟乙烯20-30%,
聚甲醛10-15%,
马来酸酐1-2%,
苯乙烯3-5%,
石蜡油1-3%,
硫酸亚铁1-2%,
滑石粉5-10%,
纤维素20-25%,
偶联剂2-4%,
碳酸钙4-37%。

一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,每100g包含:
聚四氟乙烯30g,
聚甲醛15g,
马来酸酐2g,
苯乙烯5g,
石蜡油3g,
硫酸亚铁2g,
滑石粉10g,
纤维素25g,
偶联剂4g,
碳酸钙4g。
进一步,所述的碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
实施例二
一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,每100g包含:
聚四氟乙烯20g,
聚甲醛10g,
马来酸酐1g,
苯乙烯3g,
石蜡油1g,
硫酸亚铁1g,
滑石粉5g,
纤维素20g,
偶联剂2g,
碳酸钙37g。
进一步,所述的碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
原理:聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛是耐磨高分子材料,添加偶联使聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛和其他材料能很好的溶合;增加纤维素、石蜡油、滑石粉材料,可以增加制成之后的塑料编织袋的韧性,中和聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛过硬的性质。

滑石粉5-10%,
纤维素20-25%,
偶联剂2-4%,
碳酸钙4-37%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,其特征在于,所述的碳酸钙为纳米碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐磨型塑料编织袋的原料配方,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
