技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种耐磨面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
消费者对服装面料的要求随着经济的发展也逐渐丰富,传统型的服装面料已经不再局限于保暖舒适等基本型用途,根据不用的特殊场合衍生出多种多样的不同功能的面料,以满足消费者不同的使用需求。在工业生产和野外作业、部队训练等场合,通常采用迷彩型面料制作服装,但是该面料通常采用化纤等材料纺织,耐磨性能差,实际穿着后,寿命很低,极易磨破,而且穿着后透气性差,不适合重度磨擦的场合穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐磨面料,能够在穿着舒适的同时,耐磨性也好,面料整体寿命高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种无凹凸不平的触感耐磨面料,包括内层,所述内层外依次设有基布层、透气层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定;所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成;所述基布层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成;所述透气层为三维网格超细纤维基布织成;所述耐磨层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成;所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,是包含二原纱、一无线射频辨识芯片及二天线,其中所述天线是分别电性连接于该无线射频辨识芯片,且所述天线是分别连接所述原纱。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
工艺简单,成本低廉,有效地提高了面料的拉伸强力、耐磨性能,增强了面料的穿着舒适性和使用寿命。
本发明利用所述原纱与所述天线的结合,使用户于触摸时不会有凹凸不平的触感,且更能增添其穿戴的舒适性。
