本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其是一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,它包括弹射平台和弹射槽,所述的弹射槽与弹射平台对接;在弹射平台上设置有两片弹簧片,两片弹簧片的一端固定在弹射平台上,另一端对准弹射槽,且靠近弹射槽一端的两片弹簧片之间的间隙小于两片弹簧片的固定端之间的距离;在弹簧片之间用于放置圆盘形零件,在远离弹射槽一端的弹射平台上设置有伸缩机构,伸缩机构的伸缩杆伸缩方向与弹射槽方向一致。本发明所得到的一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,利用弹簧片的弹性阻力,从而实现伸缩机构在零件上蓄力,从而将其弹射出去,而且每次弹射的力度、速度均能保持恒定,稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其是一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置。
背景技术
目前对于零件的弹射都利用其惯性,利用一个物件对其进行冲击,从而实现对零件进行弹射。但是该方法会因为物件的速度等情况的改变而造成弹射零件的速度不同,稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效的确保弹射稳定性的圆盘形零件弹射装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,它包括弹射平台和弹射槽,所述的弹射槽与弹射平台对接;在弹射平台上设置有两片弹簧片,两片弹簧片的一端固定在弹射平台上,另一端对准弹射槽,且靠近弹射槽一端的两片弹簧片之间的间隙小于两片弹簧片的固定端之间的距离;在弹簧片之间用于放置圆盘形零件,在远离弹射槽一端的弹射平台上设置有伸缩机构,伸缩机构的伸缩杆伸缩方向与弹射槽方向一致。
所述的伸缩机构为齿轮齿条机构。
本发明所得到的一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,利用弹簧片的弹性阻力,从而实现伸缩机构在零件上蓄力,从而将其弹射出去,而且每次弹射的力度、速度均能保持恒定,稳定性高。

如图1所示,本实施例描述的一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,它包括弹射平台2和弹射槽1,所述的弹射槽1与弹射平台2对接;在弹射平台2上设置有两片弹簧片3,两片弹簧片3的一端固定在弹射平台2上,另一端对准弹射槽1,且靠近弹射槽1一端的两片弹簧片3之间的间隙小于两片弹簧片3的固定端之间的距离;在弹簧片3之间用于放置圆盘形零件4,在远离弹射槽1一端的弹射平台2上设置有伸缩机构5,伸缩机构5的伸缩杆伸缩方向与弹射槽1方向一致;所述的伸缩机构5为齿轮齿条机构。

1.一种圆盘形零件的弹射装置,其特征是:它包括弹射平台和弹射槽,所述的弹射槽与弹射平台对接;在弹射平台上设置有两片弹簧片,两片弹簧片的一端固定在弹射平台上,另一端对准弹射槽,且靠近弹射槽一端的两片弹簧片之间的间隙小于两片弹簧片的固定端之间的距离;在弹簧片之间用于放置圆盘形零件,在远离弹射槽一端的弹射平台上设置有伸缩机构,伸缩机构的伸缩杆伸缩方向与弹射槽方向一致。
