Abstract

本发明公开了一种自适应性耐磨板材,该适应性耐磨板材包括耐磨板基材、粘贴层和材料为Fe‑05的耐磨合金粉;所述耐磨合金粉通过粘贴层粘贴在耐磨板基材上。本发明的技术方案克服了现有技术的不足,结构简单,不但降低了板材厚度,而且保证了板材的耐磨强度和耐磨时限,能随意弯曲变形以适应更多不规则复杂工况的需求。

一种自适应性耐磨板材
技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种自适应性耐磨板材。
背景技术
超高分子量聚乙烯板材的机械性能高于一般的高密度聚乙烯,具有突出的抗冲击性、耐应力开裂性、耐高温蠕变性、低摩擦系数和自润滑性,有卓越的耐化学腐蚀性、抗疲劳性、噪音阻尼性、耐核辐射性等优越性能,适用于煤炭、冶金、火电、焦化、洗选煤、水泥、化肥等行业的煤仓及料仓、漏斗衬里、溜槽衬里,传输送带下料斗衬里、加料斗衬里等。现市场通用耐磨板材为许多材料配置而成的高度聚乙烯,以塑料为原料做成的各种塑料型材。其中高分子聚合物 ( 或称合成树脂 ) 其主要成分。弊端在于为保持其良好的机械性能,板材的厚度普遍在制作时都将板材以最大限度的增厚,来确保板材的耐磨时限,因此出现因板材过厚而没法改变形状而导致难以适应环境的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供种一种自适应性耐磨板材,该耐磨板材克服了现有技术的不足,结构简单,不但降低了板材厚度,而且保证了板材的耐磨强度和耐磨时限,能随意弯曲变形以适应更多不规则复杂工况的需求。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种自适应性耐磨板材的技术方案是:一种自适应性耐磨板材,包括耐磨板基材,其特征是:该耐磨板材还包括粘贴层和材料为Fe-05的耐磨合金粉;所述耐磨合金粉通过粘贴层粘贴在耐磨板基材上。
所述粘贴层是粘贴强度高的硅酸钠。
所述耐磨板基材为合成的聚乙烯板,其厚度为1mm。
在上述技术方案中,本发明有以下的有益效果:第一,由于使用材料为Fe-05耐磨合金粉,其耐磨强度高,硬度能达到HRC56-62,高硬度耐磨合金粉能保证达到原先厚板材的耐磨强度和耐磨时限,耐磨效果更为显著;第二,耐磨合金粉通过硅酸钠强力粘贴在耐磨板基材上,硬化后,成分为硅凝胶和固体,具有很高的粘接力;第三,本发明在保证其各优越性能的前提下,将耐磨板的厚度降到最低,耐磨板基材的厚度从原先通用的5mm减少到1mm,不但耐磨系数得到保证,而且由于厚度薄使得板材的柔韧性能成倍提升,在保证等同其原先耐磨系数的前提下,提高了柔韧性,使其能随意变形弯曲,以适应各种复杂环境的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明一种自适应性耐磨板材作进一步详细说明。构成本申请的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解,本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的不当限定。
由图1、图2可见,本实施例的一种自适应性耐磨板材,包括耐磨板基材1、粘贴层2和材料为Fe-05的耐磨合金粉3。耐磨合金粉3通过粘贴层4粘贴在耐磨板基材1上。本实施例中,粘贴层2是粘贴强度高的硅酸钠,也可以使用粘贴强度高的其它粘贴剂。本实施例的耐磨板基材1为合成的聚乙烯板,使用本实施例的技术方案,耐磨板基材1的厚度从原先通用的5mm减少到1mm,为避免因厚度减少导致耐磨时限的缩短,在其表层附着一层材料为Fe-05的耐磨合金粉3,材料为Fe-05的耐磨合金粉耐磨硬度能达到HRC56-62,高硬度耐磨粉能保证达到原先厚板材的耐磨强度和耐磨时限,甚至效果更显著;粘贴层2是粘贴强度高的硅酸钠,硅酸钠也就是工业玻璃水,通过工业玻璃水将耐磨合金粉3强力粘贴在耐磨板基材1上,由于工业玻璃水硬化后,成分为硅凝胶和固体,具有很高的粘接力。本实施例不仅保证了耐磨板材的耐磨强度和耐磨时限,又因板材厚度很薄,可以随意弯曲变形以适应更多不规则复杂工况的需求。

1.一种自适应性耐磨板材,包括耐磨板基材(1),其特征是:该耐磨板材还包括粘贴层(2)和材料为Fe-05的耐磨合金粉(3);所述耐磨合金粉(3)通过粘贴层(4)粘贴在耐磨板基材(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自适应性耐磨板材,其特征是:所述粘贴层(2)是粘贴强度高的硅酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自适应性耐磨板材,其特征是:所述耐磨板基材(1)为合成的聚乙烯板。
