消费者对服装面料的要求随着经济的发展也逐渐丰富，传统型的服装面料已经不再局限于保暖舒适等基本型用途，根据不用的特殊场合衍生出多种多样的不同功能的面料，以满足消费者不同的使用需求。在工业生产和野外作业、部队训练等场合，通常采用迷彩型面料制作服装，但是该面料通常采用化纤等材料纺织，耐磨性能差，实际穿着后，寿命很低，极易磨破，而且穿着后透气性差，不适合重度磨擦的场合穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种耐磨面料，能够在穿着舒适的同时，耐磨性也好，面料整体寿命高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种兼具装饰性和实用性耐磨面料，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有基布层、透气层、耐磨层和涂覆层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述基布层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成；所述透气层为三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述耐磨层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种缂丝织物，该缂丝织物包括平行设置的复数经线以及连续和/或非连续设置的复数纬线，并且，所述织物表面分布有复数个由该复数纬线与该复数经线交织形成的局部自然镂空的图案。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
工艺简单，成本低廉，有效地提高了面料的拉伸强力、耐磨性能，增强了面料的穿着舒适性和使用寿命。
本发明的缂丝织物兼具装饰性和实用性，且感觉轻薄舒适，透气性好，同时，其制备方法简单易行，适于规模化生产。

1.一种兼具装饰性和实用性耐磨面料，其特征在于：包括内层（1），所述内层（1）外依次设有基布层（2）、透气层（3）、耐磨层（4）和涂覆层（5），各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述内层（1）包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述基布层（2）包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成；所述透气层（3）为三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述耐磨层（4）包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述涂覆层（5）为聚四氟乙烯涂层；所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种缂丝织物，该缂丝织物包括平行设置的复数经线以及连续和/或非连续设置的复数纬线，并且，所述织物表面分布有复数个由该复数纬线与该复数经线交织形成的局部自然镂空的图案。
