一种超市收银人员洗手液，其特征在于：由以下重量份的成分组成：月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠：6-10份、三聚磷酸钠：3-5份、烷基葡糖苷：2-5份、马来酸乙二醇酯：2-4份、硫酸铜：0.03-0.05份、常山：3-6份、当归：2-4份、防风：2-6份、桂枝：2-5份、蚤休：5-8份、麻黄：2-5份、薄荷醇：3-5份、柠檬酸：1-4份、香精：0.03-0.05份、维C：1-2份、蓝色颜料：0.04-0.08份、去离子水：75-85份。
其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在50-65℃的温水中搅拌13-25min，之后用文火熬煮20-28min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。

其制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按上述配方称取相应重量份的原材料，混合；
（2）将混合均匀的的原材料在65℃的温水中搅拌13min，之后用文火熬煮28min；
（3）将熬好的原材料放凉后，过滤残渣，蒸发两遍即得。
