一种改善手部皮肤的洗手液，其特征在于：由以下重量份的成分组成：脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钙：26-30份、白术：2-5份、白芍：1-4份、天竺黄：2-7份、侧柏叶：10-15份、麦冬：5-8份、防风：3-6份、烷基硫酸钙：10-12份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯：3-5份、乙二醇：8-12份、三乙醇胺：2-6份、枯烯磺酸钠：5-7份、香精：0.02-0.05份、氯化镁：1-4份、红色颜料：0.04-0.08份、去离子水：85-95份。
其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在60-70℃的温水中搅拌20-30min，之后用文火熬煮25-30min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在60℃的温水中搅拌30min，之后用文火熬煮25min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。
