Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物，属中药领域。其由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：地骨皮30份、仙鹤草30份、白及30份、野菊花30份、白茅根30份、半枝莲30份、薏苡仁15份、白花蛇舌草30份、紫花地丁10份。本发明具有活血化瘀、清热解毒、利尿通淋的作用，有效的抑制肿瘤细胞生长、扩散、转移和杀灭癌细胞，减轻手术、放疗、化疗等伤害性治疗手段的毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物。
背景技术
直肠癌是指从齿状线至直肠乙状结肠交界处之间的癌，是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。西医多是“以瘤为本”，采取手术、放疗、化疗等伤害性疗法，很多患者不是死于肿瘤本身，而是死于过度治疗。相对而言，中医的治疗方法要安全得多，方法有：以毒攻毒法、活血化淤法、软坚散结法、固本养元法等等。
中药已经在肿瘤用药市场占有重要地位，因为中药副作用小，疗效确切，适用于长期用药，临床应用非常广泛。人们迫切需要一种行之有效、己被大多数人证实能起良好效果的治疗直肠癌的中药组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料药制成：地骨皮30份、仙鹤草30份、白及30份、野菊花30份、白茅根30份、半枝莲30份、薏苡仁15份、白花蛇舌草30份、紫花地丁10份。
具体制法为：取地骨皮、仙鹤草、白及、野菊花、白茅根、半枝莲各30g，加10倍水（V/W）90℃加热浓缩至600ml，过滤，得滤液a；
取薏苡仁15g、白花蛇舌草30g、紫花地丁10g，以10倍量（V/W）50%乙醇溶液浸泡10h，过滤，将滤液于60℃挥干，得浸膏，将该浸膏置于滤液a中摇匀，制得一剂。
每天服用一剂，分早晚两次服用，30天为一个疗程。
本发明的优点是：
本发明将上述药物组合后，其药效具有协同作用，该种内服治疗直肠癌的中药组合物能够活血化瘀、清热解毒、利尿通淋的作用，有效的抑制肿瘤细胞生长、扩散、转移和杀灭癌细胞，减轻手术、放疗、化疗等伤害性治疗手段的毒副作用。
具体实施方式：
实施例1
取地骨皮、仙鹤草、白及、野菊花、白茅根、半枝莲各30g，加10倍水（V/W）90℃加热浓缩至600ml，过滤，得滤液a；
取薏苡仁15g、白花蛇舌草30g、紫花地丁10g，以10倍量（V/W）50%乙醇溶液浸泡10h，过滤，将滤液于60℃挥干，得浸膏，将该浸膏置于滤液a中摇匀，制得一剂。
每天服用一剂，分早晚两次服用，30天为一个疗程。
自2000年~2003年间累计观察直肠癌患者70例，治愈59例，好转9例，未愈2例，治愈率达84.29％，有效率97.14%。
肠癌疗效评定：
治愈：症状消失，检查癌细胞消失。
好转：症状减轻，癌细胞减少。
未愈：症状无变化，癌细胞继续扩散。
为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下：
病例一：
李某，男，55岁，忙于工作，长期饮食不规律，确诊为恶性直肠癌，肿瘤生长部位不能手术，经一年多治疗无明显疗效，反之逐渐加重肿瘤增大。使用本发明本专利药物，一日一剂，1个疗程后疼痛减轻、出血减少、食欲增强,3个疗程后疼痛已不明显，肿瘤也有变小。
病例二：
何某，男，60岁，2002年检查，肛门疼痛及肛门失禁、脓血便经常流出，腹股沟处淋巴结肿大，医院确诊为恶性直肠癌，住院半年未见明显改善，后来我处进行治疗，服用本专利药物，一日一剂，服用3个疗程后症状减轻，就继续服用3个疗程后症状消失经医院检查治愈。
病例三：
黄某，男，51岁，便前腹痛、排便次数增多，每次数量不多，排便困难，大便变细等症状，确诊为直肠癌早期，经1月化疗无明显好转，服用本专利药物，一日一剂，服用3个疗程后症状减轻，3个疗程后复查明显好转，并且逐步进食，继续服用3个疗程后，身体逐渐康复，能够自理并且工作。
由于篇幅限制，本发明不对众多患者的各自情况进行一一列举，仅以上诉实例作为说明。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料药制成：地骨皮30份、仙鹤草30份、白及30份、野菊花30份、白茅根30份、半枝莲30份、薏苡仁15份、白花蛇舌草30份、紫花地丁10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗直肠癌的中药组合物，其特征在于通过如下方法制得：取地骨皮、仙鹤草、白及、野菊花、白茅根、半枝莲各30份，加10倍水（V/W）90℃加热浓缩至三分之一，过滤，得滤液a；
取薏苡仁15份、白花蛇舌草30份、紫花地丁10份，以10倍量（V/W）50%乙醇溶液浸泡10h，过滤，将滤液于60℃挥干，得浸膏，将该浸膏置于滤液a中摇匀即得。
