本发明公开了一种用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料及其制备方法,它由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土15‑25份、硅藻土13‑21份、膨化石墨11‑17份、方解石11‑17份、石英砂13‑17份、沸石12‑18份、明胶15‑19份;制备方法包括:原料与处理、成品。本发明制备出的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料能够有效的吸附废水中的重金属及其他有害物质,解决了大多数锰矿废水处理方法复杂、成本高、难以推广应用的问题,本用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料制备方法简单、废水处理效果好,是一种上佳的废水净化材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及废水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
锰矿的开采会产生大量的锰矿废水,锰矿废水在长期的排放过程中会降低排水管的通水能力,在管道能产生大量的沉淀,严重时还会造成管道破裂,而且含锰的废水如果进入到我们正常的生活饮用水中,还会造成慢性中毒危害人体健康,含锰废水也会对周边的土壤和植物造成危害,由此可见锰矿废水如果处理不当就会造成严重的环境污染,为此本发明人通过大量的实验和研究,提供了一种能够有效净化含锰废水的净化材料及其制备方法。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料,它由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土15-25份、硅藻土13-21份、膨化石墨11-17份、方解石11-17份、石英砂13-17份、沸石12-18份、明胶15-19份。
所述用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土17-23份、硅藻土15-19份、膨化石墨13-15份、方解石13-15份、石英砂14-16份、沸石14-16份、明胶16-18份。
所述用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土20份、硅藻土17份、膨化石墨14份、方解石14份、石英砂15份、沸石15份、明胶17份。
本发明还提供了上述用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至200-300目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入酸溶液调节pH为5.5-6.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
所述步骤b中的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合。
所述步骤b中的酸溶液为浓度为36-38%的醋酸。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备出的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料能够有效的吸附废水中的重金属及其他有害物质,解决了大多数锰矿废水处理方法复杂、成本高、难以推广应用的问题,本用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料制备方法简单、废水处理效果好是一种上佳的废水净化材料。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
实施例一
配方:膨润土15份、硅藻土13份、膨化石墨11份、方解石11份、石英砂13份、沸石12份、明胶15份。
制备方法:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至200目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入浓度为36%的醋酸调节pH为5.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
实施例二
配方:膨润土25份、硅藻土21份、膨化石墨17份、方解石17份、石英砂17份、沸石18份、明胶19份。
制备方法:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至200-300目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入浓度为36-38%的醋酸调节pH为5.5-6.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
实施例三

制备方法:

b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入浓度为36%的醋酸调节pH为5.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
实施例四
配方:膨润土23份、硅藻土19份、膨化石墨15份、方解石15份、石英砂16份、沸石16份、明胶18份。
制备方法:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至300目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入浓度为38%的醋酸调节pH为6.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
实施例五
配方:膨润土20份、硅藻土17份、膨化石墨14份、方解石14份、石英砂15份、沸石15份、明胶17份。
制备方法:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至250目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入浓度为37%的醋酸调节pH为6,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。

1.一种用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料,其特征在于:它由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土15-25份、硅藻土13-21份、膨化石墨11-17份、方解石11-17份、石英砂13-17份、沸石12-18份、明胶15-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料,其特征在于:所述用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土17-23份、硅藻土15-19份、膨化石墨13-15份、方解石13-15份、石英砂14-16份、沸石14-16份、明胶16-18份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料,其特征在于:所述用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土20份、硅藻土17份、膨化石墨14份、方解石14份、石英砂15份、沸石15份、明胶17份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
a、原料预处理:将方解石与沸石放入粉碎机中,粉碎至200-300目,然后与膨润土、硅藻土、膨化石墨、石英砂混合得到混合料;
b、成品:将得到的混合料与水按照质量比混合后加入明胶继续搅拌均匀,随后加入酸溶液调节pH为5.5-6.5,然后放入模具中静置交联,反应完成后经过干燥得到用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中的混合料与水按照质量比为1:1.5的比例混合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于处理锰矿废水的净化材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中的酸溶液为浓度为36-38%的醋酸。
