一种用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，涉及一种机械加工用的卡具，螺栓A（1）穿过穿孔A（2），在夹块（8）的一侧上部设有斜面B（7），在斜面B（7）的中部设有凹槽（6），在夹块（8）的下部设有穿孔B（10），两所述夹块（8）的斜面B（7）相对设置在两斜面A（4）两侧，所述斜面A（4）和斜面B（7）相接触，所述凸出块（5）置于凹槽（6）内，所述螺栓B（11）穿过穿孔B（10）；本发明通过将中空液冷箱体加工时的卡具设置为两夹块夹持压块一端的结构，利用斜面A在斜面B上移动，实现了只需要调节螺栓A和螺栓B就可以实现压块根据需求固定不同高低的中空液冷箱体进行加工的目的。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种机械加工用的卡具，尤其是涉及一种用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具。
【背景技术】
车间里面需要加工工件时，一般都是将工件固定在工作台上，然后用各种加工机械进行加工，传统的用于固定工件的卡具一般都是将压块的一端压在工件上，将压块的另一端使用和工件等高的垫块来保持压块的平衡，再用螺栓将压块固定在工作台上，这样做在加工厚度不同的工件时就需要更换厚度不同的垫块，不仅费时费力，而且精度也不高，影响工作效率。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本发明公开一种用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，通过将中空液冷箱体加工时的卡具设置为两夹块夹持压块一端的结构，利用斜面A在斜面B上移动，实现了只需要调节螺栓A和螺栓B就可以实现压块根据需求固定不同高低的中空液冷箱体进行加工的目的。
为了实现所述发明目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，包括螺栓A和螺栓B，还包括压块和夹块，在压块的一端相对两侧分别设有斜面A，在两斜面A中部分别设有凸出块，在压块的中部设有穿孔A，所述螺栓A穿过穿孔A，在夹块的一侧上部设有斜面B，在斜面B的中部设有凹槽，在夹块的下部设有穿孔B，两所述夹块的斜面B相对设置在两斜面A两侧，所述斜面A和斜面B相接触，所述凸出块置于凹槽内，所述螺栓B穿过穿孔B。
所述的用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，在螺栓B上套接有螺母。
所述的用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，所述斜面A和斜面B为相匹配结构；所述凸出块和凹槽为相匹配结构。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明所述的用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，通过将中空液冷箱体加工时的卡具设置为两夹块夹持压块一端的结构，利用斜面A在斜面B上移动，实现了只需要调节螺栓A和螺栓B就可以实现压块根据需求固定不同高低的中空液冷箱体进行加工的目的；本发明结构简单、使用方便、提高生产效率，市场前景广阔。

结合附图1或2所述的用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，包括螺栓A1和螺栓B11，还包括压块3和夹块8，在压块3的一端相对两侧分别设有斜面A4，在两斜面A4中部分别设有凸出块5，在压块3的中部设有穿孔A2，所述螺栓A1穿过穿孔A2，在夹块8的一侧上部设有斜面B7，在斜面B7的中部设有凹槽6，在夹块8的下部设有穿孔B10，两所述夹块8的斜面B7相对设置在两斜面A4两侧，所述斜面A4和斜面B7相接触，所述凸出块5置于凹槽6内，所述斜面A4和斜面B7为相匹配结构；所述凸出块5和凹槽6为相匹配结构，所述螺栓B11穿过穿孔B10，在螺栓B11上套接有螺母9。
实施本发明所述的用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，使用时，将两夹块8相对放置为合适的宽度，将螺栓B11穿过两夹块8相对位置上设有的穿孔B10，将压块3一端设有的斜面A4置于斜面B7上，将压块3的另一端置于所需夹持的工件上，调整螺母9和螺栓B11的松紧度，使压块3和放置工件的工作台处于水平位置，拧紧螺栓B11，将螺栓A1穿过穿孔A2后连接放置工件的工作台，拧紧螺栓A1，就可以将需要加工的工件紧紧地固定在工作台上。

1.一种用于中空液冷箱体加工的卡具，包括螺栓A（1）和螺栓B（11），其特征是：还包括压块（3）和夹块（8），在压块（3）的一端相对两侧分别设有斜面A（4），在两斜面A（4）中部分别设有凸出块（5），在压块（3）的中部设有穿孔A（2），所述螺栓A（1）穿过穿孔A（2），在夹块（8）的一侧上部设有斜面B（7），在斜面B（7）的中部设有凹槽（6），在夹块（8）的下部设有穿孔B（10），两所述夹块（8）的斜面B（7）相对设置在两斜面A（4）两侧，所述斜面A（4）和斜面B（7）相接触，所述凸出块（5）置于凹槽（6）内，所述螺栓B（11）穿过穿孔B（10）；
在螺栓B（11）上套接有螺母（9）；
所述斜面A（4）和斜面B（7）为相匹配结构；所述凸出块（5）和凹槽（6）为相匹配结构。
