本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷。
背景技术
多孔陶瓷材料是以刚玉砂、碳化硅、堇青石等优质原料为主料、经过成型和特殊高温烧结工艺制备的一种具有开孔孔径、高开口气孔率的一种多孔性陶瓷材料、具有耐高温,高压、抗酸、碱和有机介质腐蚀,良好的生物惰性、可控的孔结构及高的开口孔隙率、使用寿命长、产品再生性能好等优点,可以适用于各种介质的精密过滤与分离、高压气体排气消音、气体分布及电解隔膜等。但是现有的多孔陶瓷材料存在着脆性差,材料的孔径大小、形状分布不均等缺陷,需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种多孔陶瓷,空隙分布均匀,同时形状大小合适,能够用于多种过滤部件,效果好;且机械强度高。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种多孔陶瓷,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
三氧化二钇6-10份,烷基糖苷1-3份,甲基丙烯磺酸钠0.5-2份,五氧化二铌2-6份,三氧化二锑4-9份,二氧化锆16-22份,氧化锌5-7份,聚脂纤维3-6份,结合剂3.6-7.4份,曲拉通1-3份,硅树脂聚醚乳液4-9份,钾钠长石6-9份,氢氧化铝微粉8-10份,粘土1.5-3份,多孔陶粒10-24份,刚玉砂20-36份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的多孔陶瓷,空隙分布均匀,同时形状大小合适,能够用于多种过滤部件,效果好;且机械强度高。

三氧化二钇10份,烷基糖苷3份,甲基丙烯磺酸钠2份,五氧化二铌6份,三氧化二锑9份,二氧化锆22份,氧化锌7份,聚脂纤维6份,结合剂7.4份,曲拉通3份,硅树脂聚醚乳液9份,钾钠长石9份,氢氧化铝微粉10份,粘土3份,多孔陶粒24份,刚玉砂36份。
