随着人民生活水平的不断提高，越来越多的人选择用洗手液代替肥皂洗手，现在洗手液去污力强，易漂易洗，易储存，而且多采用非离子型表面活性剂，pH接近中性，对皮肤刺激性较小，深得人民群众的喜爱，但我国的洗手液仍然处于发展阶段，现有的洗手液中多注重去污力，对于手的杀菌、消毒、防黏等方面重视不够，因此，如何满足人们的各种需要是研究人员今后的主要工作。

为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种黄芩洗手液，具有杀菌消毒与护理功能，配方温和，去污力强，无污染，不刺激皮肤，洗涤效果好。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种黄芩洗手液，其特征在于：由以下重量份的成分组成：月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6-9份、马来酸乙二醇酯：4-7份、硫酸铜：0.02-0.05份、黄芩：1-3份、五味子：2-4份、防风：2-3份、莪术：2-5份、黄药子：5-8份、麦冬：4-6份、薄荷醇：3-5份、三聚磷酸钠：3-5份、柠檬酸：1-4份、香精：0.03-0.05份、黄色颜料：0.04-0.07份、去离子水：70-85份。
其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在50-60℃的温水中搅拌15-27min，之后用文火熬煮24-30min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在60℃的温水中搅拌15min，之后用文火熬煮30min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在50℃的温水中搅拌27min，之后用文火熬煮24min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在50-60℃的温水中搅拌15-27min，之后用文火熬煮24-30min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。
