一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板及其制备方法,该内饰板包括内壁,外壁,防撞隔音层,缓冲层;所述外壁与所述防撞隔音层固定连接或者一体成型,在防撞隔音层内部均匀分布有通孔,通孔内部安装有弹簧,防撞隔音层另一侧面与缓冲层侧面固定,缓冲层与内壁固定,缓冲层选用具有弹性的塑料材质,所述内壁分为内层与外层,内层朝向车内,外层侧面与缓冲层粘接固定,外层与内层一体成型。本发明所提供的内饰板不仅具有装饰车体内部的功能,还具有较好的防撞隔音效果,特别适合安装于车门部位,所含有的独特茉莉花香味,解决了车体内塑料味过重尤其是新车需要较长时间才能散发掉的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,汽车已经不再是单纯的代步工具,人们对汽车的要求也越来越高。不仅要求汽车具有卓越的动力性能,同时也要求汽车内部装饰具有多种功能,从而提高驾车或者乘车的舒适性与安全性。
传统的汽车内饰板仅仅起到装饰汽车内部空间的作用,没有其他的功能,作用比较单一,无法满足消费者对汽车内饰美观程度、舒适程度及内饰功能多样化的日益挑剔的需求。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,包括内壁,外壁,防撞隔音层,缓冲层;所述外壁与所述防撞隔音层固定连接或者一体成型,在防撞隔音层内部均匀分布有通孔,通孔内部安装有弹簧,通孔横截面可以为圆形或者矩形,其纵截面最好为曲线状,在正常情况下,通孔使得该内饰板具有隔音效果,发生撞击时,通孔内的弹簧能够起到减缓撞击力的作用,防撞隔音层另一侧面与缓冲层侧面固定,缓冲层与内壁固定,缓冲层可以选用具有弹性的塑料材质,所述内壁分为内层与外层,内层朝向车内,外层侧面与缓冲层粘接固定,外层与内层一体成型。
所述外壁,防撞隔音层,缓冲层,内壁的厚度分别在10-15mm,40-50mm,10-15mm,20-30mm范围时既具有较好的隔音效果又具有最佳的防撞击能力。
其中所述内壁外层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
聚四氟乙烯45-55份,聚乙烯8-10份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,翳珀0.5-1.0份,木松香1.4-2.0份,浮油松香2-2.5份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,石棉纤维2-3份、石墨粉1.3-1.8份、滑石粉0.6-1.4份;
内壁内层由外层和以下重量份的原料萃取液按(20-30):(5-8)配比制成:
茉莉花花瓣20-30份,高良姜1-1.8份,砂仁0.5-1.2份,草果1.5-2.5份,芡实1.2-1.8份,醪糟0.5-1.2份,芫荽1.3-1.5份,甘草0.2-0.8份,香椿芽0.5-0.8份,马蓝0.2-0.6份,黄秋葵0.4-0.6份。
所述内层与外层厚度比为3:2。
一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将弹簧置于套筒内并悬空固定在专用模具上,在200-250摄氏度下将聚乙烯熔化并倒入该专用模具中,使内层与防撞隔音层一体成型;
2)将一面涂有粘合剂的缓冲层与防撞隔音层粘接在一体;
3)分别称取组成内壁外层的原料,粉碎至2mm以下并混合均匀,在200-300摄氏度下融化,将熔融状态下的原料分成两份,分别为甲液和乙液;
4)称取茉莉花花瓣,高良姜,砂仁,草果,芡实,醪糟,芫荽,甘草,香椿芽,马蓝,黄秋葵并切碎或压碎,1公斤原料用5-7公斤活化水加温煎煮浓缩成3公斤液体,将浓缩液置于离心机中,设定转速200-300转/分钟,离心30-40分钟得萃取液;
5)将乙液和萃取液以(20-30):(5-8)配比混合,先将甲液倒入模具中待温度冷却至80-100摄氏度再将乙液和萃取液的混合液倒入到甲液上并控制厚度比为3:2,冷却至室温制得所述内壁;
6)将内壁外层一面涂上粘接剂并与缓冲层粘接从而制成该内饰板;
所述步骤2)、6)中粘接剂由丙烯酸酯、松香、桃胶、花胶按重量份5:1:0.6:0.5配比制成。
本发明的有益效果为:与普通内饰板相比,本发明所提供的内饰板不仅具有装饰车体内部的功能,还具有较好的防撞隔音效果,特别适合安装于车门部位,所含有的独特茉莉花香味,解决了车体内塑料味过重尤其是新车需要较长时间才能散发掉的问题,该内饰板结构简单,安装方便。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,包括内壁4,外壁1,防撞隔音层2,缓冲层3;外壁1与防撞隔音层2固定连接或者一体成型,在防撞隔音层3内部均匀分布有通孔6,通孔6内部安装有弹簧5,通孔6横截面可以为圆形或者矩形,其纵截面最好为曲线状,在正常情况下,通孔6使得该内饰板具有隔音效果,发生撞击时,通孔6内的弹簧能够起到减缓撞击力的作用,防撞隔音层2另一侧面与缓冲层3侧面固定,缓冲层3与内壁4固定,缓冲层3可以选用具有弹性的塑料材质,内壁4分为内层8与外层7,内层8朝向车内,外层7侧面与缓冲层3粘接固定,外层7与内层8一体成型。
外壁1,防撞隔音层2,缓冲层3,内壁4的厚度分别在10-15mm,40-50mm,10-15mm,20-30mm范围时既具有较好的隔音效果又具有最佳的防撞击能力。
其中内壁4的外层7由以下重量份的原料配比制成:

其中内层8与外层7厚度比为3:2。
一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将弹簧3置于套筒内并悬空固定在专用模具上,在200-250摄氏度下将聚乙烯熔化并倒入该专用模具中,使内层1与防撞隔音层2一体成型;
2)将一面涂有粘合剂的缓冲层3与防撞隔音层2粘接在一体;
3)分别称取组成内壁4外层7的原料,粉碎至2mm以下并混合均匀,在200-300摄氏度下融化,将熔融状态下的原料分成两份,分别为甲液和乙液;
4)称取茉莉花花瓣,高良姜,砂仁,草果,芡实,醪糟,芫荽,甘草,香椿芽,马蓝,黄秋葵并切碎或压碎,1公斤原料用5-7公斤活化水加温煎煮浓缩成3公斤液体,将浓缩液置于离心机中,设定转速200-300转/分钟,离心30-40分钟得萃取液;

所述步骤2)、6)中粘接剂由丙烯酸酯、松香、桃胶、花胶按重量份5:1:0.6:0.5配比制成。

1.一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,其特征在于:该内饰板包括内壁,外壁,防撞隔音层,缓冲层;所述外壁与所述防撞隔音层固定连接或者一体成型,在防撞隔音层内部均匀分布有通孔,通孔内部安装有弹簧,防撞隔音层另一侧面与缓冲层侧面固定,缓冲层与内壁固定,缓冲层选用具有弹性的塑料材质,所述内壁分为内层与外层,内层朝向车内,外层侧面与缓冲层粘接固定,外层与内层一体成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,其特征在于:所述外壁,防撞隔音层,缓冲层,内壁的厚度分别为10-15mm,40-50mm,10-15mm,20-30mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,其特征在于:所述通孔纵截面为曲线状。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,其特征在于,所述内壁外层由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
聚四氟乙烯45-55份,聚乙烯8-10份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,翳珀0.5-1.0份,木松香1.4-2.0份,浮油松香2-2.5份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,石棉纤维2-3份、石墨粉1.3-1.8份、滑石粉0.6-1.4份;

5.如权利要求1或4所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板,其特征在于:所述内层与外层厚度比为3:2。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将弹簧置于套筒内并悬空固定在专用模具上,在200-250摄氏度下将聚乙烯熔化并倒入该专用模具中,使内层与防撞隔音层一体成型;
2)将一面涂有粘合剂的缓冲层与防撞隔音层粘接在一体;
3)分别称取组成内壁外层的原料,粉碎至2mm以下并混合均匀,在200-300摄氏度下融化,将熔融状态下的原料分成两份,分别为甲液和乙液;
4)称取茉莉花花瓣,高良姜,砂仁,草果,芡实,醪糟,芫荽,甘草,香椿芽,马蓝,黄秋葵并切碎或压碎,1公斤原料用5-7公斤活化水加温煎煮浓缩成3公斤液体,将浓缩液置于离心机中,设定转速200-300转/分钟,离心30-40分钟得萃取液;
5)将乙液和萃取液以(20-30):(5-8)配比混合,先将甲液倒入模具中待温度冷却至80-100摄氏度再将乙液和萃取液的混合液倒入到甲液上并控制厚度比为3:2,冷却至室温制得所述内壁;
6)将内壁外层一面涂上粘接剂并与缓冲层粘接从而制成该内饰板。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种防撞隔音且具有茉莉花香味汽车内饰板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)、6)中粘接剂由丙烯酸酯、松香、桃胶、花胶按重量份5:1:0.6:0.5配比制成。
