背景技术
消费者对服装面料的要求随着经济的发展也逐渐丰富，传统型的服装面料已经不再局限于保暖舒适等基本型用途，根据不用的特殊场合衍生出多种多样的不同功能的面料，以满足消费者不同的使用需求。在工业生产和野外作业、部队训练等场合，通常采用迷彩型面料制作服装，但是该面料通常采用化纤等材料纺织，耐磨性能差，实际穿着后，寿命很低，极易磨破，而且穿着后透气性差，不适合重度磨擦的场合穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种耐磨面料，能够在穿着舒适的同时，耐磨性也好，面料整体寿命高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种手感松软悬垂性好耐磨面料，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有基布层、透气层、耐磨层和涂覆层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述基布层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成；所述透气层为三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述耐磨层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括表面层、内层，表面层与内层之间通过经、纬纱交织构成一整体，内层表面另设有一竹炭层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
工艺简单，成本低廉，有效地提高了面料的拉伸强力、耐磨性能，增强了面料的穿着舒适性和使用寿命。
由于设置竹炭层则增加了除味、抑杀菌、防腐、防霉的特点。另外织物的手感松软、悬垂性好。

参见图1，一种手感松软悬垂性好耐磨面料，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有基布层、透气层、耐磨层和涂覆层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述基布层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成；所述透气层为三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述耐磨层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。

1.一种手感松软悬垂性好耐磨面料，其特征在于：包括内层（1），所述内层（1）外依次设有基布层（2）、透气层（3）、耐磨层（4）和涂覆层（5），各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述内层（1）包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用棉纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述基布层（2）包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用腈纶纤维织成；所述透气层（3）为三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述耐磨层（4）包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述涂覆层（5）为聚四氟乙烯涂层；所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括表面层、内层，表面层与内层之间通过经、纬纱交织构成一整体，内层表面另设有一竹炭层。
