目前市场上有大量的碳酸钙型牙膏或牙粉,碳酸钙牙膏或牙粉能够有效的抑制口腔细菌、保护牙齿、清新口气的问题,同时还适用于口腔溃疡患者,缓解牙龈肿痛等症状。但是碳酸钙牙膏存在细腻度和白度不高,稳定性不好等问题。碳酸钙牙膏或牙粉的细腻度与粉体的粒度有较大关系。
发明内容
本发明提出一种超微钙健齿牙膏,解决了目前牙膏细腻度和白度低的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
10~30份摩擦剂,5~10份超微钙粉,20~40份水合二氧化钛,1~3份发泡剂,1~4份增稠剂,2~6份木糖醇,2~4份柠檬酸锌。
优选的,所述摩擦剂为纳米珍珠粉,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠,所述发泡剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
优选的,所述超微钙粉的原料为海洋贝类或天然矿物,所述海洋贝类为砗磲贝、牡蛎贝、海螺、珍珠母中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述超微钙粉依照专利ZL201410140698.7工艺制备,粉碎粒径在0.1~10μm。
优选的,所述水合二氧化钛的粒度为纳米级,粒径小于0.1μm。
优选的,所述木糖醇是由原料天然玉米芯利用三次离子交换脱酸工艺制得。
优选的,所述海藻酸钠的制备方法:将海洋藻类物质清洗洁净后,去除杂质,后切块,在加入盐酸进行消化,消化后的藻类物质成糊状,加水稀释后过滤,将滤液调节pH值为6~7,加入氯化钙进行钙析,加入浓度为15%的氯化钠进行离子交换脱钙,再加入95%的乙醇进行沉淀,经过过滤、干燥、粉碎,即得。
本发明中牙膏膏体配方采用超微钙粉,具有抑菌、消炎、抗氧化、活化细胞、吸附异味等作用,而且还具有入口无害的特性。因此将其添加到牙膏中,具有抑制口腔细菌、保护牙齿、清新口气、治疗口腔溃疡、缓解牙龈红肿、去除烟渍、去除牙菌斑等作用。此外,超微钙极易被人体吸收,为人体补充钙元素及其它微量元素。
纳米珍珠粉来源于珍珠贝的天然珍珠,除含有90%以上的碳酸钙外,还含有有机物和铁、锰、锌、硅等微量元素,具有清热坠痰、镇心安神的功效。本专利用珍珠粉来代替碳酸钙,可以很好的解决牙膏细腻度和白度不高的问题。
天然木糖醇提取于玉米芯,纯天然无副作用,木糖醇不会被致龋微生物发酵而在口腔中产生酸性物质,具有独特的防龋功能,且本发明的木糖醇制备工艺采用三次离子交换脱酸,可以很好的根除硫酸,同时提高了木糖醇的高产率。
柠檬酸锌具有防止牙菌斑和口臭、治疗口腔溃疡的作用。
海藻酸钠在牙膏中起到增稠和稳定的作用,其提取于海洋藻类,没有任何有害物质,是一种可食而又不被人体消化的大分子多糖,进入肠道后可调节人体新陈代谢。木糖醇与海藻酸钠可以在牙齿表面形成一层隔离膜,阻止细菌的再生,保护口腔。海藻酸钠的制备过程中钙析后利用离子交换脱钙法得到的产品收率高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
10~30份摩擦剂,5~10份超微钙粉,20~40份水合二氧化钛,1~3份发泡剂,1~4份增稠剂,2~6份木糖醇,2~4份柠檬酸锌。
优选的,所述摩擦剂为纳米珍珠粉,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠,所述发泡剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
优选的,所述超微钙粉的原料为海洋贝类或天然矿物,所述海洋贝类为砗磲贝、牡蛎贝、海螺、珍珠母中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述超微钙粉依照专利ZL201410140698.7工艺制备,粉碎粒径在0.1~10μm。
优选的,所述水合二氧化钛的粒度为纳米级,粒径小于0.1μm。
优选的,所述木糖醇是由原料天然玉米芯利用三次离子交换脱酸工艺制得。具体方法:玉米芯→清洗→水解→一次脱色→板框过滤→离子交换→超滤→蒸发浓缩(一蒸)→二次脱色→板框过滤→离子交换→蒸发浓缩(二蒸)→蒸发浓缩(三蒸)→结晶→离心分离→烘干→包装→木糖(结晶)→化糖脱色→加氢→脱色→板框压滤→离子交换→蒸发浓缩→结晶→离心分离→干燥→包装→木糖醇(结晶)。
优选的,所述海藻酸钠的制备方法:将海洋藻类物质清洗洁净后,去除杂质,后切块,在加入盐酸进行消化,消化后的藻类物质成糊状,加水稀释后过滤,将滤液调节pH值为6~7,加入氯化钙进行钙析,加入浓度为15%的氯化钠进行离子交换脱钙,再加入95%的乙醇进行沉淀,经过过滤、干燥、粉碎,即得。
以下面三个实施例具体介绍本发明牙膏膏体配方。
实施例1
一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
10份纳米珍珠粉,5份超微钙粉,20份水合二氧化钛,1份十二烷基磺酸钠,1份海藻酸钠,2份木糖醇,2份柠檬酸锌。
实施例2
一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
20份纳米珍珠粉,8份超微钙粉,30份水合二氧化钛,2份十二烷基磺酸钠,2.5份海藻酸钠,4份木糖醇,3份柠檬酸锌。
实施例3
一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
30份纳米珍珠粉,10份超微钙粉,40份水合二氧化钛,3份十二烷基磺酸钠,4份海藻酸钠,6份木糖醇,4份柠檬酸锌。

1.一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于,其牙膏壳体为直立式真空按压瓶,所述牙膏包含以下重量份的原料:
10~30份摩擦剂,5~10份超微钙粉,20~40水合二氧化钛,1~3份发泡剂,1~4份增稠剂,2~6份木糖醇,2~4份柠檬酸锌。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于:
所述摩擦剂为纳米珍珠粉,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠,所述发泡剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于:
所述超微钙粉的原料为海洋贝类或天然矿物,所述海洋贝类为砗磲贝、牡蛎贝、海螺、珍珠母中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于:
所述超微钙粉依照专利ZL201410140698.7工艺制备,粉碎粒径在0.1~10μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于:
所述水合二氧化钛的粒度为纳米级,粒径在小于0.1μm。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于:
所述木糖醇是由原料天然玉米芯利用三次离子交换脱酸工艺制得。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种超微钙健齿牙膏,其特征在于,
