背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对沐浴液的质量要求也在不断提高。目前市售多数沐浴液都是皂基型沐浴液，产品碱性较强，属于化学合成洗涤用品。随着洗护用品的疗效化、天然化、营养化的发展趋势，以具疗效、无副作用、营养作用的天然中草药、植物提取液等为功效成分，与沐浴液基质如表面活性剂等复配制备的中药沐浴液越来越受到消费者的青睐。
对于中药沐浴液，除具有去污清洁功效外，同时具有祛痘等作用的中药抗菌滋养沐浴液现在市场还不多见。痘是痤疮的俗称，又叫“青春痘”、“暗疮”或“粉刺”，是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞、发炎所引发的一种皮肤病。青春期时，体内的荷尔蒙会刺激毛发生长，促进皮脂腺分泌更多油脂，毛发和皮脂腺因此堆积许多物质，使油脂和细菌附着，引发皮肤红肿的反应。
目前痘痘的治疗药物治标不治本，且常有依赖性和副作用。因此研究开发一种安全有效、能在日常生活中对痘痘加以预防和治疗的中药沐浴露非常有实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够强效抑菌的祛痘中药沐浴露及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为：
一种祛痘中药沐浴露，所述沐浴露由下述重量份的原料配制而成：月桂基硫酸钠20-30份、中药提取物10-25份、防腐剂0.3-0.7份、香精0.1-0.4份，螯合剂0.3-0.5份，去离子水120－150份；
所述中药提取液由下述重量份的中药混合而成:青风藤5-7份、紫花地丁8-12份、凤尾草15-30份、穿心莲5-18份、郁金3-6份、党参2-4份、鸡矢藤10-30份、石决明9-12份、龙胆草3-6份、黄蜀葵2-12份、苍术8-10份、甘草1-10份、天麻5-8份。
一种祛痘中药沐浴露的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一、按照所述重量份数称取中药原料混合，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：10-12的比例混合，在水中浸泡40-50min后进行煎煮，煎煮2-4h后，将滤液及滤渣分离，所得滤渣继续与水按照重量比为1：8-9比例混合，煎煮2－3h，分离滤液，将两次的滤液混合，浓缩至50-65℃时相对密度为1.4-1.5，得到中药提取液；
步骤二、将月桂基硫酸钠20-30份、中药提取物10-25份、防腐剂0.3-0.7份、螯合剂0.3-0.5份依次加入去离子水中，加热至50－60℃混合搅拌，随后冷却至25－35℃，加入香精0.1-0.4份，搅拌后即得。
本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本发明通过配方和生产工艺的结合，所发明的沐浴露在清洁皮肤、强效抑菌、祛痘方面效果显著，且使用感十分舒服，安全无副作用，满足人们的日常生活需要，适宜广泛推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本新型作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
按重量份取青风藤5份、紫花地丁8份、凤尾草15份、穿心莲5份、郁金3份、党参2份、鸡矢藤10份、石决明9份、龙胆草3份、黄蜀葵2份、苍术8份、甘草1份、天麻5份中药原料混合，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：10-12的比例混合，在水中浸泡40-50min后进行煎煮，煎煮2-4h后，将滤液及滤渣分离，所得滤渣继续与水按照重量比为1：8-9比例混合，煎煮2－3h，分离滤液，将两次的滤液混合，浓缩至50-65℃时相对密度为1.4-1.5，得到中药提取液；

效果实施例：为表明本发明对痘痘的抑制效果，选取20例痤疮患者进行系统的临床研究。
实验组：选取10例，使用本发明的祛痘中药沐浴露，每周3次。对照组：选取10例，使用市面上的普通沐浴露，每周3次。两组人在病情、性别、年龄等方面经统计学处理差异无显著性。
经过40天对比发现，实验组中达到80％以上的有效率，患者的痘痘得到有效的抑制和缓解，并且观察30天后，无复发迹象。对照组，10人的痤疮均毫无起效。两组之间差异有非常显著性，实验组明显优于对照组。

所述中药提取液由下述重量份的中药混合而成:青风藤5-7份、紫花地丁8-12份、凤尾草15-30份、穿心莲5-18份、郁金3-6份、党参2-4份、鸡矢藤10-30份、石决明9-12份、龙胆草3-6份、黄蜀葵2-12份、苍术8-10份、甘草1-10份、天麻5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种祛痘中药沐浴露的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
步骤一、按照所述重量份数称取中药原料混合，将该混合物与水按照重量比1：10-12的比例混合，在水中浸泡40-50min后进行煎煮，煎煮2-4h后，将滤液及滤渣分离，所得滤渣继续与水按照重量比为1：8-9比例混合，煎煮2－3h，分离滤液，将两次的滤液混合，浓缩至50-65℃时相对密度为1.4-1.5，得到中药提取液；
