一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.01‑1%的茶多酚、0.01‑1%的金银花提取物、0.01‑1%的三七提取物、0.01‑1%的生物活性肽、0.01‑1%的活性钙、0.05‑0.5%的茼蒿素、0.05‑0.5%的硫酸锌、0.01‑1%的补骨脂提取物、0.01‑1%的红花提取物和0.01‑1%的百部根提取物。本申请在现代食品生物技术中引入茶多酚、三七、金银花、活性钙、生物活性肽等功能性因子,重点解决利用生物技术手段和纳米技术保证添加物质的生物活性或稳定性以及香味的持久释放,实现在轻松咀嚼的同时使功能活性因子持久性,达到清除口臭,调节机体内部阴阳平衡等保健功效,同时不破坏原有胶基,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物食品技术领域,具体涉及一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖及其制备方法。
背景技术
口香糖是以天然树胶或甘油树脂为胶体的基础,加入糖浆、薄荷、甜味剂等调和压制而成的一种供人们放入口中嚼咬的糖。口香糖是很受世界人民喜爱的一种糖类,既可吃又可玩,深受儿童和青年人喜爱,成为大部分年轻人的扮酷、时尚的新宠。口香糖的基质黏性很强。能除去牙齿表面的食物残渣,咀嚼运动,机械刺激又能增加唾液的分泌,冲洗口腔表面,有一定的清洁口腔的作用,咀嚼口香糖,促进了面部血液循环与肌肉的锻炼,对牙齿颌面的发育有促进作用。咀嚼口香糖时,唾液分泌增多,可促进消化。
作为现代社会的时尚和快速消费品,目前单纯作为休闲食品的口香糖产业类型较为单一,其产品主要以着色剂、增味剂等添加剂来改变糖体外形、颜色和香型种类。功能性、安全性、环保等理念是口香糖产业发展的重要方向。
口臭即口腔或鼻腔中散发出难闻的气味,虽不是严重疾病,但常引起他人厌烦,影响人们进行社会交往。口臭产生的原因复杂。西医首先治疗引起口臭的口腔局部病症(如龋病、牙周病等)或系统性疾病(如胃炎、肺炎等),若口臭未消失,则使用漱口水来改善,要么芳香剂来掩盖口臭,治标不治本,要么杀灭口腔中的细菌,同时使口腔微生态环境遭到破环。
总之西医治疗口臭有一定副作用,如易复发、持续时间短、容易产生耐药性、口感差等,且有时不能治疗临床上无明显病因的口臭。
中医对口臭记述颇早,《医学入门》云:“口臭者,胃热也。”故口臭多责之胃热。通过文献检索,我们发现脾胃湿热型口臭居多。根据中医辨证施治的特色临床多采用燥湿泻热治疗口臭效果显著。目前对治疗口臭的中药研究越来越多,多集中在抑制致臭菌的生长,减少引起口臭的挥发性硫化物的释放等方面。中药来源于天然植物,具有四气、五味、归经、升降浮沉等特性,可以根据引起口臭的病因,施药直达病所,从根本上治疗产生口臭的病变脏腑,消灭口臭的源头,发挥中医在治疗口臭方面特色-标本兼治。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全性好,稳定性强的可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.01-1%的茶多酚、0.01-1%的金银花提取物、0.01-1%的三七提取物、0.01-1%的生物活性肽、0.01-1%的活性钙、0.05-0.5%的茼蒿素、0.05-0.5%的硫酸锌、0.01-1%的补骨脂提取物、0.01-1%的红花提取物和0.01-1%的百部根提取物;
上述生物活性肽选用小分子植物多肽,如人参肽、天麻肽、茯苓肽、小麦低聚肽、葛根肽等。
上述口香糖的制备方法如下:
(1)先将口香糖胶基加入带有搅拌器的熔胶锅内,加温搅拌使胶基软化,然后加入糖和辅料,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(2)在步骤(1)的物料中再加入茶多酚、金银花提取物、三七提取物、生物活性肽、活性钙、茼蒿素、硫酸锌、补骨脂提取物、红花提取物和百部根提取物,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物料送入挤出机挤出、压片,然后送入冷冻设备进行冷冻成型,然后切片包装即可。
本申请中各组分的功效:
茶多酚(TP)是从茶叶特别是绿茶中分离提纯的多酚类化合物,是茶叶的主要活性成分,具有广泛的药理作用。研究证明,茶多酚可抑制细菌的GTF酶,从而抑制口腔中变形链球菌、粘性放线菌、唾液链球菌等多种致龋菌在口腔中的生长及代谢,降低细菌在牙齿表面的粘附率,有明显的抗龋齿作用,且无耐药性产生。
金银花是一味清热解毒的常用要药,甘寒善清心胃热毒,化学成分研究表明:金银花具有广谱抗菌作用,分离出的绿原酸和异绿原酸是其抗菌的主要成分。加入到口香糖中起到协调功效,具备清热、抗菌功效。
三七中含有三七总皂甙对人体可起到活血祛瘀、通脉活络、扩张脑血管,使脑血流量增加等作用,通过抑制血小板聚集以增加血流量,将其添加到口香糖中可有效减轻牙龈肿痛、牙龈出血等口腔问题,并能改善微循环,解决病菌滋生,起到杀菌功效。
活性钙中含有微量的天然矿物质钾、钠、铁、锰、硅、磷、锌等元素,在加工过程中被活化,成为优良的营养素。这些元素大部分具有生理功能,是酶和蛋白质系统的关键成份,对核酸激素、细胞膜等起着稳定或激活作用。其中不少元素随着人们年龄的增长和衰老,人体含量逐渐减少,食用含活性钙的口香糖可得以补充。
生物活性肽是从植物中提取分离出的活性因子,由两个以上氨基酸链合而成的蛋白多肽,这种活性多肽可以清除人体口腔中常见的自由基,活性钙、茶多酚等发挥协同作用,促进有益元素的吸收。
茼蒿素和补骨脂提取物对人们常见口齿疾病具有预防作用,对龋病、牙周炎、口腔粘膜溃疡也具有确切的治疗作用。
红花提取物和百部根提取物具有可香身,清新口气,祛除口腔,身体异味,从整体上来协调机体内部的阴阳平衡,驱除体内邪气或痰湿浊气,使脏腑经脉功能正常,气血充盛,皮肤有光泽,面色红润,调节内分泌。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请在现代食品生物技术中引入茶多酚、三七、金银花、活性钙、生物活性肽等功能性因子,重点解决利用生物技术手段和纳米技术保证添加物质的生物活性或稳定性以及香味的持久释放,实现在轻松咀嚼的同时使功能活性因子持久性,达到清除口臭,调节机体内部阴阳平衡等保健功效,同时不破坏原有胶基,降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.01%的茶多酚、0.01%的金银花提取物、0.01%的三七提取物、0.01%的生物活性肽、0.01%的活性钙、0.05%的茼蒿素、0.05%的硫酸锌、0.01%的补骨脂提取物、0.01%的红花提取物和0.01%的百部根提取物;
上述口香糖的制备方法如下:
(1)先将口香糖胶基加入带有搅拌器的熔胶锅内,加温搅拌使胶基软化,然后加入糖和辅料,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(2)在步骤(1)的物料中再加入茶多酚、金银花提取物、三七提取物、生物活性肽、活性钙、茼蒿素、硫酸锌、补骨脂提取物、红花提取物和百部根提取物,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物料送入挤出机挤出、压片,然后送入冷冻设备进行冷冻成型,然后切片包装即可。
实施例2
一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.5%的茶多酚、0.5%的金银花提取物、0.5%的三七提取物、0.5%的生物活性肽、0.5%的活性钙、0.01%的茼蒿素、0.01%的硫酸锌、0.5%的补骨脂提取物、0.5%的红花提取物和0.5%的百部根提取物;
上述口香糖的制备方法如下:
(1)先将口香糖胶基加入带有搅拌器的熔胶锅内,加温搅拌使胶基软化,然后加入糖和辅料,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(2)在步骤(1)的物料中再加入茶多酚、金银花提取物、三七提取物、生物活性肽、活性钙、茼蒿素、硫酸锌、补骨脂提取物、红花提取物和百部根提取物,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物料送入挤出机挤出、压片,然后送入冷冻设备进行冷冻成型,然后切片包装即可。
上述生物活性肽选用小分子石斛肽,该石斛肽的制备方法如下:
(1)用干品铁皮石斛(枫斗)作为加工原料,送入温水中浸泡20分钟左右,水温保持在35-40℃,其中每500g温水中加入有白酒30g、食盐20g、柠檬酸15g、香蕉皮提取物2g、绿茶提取物10g、皂素10g、洋葱提取物8g、马齿苋提取物5g、楝树果提取物3g;采用上述方法进行清洗能够有效清除石斛表面的杂物、病菌等;
(2)将清洗干净的石斛捞出沥干表面水分,送入低温冷冻设备,在-15℃至-22℃环境下低温处理4小时;
(3)将低温处理后的石斛取出,切断成0.5-20mm的石斛段,加入0.5倍石斛重量的纯净水,一同送入揉搓机连续揉搓15分钟,使得石斛在揉搓过程中能够达到呼吸按摩的效果,提高内部物质的活性;
(4)将揉搓后的石斛段取出,进行超微粉碎,过100~400目药筛,与步骤(3)中搓揉机中的纯净水拌匀,得到湿润状态的石斛湿粉;
(5)将石斛湿粉送入微波处理设备中,于微波频率2450MHz、功率500W下间隔微波处理,间隔时间为5分钟,每次微波处理10分钟,连续进行3-4次;
(6)取微波处理后的石斛湿粉按重量比1(石斛湿粉):12-18(水)左右加水,于75℃水浴中浸泡1.5小时,然后加入木瓜蛋白酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在40~60℃浸提1~4小时,得到提取液待用;其中木瓜蛋白酶的加入量为石斛湿粉重量的0.01-1%;
(7)取上述提取液,利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的肽液;
(8)对原料肽液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物即为石斛肽。
实施例3
一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.1%的茶多酚、0.1%的金银花提取物、0.1%的三七提取物、0.1%的生物活性肽、0.1%的活性钙、0.01%的茼蒿素、0.01%的硫酸锌、0.1%的补骨脂提取物、0.1%的红花提取物和0.1%的百部根提取物;
上述口香糖的制备方法如下:
(1)先将口香糖胶基加入带有搅拌器的熔胶锅内,加温搅拌使胶基软化,然后加入糖和辅料,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(2)在步骤(1)的物料中再加入茶多酚、金银花提取物、三七提取物、生物活性肽、活性钙、茼蒿素、硫酸锌、补骨脂提取物、红花提取物和百部根提取物,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物料送入挤出机挤出、压片,然后送入冷冻设备进行冷冻成型,然后切片包装即可。
上述生物活性肽选用小分子石斛肽,该石斛肽的制备方法如下:
(1)用干品铁皮石斛(枫斗)作为加工原料,送入温水中浸泡20分钟左右,水温保持在35-40℃,其中每500g温水中加入有白酒30g、食盐20g、柠檬酸15g、香蕉皮提取物2g、绿茶提取物10g、皂素10g、洋葱提取物8g、马齿苋提取物5g、楝树果提取物3g;采用上述方法进行清洗能够有效清除石斛表面的杂物、病菌等;
(2)将清洗干净的石斛捞出沥干表面水分,送入低温冷冻设备,在-15℃至-22℃环境下低温处理4小时;
(3)将低温处理后的石斛取出,切断成0.5-20mm的石斛段,加入0.5倍石斛重量的纯净水,一同送入揉搓机连续揉搓15分钟,使得石斛在揉搓过程中能够达到呼吸按摩的效果,提高内部物质的活性;
(4)将揉搓后的石斛段取出,进行超微粉碎,过100~400目药筛,与步骤(3)中搓揉机中的纯净水拌匀,得到湿润状态的石斛湿粉;
(5)将石斛湿粉送入微波处理设备中,于微波频率2450MHz、功率500W下间隔微波处理,间隔时间为5分钟,每次微波处理10分钟,连续进行3-4次;
(6)取微波处理后的石斛湿粉按重量比1(石斛湿粉):12-18(水)左右加水,于75℃水浴中浸泡1.5小时,然后加入木瓜蛋白酶搅拌均匀并保持温度在40~60℃浸提1~4小时,得到提取液待用;其中木瓜蛋白酶的加入量为石斛湿粉重量的0.01-1%;
(7)取上述提取液,利用循环水式多用真空泵进行真空抽滤,得到抽滤后的肽液;
(8)对原料肽液进行真空喷雾干燥,收集干燥物即为石斛肽。

1.一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,包括由胶基、糖和辅料制成的口香糖,其特征在于还包括占口香糖总重量0.01-1%的茶多酚、0.01-1%的金银花提取物、0.01-1%的三七提取物、0.01-1%的生物活性肽、0.01-1%的活性钙、0.05-0.5%的茼蒿素、0.05-0.5%的硫酸锌、0.01-1%的补骨脂提取物、0.01-1%的红花提取物和0.01-1%的百部根提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,其特征在于,上述生物活性肽选用小分子植物多肽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可以清除口臭的抗菌口香糖,其特征在于,上述小分子植物多肽为人参肽、天麻肽、茯苓肽、小麦低聚肽或葛根肽中一种或几种按任意比例的组合。
4.一种制备权利要求1-3任一项所述口香糖的方法,其特征在于,上述口香糖的制备方法如下:
(1)先将口香糖胶基加入带有搅拌器的熔胶锅内,加温搅拌使胶基软化,然后加入糖和辅料,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(2)在步骤(1)的物料中再加入茶多酚、金银花提取物、三七提取物、生物活性肽、活性钙、茼蒿素、硫酸锌、补骨脂提取物、红花提取物和百部根提取物,控制搅拌速180-200r/min,连续搅拌20-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中的物料送入挤出机挤出、压片,然后送入冷冻设备进行冷冻成型,然后切片包装即可。
