本发明涉及一种包装盒,特别涉及一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒。
背景技术
化妆品是指以涂抹、喷洒或者其他类似方法,散布于人体表面的任何部位,如皮肤、毛发、指趾甲、唇齿等,以达到清洁、保养、美容、修饰和改变外观,或者修正人体气味,保持良好状态为目的的化学工业品或精细化工产品,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,化妆品的使用率也越来越频繁,因此对于化妆品包装盒的需求也随之提增多,而传统的化妆品包装盒还存在如下缺点:耐磨型不足,易被刮花,影响其美观度,较难满足人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒,能够具备有良好的耐磨、耐刮性能,能够防止产品在堆放、运输等过程中擦伤或刮伤,影响其外表面的美观度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒,包括:本体以及涂覆在所述本体外表面的耐刮层,所述耐刮层由丙烯酸多元醇、聚乙二醇、环甲基硅氧烷、二苯甲酮混合制成,按照质量百分比进行计算,所述丙烯酸多元醇的含量占25-35%,所述聚乙二醇的含量占28-36%,所述环甲基硅氧烷的含量占13-17%,余量为二苯甲酮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐刮层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐刮层中成分的质量配比具体为:所述丙烯酸多元醇的含量占30%,所述聚乙二醇的含量占32%,所述环甲基硅氧烷的含量占15%,所述二苯甲酮的含量占23%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述本体由ABS塑料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有良好的耐磨、耐刮性能,能够防止产品在堆放、运输等过程中擦伤或刮伤,影响其外表面的美观度。

一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒,包括:本体以及涂覆在所述本体外表面的耐刮层,所述耐刮层由丙烯酸多元醇、聚乙二醇、环甲基硅氧烷、二苯甲酮混合制成,按照质量百分比进行计算,所述丙烯酸多元醇的含量占35%,所述聚乙二醇的含量占28%,所述环甲基硅氧烷的含量占17%,所述二苯甲酮的含量占20%。

一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒,包括:本体以及涂覆在所述本体外表面的耐刮层,所述耐刮层由丙烯酸多元醇、聚乙二醇、环甲基硅氧烷、二苯甲酮混合制成,按照质量百分比进行计算,所述丙烯酸多元醇的含量占30%,所述聚乙二醇的含量占32%,所述环甲基硅氧烷的含量占15%,所述二苯甲酮的含量占23%。
其中,所述耐刮层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm,所述本体由ABS塑料制成。
区别于现有技术,本发明一种耐刮型化妆品彩妆包装盒通过在本体外表面涂覆有一层耐刮层,且优化该耐刮层中各成分的配比,能够具备有良好的耐磨、耐刮性能,能够防止产品在堆放、运输等过程中擦伤或刮伤,影响其外表面的美观度。
