智能化小区金属门的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,前处理,通过脱脂、除锈、磷化工序使工件表面清洁、均匀、无油脂;烘干,上挂前品检,在上线前对未涂漆之工件进行外观检查,挂具为导电体,并需接地;打磨,除去工件表面粒状杂质并增加粗糙度以增强油漆附着力;将工件钩于挂具上,挂具导电并随流水线移动;喷涂烤漆,采用手工喷涂或Disk自动喷涂进行处理;预热炉烘烤,主炉烘烤,下挂包装。
进一步,脱脂是以碱溶液除去工件上油污。
进一步,除锈方法有碱液法、酸液法、机械法,碱液法是以化学溶液使用硫酸或草酸除去工件表面的氧化皮、锈迹。
