技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴行业,特别与一种旋转按摩出水机构有关。
背景技术
现有按摩出水机构的出水方式大多如独立的颗粒水、柱状水等等,出水方式较为单一;为此,设计人员进行多方面的改进,将多种出水方式进行组合,如中国发明专利中,公开号为CN103028499B、专利名称为出水装置交变切换机构,该专利中利用往复运动机构将多种出水方式进行组合切换,以实现更佳的按摩效果,但该专利中所采用的机构极其复杂,零部件多,如此齿轮组、涡轮蜗杆等等,运用在如花洒产品中,其空间极其有限,将如此复杂结构装设于内部,很难实现且装配成本很高;另外,其使用过程中易失效,使用一段时间后,堆积的水垢容易对各部件产生影响,无法实现各种功能任意切换使用;不仅如此,如此多的部件增加其整体重量,在加上过水水势产生的压力,根据市场统计,上述机构的使用体验并没有受到消费者的青睐,而且该出水装置是通过交变方式对各种水花进行循环切换,从出水方式多样化来达到按摩效果,而对于诸多消费者而言,更喜欢在同种出水方式下达到更加出色的按摩功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有中的问题,提供一种旋转按摩出水机构,其结构简单、部件少,适用性广;此外,利用叶轮旋转与旋转的出水芯配合,经斜流道甩出形成环状的颗粒水,而且该环形的颗粒水花能够不断的循环变化环形面积的大小、以及循环变化水颗粒的大小,实现一种水花变化不同形态,以达到更佳的按摩效果。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种旋转按摩出水机构,其包括出水座、进水盖;所述出水座上设有出水孔道;所述进水盖上具有进水口;所述出水座内形成一容置腔,且于容置腔内设有一射水板、旋转轴、叶轮及出水芯;所述射水板上形成倾斜设置的射水口,其与所述进水口连通;所述叶轮通过旋转轴装设在出水芯与射水板之间,且叶轮上各叶片之间形成过水口;所述出水芯装设于叶轮之正下方的出水孔道内,其外周开设有斜流道;其中,水流经射水口驱动叶轮旋转,联动出水芯转动,且经出水芯的斜流道甩出形成环状颗粒水花。
进一步地,所述叶轮底部与出水座内底面形成一波动位移结构,该波动位移结构包括呈波浪状设置的环形轨道、滑设于环形轨道上的骨位;所述环形轨道设置在出水座内底面,所述骨位成型于叶轮底部;其中,所述叶轮旋转且其上骨位沿环形轨道起伏位移,联动经叶轮的水流形成波动,并进入旋转状态的出水芯,经由斜流道甩出形成间歇性环状颗粒水花。
进一步地,所述出水芯与叶轮固定连接或一体成型,联动叶轮转动并沿环形轨道起伏位移,带动出水芯同步升降形成位移,延长或缩短出水芯上斜流道至出水孔道端部之间的距离,以使所形成颗粒水花的环状面积扩大或缩小。
进一步地,所述出水孔道直径为2-12mm,且该出水孔道端部与斜流道之间的距离为2.5-8mm。
进一步地,所述射水板上向外延伸有凸起部,所述凸起部内形成所述射水口。
进一步地,所述射水口呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮方向逐渐缩小。
本发明所述的技术方案相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供一种旋转按摩出水机构,其结构简单、部件少,适用性广;此外,利用叶轮旋转与旋转的出水芯配合,经斜流道甩出形成环状的颗粒水,而且该环形的颗粒水花能够不断的循环变化环形面积的大小、以及循环变化水颗粒的大小,实现一种水花变化不同形态,以达到更佳的按摩效果。
(2)本发明所述的出水芯随着叶轮形成转动,使得其内斜流道的水花能够与出水孔道产生撞击后甩出,形成更纯粹的颗粒水花,此水花采用最简单的结构实现,更适用运用在空间较小的场合与产品;
(3)本发明通过波动位移结构实现叶轮在转动时形成上下波动位移,进而带动水流形成上下波动,而此波动方式能够形成集聚的水势,随后进入至出水芯时会产生间歇式动感地颗粒水花;本波动位移结构非常简单、易实现,相比现有技术中采用齿轮、涡轮蜗杆等等驱动机构,波动位移结构更简单、使用的效果更佳、装配时更容易;
(4)本发明所述出水芯与叶轮固定连接或一体成型,并随叶轮一同升降运动,进而使得出水芯能够在出水孔道内实现升降运动,此时斜流道与出水孔道端部的距离变化,进而使得形成的颗粒水环随着距离变化而扩大或缩小,以此循环不断变化,给予更佳的按摩体验;
(5)本发明所述出水孔道直径为2-12mm,且该出水孔道端部与斜流道之间的距离为2.5-8mm;经测验在上述区间范围内的出水孔道与波动升降距离配合,水颗粒的效果最佳,保证滴落在身体上时具有一定势能的触感,达到人体最佳的按摩力度;
(6)本发明在射水板上设置凸起部,并在凸起部内形成所述射水口,以达到延长射水道作用,达到增强水势能的效果;
(7)本发明的所述射水口呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮方向逐渐缩小,与延长的射水道配合,形成喷射状,提升水流速。

如图1至图6所示,本发明所述一种旋转按摩出水机构,其包括出水座1、进水盖2;
所述出水座1上设有出水孔道10;所述进水盖2上具有进水口20;所述出水座1内形成一容置腔11,且于容置腔11内设有一射水板3、旋转轴4、叶轮5及出水芯6;
所述射水板3上形成倾斜设置的射水口30,其与所述进水口20连通;所述射水板3上延伸有凸起部31,所述凸起部31内形成所述射水口30;所述射水口30呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮5方向逐渐缩小;射水板3上设置凸起部31,并在凸起部31内形成所述射水口30,以达到延长射水道作用,达到增强水势能的效果;而射水口30呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮5方向逐渐缩小,与延长的射水道配合,形成喷射状,提升水流速与水冲击力;
所述叶轮5通过旋转轴4装设在出水芯6与射水板3之间,且叶轮5上各叶片之间形成过水口50;

实施例一:
本实施例一实现间歇性动感颗粒水的按摩出水方式为例,其主要包括以下部件:出水座1、进水盖2、射水板3、旋转轴4、叶轮5及出水芯6;
实际装配时,如图1至图5所示,将旋转轴4装在射水板3的中心处,而进水盖2与射水板3焊接形成进水腔室;
随后,将叶轮5套装在旋转轴4上;
其次,于所述叶轮5底部与出水座1内底面形成一波动位移结构7,该波动位移结构7包括呈波浪状设置的环形轨道71、滑设于环形轨道71上的骨位72;所述环形轨道71设置在出水座1内底面,所述骨位72成型于叶轮5底部;
再次,将出水芯6可转动地装设在出水座1的出水孔道10内,出水芯6上的斜流道60与出水孔道10内壁配合;
最后,将所述出水座1与进水盖2相接于一体,且将叶轮5上的骨位72与出水座1上的环形轨道71相抵,另外叶轮5也与出水芯6活动连接,以完成整个装配过程;
工作原理:如图7、图8所示,当水流由进水盖2进入至进水腔室内,并从射水板3的射水口30射出,射出的水流因水道的延长与缩口设计,进而提升水势并冲击在叶轮5上,叶轮5随之转动,同步带动出水芯6转动,而水流从叶轮5上各叶片之间形成过水孔50进入到出水芯6的斜流道60,而出水芯6在旋转过程中将水流甩至出水孔道10内壁在从出水孔道10射出形成环状的颗粒水;与此同时,由于叶轮5旋转,而其上的骨位72与出水座1上的环形轨道71配合形成起伏位移,而叶轮5与出水芯6分体设置,进而使得叶轮5位移而出水芯6只实现转动,叶轮5升降进而使得水势及水流速发生变化,进而使得进入斜流道60的水流的水势也产生变化,水势小时产生的缓慢颗粒,而水势强时,颗粒感更突出,以形成间歇性动感环状颗粒水花;
实施例二:
本实施例二实现一种形成出水环及水颗粒不断变化的按摩出水方式;如图1至图6所示,本实施例二与实施例一相同部分不再重复赘述,其区别部分在于:所述出水芯6与叶轮5固接或一体成型,联动叶轮5转动并压环形轨道71起伏位移,带动出水芯6同步升降形成位移,延长或缩短出水芯6上斜流道60至出水孔道10端部之间的距离,以使所形成颗粒水花的环状面积扩大或缩小。
工作原理:如图9、图10所示,水流流向与实施例一中相同,区别在于:叶轮5被驱动时,与叶轮5一体成型的出水芯6也一起同步转动,且随叶轮5一同升降位移,而此时叶轮5升降带着出水芯6位移时,出水芯6上的斜流道60与出水孔道10端部的距离随起伏位移发生变化,而此变化影响到形成环状颗粒水的面积,当出水芯6上移时,所产生颗粒水环越小,且水颗粒越大;当出水芯6下移时,所产生的颗粒水环越大,水颗粒越小,同时水势亦在不断变化,颗粒水的水颗粒大小也同样在不断循环变换,以此循环不断变化,给予更佳的按摩体验;
本发明提供一种旋转按摩出水机构,其结构简单、部件少,适用性广;此外,利用叶轮旋转与旋转的出水芯配合,经斜流道甩出形成环状的颗粒水,而且该环形的颗粒水花能够不断的循环变化环形面积的大小、以及循环变化水颗粒的大小,实现一种水花变化不同形态,以达到更佳的按摩效果;本发明所述的出水芯随着叶轮形成转动,使得其内斜流道的水花能够与出水孔道产生撞击后甩出,形成更纯粹的颗粒水花,此水花采用最简单的结构实现,更适用运用在空间较小的场合与产品;本发明通过波动位移结构实现叶轮在转动时形成上下波动位移,进而带动水流形成上下波动,而此波动方式能够形成集聚的水势,随后进入至出水芯时会产生间歇式动感地颗粒水花;本波动位移结构非常简单、易实现,相比现有技术中采用齿轮、涡轮蜗杆等等驱动机构,波动位移结构更简单、使用的效果更佳、装配时更容易;本发明所述出水芯与叶轮固定连接或一体成型,并随叶轮一同升降运动,进而使得出水芯能够在出水孔道内实现升降运动,此时斜流道与出水孔道端部的距离变化,进而使得形成的颗粒水环随着距离变化而扩大或缩小,以此循环不断变化,给予更佳的按摩体验;本发明所述出水孔道直径为2-12mm,且该出水孔道端部与斜流道之间的距离为2.5-8mm;经测验在上述区间范围内的出水孔道与波动升降距离配合,水颗粒的效果最佳,保证滴落在身体上时具有一定势能的触感,达到人体最佳的按摩力度;本发明在射水板上设置凸起部,并在凸起部内形成所述射水口,以达到延长射水道作用,达到增强水势能的效果;本发明的所述射水口呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮方向逐渐缩小,与延长的射水道配合,形成喷射状,提升水流速。

Claims (5)

1.一种旋转按摩出水机构,其包括出水座、进水盖;所述出水座上设有出水孔道;所述进水盖上具有进水口;其特征在于:所述出水座内形成一容置腔,且于容置腔内设有一射水板、旋转轴、叶轮及出水芯;所述射水板上形成倾斜设置的射水口,其与所述进水口连通;所述叶轮通过旋转轴装设在出水芯与射水板之间,且叶轮上各叶片之间形成过水口;所述出水芯装设于叶轮之正下方的出水孔道内,其外周开设有斜流道;其中,水流经射水口驱动叶轮旋转,联动出水芯转动,且经出水芯的斜流道甩出形成环状颗粒水花;所述叶轮底部与出水座内底面形成一波动位移结构,该波动位移结构包括呈波浪状设置的环形轨道、滑设于环形轨道上的骨位;所述环形轨道设置在出水座内底面,所述骨位成型于叶轮底部;所述骨位为相对设置的一对,其中,所述叶轮旋转且其上骨位沿环形轨道起伏位移,联动经叶轮的水流形成波动,并进入旋转状态的出水芯,经由斜流道甩出形成间歇性环状颗粒水花。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转按摩出水机构,其特征在于:所述出水芯与叶轮固定连接或一体成型,联动叶轮转动并沿环形轨道起伏位移,带动出水芯同步升降形成位移,延长或缩短出水芯上斜流道至出水孔道端部之间的距离,以使所形成颗粒水花的环状面积扩大或缩小。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种旋转按摩出水机构,其特征在于:所述出水孔道直径为2-12mm,且该出水孔道端部与斜流道之间的距离为2.5-8mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转按摩出水机构,其特征在于:所述射水板上向外延伸有凸起部,所述凸起部内形成所述射水口。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种旋转按摩出水机构,其特征在于:所述射水口呈渐缩设置,其端部朝叶轮方向逐渐缩小。
