Abstract
本发明公开一种提高草鱼稚鱼期存活率的养殖方法,包括投喂饲料,其特点在于,按重量计,在投喂的饲料中含0.2~0.4%的大蒜提取物、0.1~0.3%的五加皮提取物。与现有养殖方法相比,本发明的方法可将稚鱼期草鱼的存活率提高至90%以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高草鱼稚鱼期存活率的养殖方法。
背景技术
鱼是人类重要的食物来源之一,其具有丰富的营养成分。如鱼是秋冬季是体弱者进补的好水产食品,不仅味道鲜美,而且营养价值极高。其蛋白质含量为猪肉的两倍,且属于优质蛋白,人体吸收率高。鱼中富含丰富的硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、维生素D和一定量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鱼肉中脂肪含量虽低,且多为不饱和脂肪酸,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,所以对防治心脑血管疾病、增强记忆力、保护视力、消除炎症颇有益处。
由于鱼品种丰富,不同品种的鱼及不同培育阶段的生长习性不同,采用一般的饲料投喂难以满足现代渔业养殖发展的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供了一种提高草鱼稚鱼期存活率的养殖方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种提高草鱼稚鱼期存活率的养殖方法,包括投喂饲料,其特点在于,按重量计,在投喂的饲料中含0.2~0.4%的大蒜提取物、0.1~0.3%的五加皮提取物。
优选地,按重量计,所述饲料包括以下原料:豆粕25-35份、蚕豆15-20份、米糠25-30份。
所述饲料还可加入1-2份的矿物质、0.5-1份的维生素。
矿物质如碳酸钙、贝壳粉、硫酸亚铁、碳酸镁、碳酸锌等。
与现有养殖方法相比,本发明的方法可将稚鱼期缩减6%左右,存活率可提高至90%以上。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
饲料原料为:豆粕25克、蚕豆20克、米糠25克、大蒜提取物0.2克、五加皮提取物0.1克,碳酸钙1克、贝壳粉1克、市售复合维生素1克。将各原料混均后,造粒。按常规的投喂方式向处于稚鱼期的草鱼投喂上述饲料,其它管理与常规方式相同。
实施例2
饲料原料为:豆粕35克、蚕豆15克、米糠30克、大蒜提取物0.3克、五加皮提取物0.2克、碳酸钙1克、贝壳粉1克、市售复合维生素1克。将各原料混均后,造粒。按常规的投喂方式向处于稚鱼期的草鱼投喂上述饲料,其它管理与常规方式相同。
本发明的大蒜提取物是由大蒜用8-10倍重量的水于50-60℃提取1-2次,每次1-3小时,提取液浓缩干燥得到。
本发明的五加皮提取物是由五加皮用10-12倍重量的水煮沸提取1-2次,每次1-3小时,提取液浓缩干燥得到。

1.一种提高草鱼稚鱼期存活率的养殖方法,包括投喂饲料,其特征在于,按重量计,在投喂的饲料中含0.2~0.4%的大蒜提取物、0.1~0.3%的五加皮提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述提高稚鱼期草鱼存活率的养殖方法,其特征在于,按重量计,所述饲料包括以下原料:豆粕25-35份、蚕豆15-20份、米糠25-30份。
