本发明车载LNG气瓶稳压系统及其控制方法,其特征是:在LNG气瓶上分别设置气体接口、出液接口和进液接口;设置气源回路,是在与出液接口相连接的出液总管中串联设置出液阀和电动吸液泵,并依次通过出液止回阀、紧急切断阀和汽化器、稳压阀、气体缓冲罐和电磁阀向发动机提供气源;本实施例中分别设置增压回路和减压回路。本发明通过适时的增压控制和减压控制,实现了稳定地向引擎系统供应燃料的发明目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及LNG气瓶稳压系统,更具体地说是车载LNG气瓶稳压系统。
背景技术
LNG气瓶是天然气汽车的燃料储存装备,为保证汽车的正常行驶,气瓶中的天然气燃料需持续稳定地供给发动机。在燃料持续消耗的情况下,气瓶的压力不断减小,但压力过低时难以维持燃料的供给,因此,在压力过低时需要通过增压来提高气瓶内的压力;但同时,若是压力过大,则因供给量过大,会导致汽车行驶不平稳,为此,需要通过稳压系统来保持气瓶内的压力稳定。
现有技术中的稳压系统是将气瓶内的液化天然气经增压出液管排出,再经过汽化器汽化后返回到气瓶的气相空间,以达到增压的目的,这一形式存在如下问题:
1、随着气瓶内的液体燃料不断减少,气瓶内液位下降,由于输液管内液体的流通靠的是气瓶内液体的自重,故液体驱动力不断下降,从而导致发动机燃料供应不稳定;
2、只有当气瓶内的压力小于设定值时增压装置才会向气瓶内增压,这一过程需要一定的时间,并且在这段时间内气瓶内的压力还会持续下降;也只有当气瓶内的压力大于设定值时增压装置才会关闭,显然,控制过程造成气瓶内存在一定的压力波动,这一压力波动影响了发动机燃料的持续稳定供应;
3、由于LNG气瓶向发动机供应燃料时汽车是运动的,气瓶内燃料速度不断变化会影响出液口的流量大小,也会影响发动机燃料供应的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足,提供一种车载LNG气瓶稳压系统及其控制方法,以实现在汽车行驶过程中持续、稳定地向引擎系统供应燃料。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的结构特点是:
在LNG气瓶上分别设置气体接口、出液接口和进液接口;
设置气源回路,是在与出液接口相连接的出液总管中串联设置出液阀和电动吸液泵,在与所述电动吸液泵的出口端相连接的液体输出管路中依次串联出液止回阀、紧急切断阀和汽化器,在与所述汽化器的出气端口相连接的气体输出管路中依次设置稳压阀、气体缓冲罐和电磁阀,以电磁阀的输出端口向发动机提供气源;
设置增压回路,是在气体缓冲罐的出口端与所述LNG气瓶上的气体接口之间设置气体反馈管路,在所述气体反馈管路中串联设置反馈单向阀和反馈增压阀;
设置减压回路,是在所述LNG气瓶上的气体接口与所述电动吸液泵的出口端之间设置减压管路,在所述减压管路中设置经济调压阀。
本发明车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的结构特点也在于:
在所述LNG气瓶中,位于所述LNG气瓶的底部固定设置液体缓冲罐,所述液体缓冲罐为卧式罐体,在所述卧式罐体的侧壁上开设过液通孔,利用过液通孔使所述液体缓冲罐的内腔与所述LNG气瓶的内腔形成连通,在所述卧式罐体的一端设置罐体出液口,所述LNG气瓶的出液接口贯穿LNG气瓶的侧壁和罐体出液口与所述液体缓冲罐的内腔相连通,所述液体缓冲罐能够在车辆速度突变时保持出液口附近液体的相对稳定。
本发明车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的结构特点也在于:所述汽化器为水浴式汽化器。
本发明车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的控制方式的特点是:
当LNG气瓶内的压力处在设定范围内,关闭经济调压阀和反馈增压阀,开启出液阀、电动吸液泵和稳压阀,气体缓冲罐中的稳压气体通过电磁阀向所述发动机提供气源;
当LNG气瓶内的压力低于设定值时,关闭经济调压阀,开启反馈增压阀,开启出液阀、电动吸液泵和稳压阀,气体缓冲罐中的输出气体一路通过电磁阀向所述发动机提供气源,另一路通过反馈增压阀向LNG气瓶提供反馈气量,增加LNG气瓶内的压力;
当LNG气瓶内的压力高于设定值时,开启经济调压阀,关闭反馈增压阀,关闭出液阀和电动吸液泵;由LNG气瓶上气体接口导出的气体依次经济调压阀、液止回阀、紧急切断阀、汽化器、稳压阀、气体缓冲罐和电磁阀,以电磁阀的输出端口向发动机提供气源。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明通过在系统中分别设置增压回路和减压回路,实现了在汽车行驶过程中持续、稳定地向引擎系统供应燃料的发明目的,实现了LNG气瓶内气压的动态稳定。
2、本发明中设置液体缓冲罐,利用过液通孔使液体缓冲罐的内腔与LNG气瓶的内腔形成连通;在因颠簸等情况使LNG气瓶一端空置时,液体缓冲罐内的液体能在一定时间内维持稳定量,有效保证了燃料供应的连续性。

参见图1,本实施例中车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的结构形式是:
在LNG气瓶15上分别设置气体接口、出液接口和进液接口;设置气源回路,是在与出液接口相连接的出液总管中串联设置出液阀1和电动吸液泵2,在与电动吸液泵2的出口端相连接的液体输出管路中依次串联出液止回阀3、紧急切断阀4和汽化器5,在与汽化器5的出气端口相连接的气体输出管路中依次设置稳压阀6、气体缓冲罐7和电磁阀8,以电磁阀8的输出端口向发动机9提供气源;设置增压回路,是在气体缓冲罐7的出口端与LNG气瓶上的气体接口之间设置气体反馈管路,在气体反馈管路中串联设置反馈单向阀10和反馈增压阀11;设置减压回路,是在LNG气瓶上的气体接口与电动吸液泵2的出口端之间设置减压管路,在减压管路中设置经济调压阀14。
本实施例中,汽化器5采用水浴式汽化器;紧急切断阀4可以提高LNG气瓶的使用安全性;出液止回阀3可以有效防止在电动吸液泵2关闭时液体回流,保证管内气压的稳定,有效供应燃料。
具体实施中,在LNG气瓶15中,位于LNG气瓶15的底部固定设置液体缓冲罐16,液体缓冲罐16为卧式罐体,在卧式罐体的侧壁上开设过液通孔16a,利用过液通孔16a使液体缓冲罐16的内腔与LNG气瓶的内腔形成连通,在卧式罐体的一端设置罐体出液口16b,LNG气瓶的出液接口贯穿LNG气瓶的侧壁和罐体出液口16b与液体缓冲罐16的内腔相连通。具体实施中,适当设置过液通孔的孔径,控制过液通孔的过流能力,使得在车辆速度突变时,虽然LNG气瓶因液量不足可能出现一端空置,但由于液体缓冲罐16中过液通孔的过流能力有限,液体缓冲罐16中的液体并不能立即经过液通孔流出造成空置,因此保持了液体缓冲罐16中液量在一段时间中的相对稳定,也就是保持了出液口16b中出液的连续性和相对稳定性,防止液体短暂断流,过液通孔可以设置为锥形孔或梯形孔,锥形孔或梯形孔是指处在液体缓冲罐16的外侧壁处的孔口大于内侧壁处的孔口,形成容易进液难以出液的孔形。
图1中所示的压力表12用于检测LNG气瓶中气体压力,注液管13用于向LNG气瓶中注入液化气。
本实施例中车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的控制方式是:
当LNG气瓶内的压力处在设定范围内,关闭经济调压阀14和反馈增压阀11,开启出液阀1、电动吸液泵2和稳压阀6,气体缓冲罐7中的稳压气体通过电磁阀8向发动机9提供气源。
当LNG气瓶内的压力低于设定值时,关闭经济调压阀14,开启反馈增压阀11,开启出液阀1、电动吸液泵2和稳压阀6,气体缓冲罐7中的输出气体一路通过电磁阀8向发动机9提供气源,另一路通过反馈增压阀11向LNG气瓶提供反馈气量,增加LNG气瓶内的压力。
当LNG气瓶内的压力高于设定值时,开启经济调压阀14,关闭反馈增压阀11,关闭出液阀1和电动吸液泵2;由LNG气瓶上气体接口导出的气体依次经济调压阀14、出液止回阀3、紧急切断阀4、汽化器5、稳压阀6、气体缓冲罐7和电磁阀8,以电磁阀8的输出端口向发动机9提供气源。本发明通过有效的控制实现LNG气瓶内气压的动态稳定。

在LNG气瓶(15)上分别设置气体接口、出液接口和进液接口;
设置气源回路,是在与出液接口相连接的出液总管中串联设置出液阀(1)和电动吸液泵(2),在与所述电动吸液泵(2)的出口端相连接的液体输出管路中依次串联出液止回阀(3)、紧急切断阀(4)和汽化器(5),在与所述汽化器(5)的出气端口相连接的气体输出管路中依次设置稳压阀(6)、气体缓冲罐(7)和电磁阀(8),以电磁阀(8)的输出端口向发动机(9)提供气源;
设置增压回路,是在气体缓冲罐(7)的出口端与所述LNG气瓶上的气体接口之间设置气体反馈管路,在所述气体反馈管路中串联设置反馈单向阀(10)和反馈增压阀(11);
设置减压回路,是在所述LNG气瓶上的气体接口与所述电动吸液泵(2)的出口端之间设置减压管路,在所述减压管路中设置经济调压阀(14);
在所述LNG气瓶(15)中,位于所述LNG气瓶(15)的底部固定设置液体缓冲罐(16),所述液体缓冲罐(16)为卧式罐体,在所述卧式罐体的侧壁上开设过液通孔(16a),利用过液通孔(16a)使所述液体缓冲罐(16)的内腔与所述LNG气瓶的内腔形成连通,在所述卧式罐体的一端设置罐体出液口(16b),所述LNG气瓶的出液接口贯穿LNG气瓶的侧壁和罐体出液口(16b)与所述液体缓冲罐(16)的内腔相连通,所述液体缓冲罐(16)能够在车辆速度突变时保持出液口附近液体的相对稳定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载LNG气瓶稳压系统,其特征是:所述汽化器(5)为水浴式汽化器。
3.一种权利要求1所述的车载LNG气瓶稳压系统的控制方式,其特征是:
当LNG气瓶内的压力处在设定范围内,关闭经济调压阀(14)和反馈增压阀(11),开启出液阀(1)、电动吸液泵(2)和稳压阀(6),气体缓冲罐(7)中的稳压气体通过电磁阀(8)向所述发动机(9)提供气源;
当LNG气瓶内的压力低于设定值时,关闭经济调压阀(14),开启反馈增压阀(11),开启出液阀(1)、电动吸液泵(2)和稳压阀(6),气体缓冲罐(7)中的输出气体一路通过电磁阀(8)向所述发动机(9)提供气源,另一路通过反馈增压阀(11)向LNG气瓶提供反馈气量,增加LNG气瓶内的压力;
当LNG气瓶内的压力高于设定值时,开启经济调压阀(14),关闭反馈增压阀(11),关闭出液阀(1)和电动吸液泵(2);由LNG气瓶上气体接口导出的气体依次经济调压阀(14)、液止回阀(3)、紧急切断阀(4)、汽化器(5)、稳压阀(6)、气体缓冲罐(7)和电磁阀(8),以电磁阀(8)的输出端口向发动机(9)提供气源。
