为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种防止皮肤皲裂的洗手液，配方温和、去污力强，无污染，不刺激皮肤，不黏手，具有护理与治疗功能。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种防止皮肤皲裂的洗手液，其特征在于：由以下重量份的成分组成：月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠：25-30份、淡竹叶：1-3份、莲心：2-4份、鸭跖草：5-7份、青葙子：10-15份、麦冬：5-9份、决明子：4-6份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠：10-14份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯：3-5份、乙二醇：8-12份、三乙醇胺：2-6份、柠檬酸：2-4份、香精：0.03-0.05份、维C：1-4份、蓝色颜料：0.04-0.07份、去离子水：80-95份。
其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在60-75℃的温水中搅拌20-30min，之后用文火熬煮25-30min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

本实施例所述的一种防止皮肤皲裂的洗手液，由以下重量份的成分组成：月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠：25份、淡竹叶：3份、莲心：2份、鸭跖草：7份、青葙子：10份、麦冬：9份、决明子：4份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠：14份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯：3份、乙二醇：12份、三乙醇胺：2份、柠檬酸：4份、香精：0.03份、维C：4份、蓝色颜料：0.04份、去离子水：95份。
其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在60℃的温水中搅拌30min，之后用文火熬煮25min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。
