技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂胶装置，具体而言，涉及一种新型涂胶装置。
背景技术
板材在使用的过程中，通常需要将多层不同材质的板材进行叠置粘合，甚至相同材质的板材为达到一定的厚度，也需要将多层进行叠置粘合，这就需要在多层板材之间涂抹粘胶才能实现粘合目的。在现有技术中，通常使用人工对板面进行刷胶，人工刷胶不仅会增加工作人员的工作量，而且还会出现刷胶不均匀，两板体粘合不牢固，不平整的缺陷。因此，我们需要寻求一种新的技术来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型涂胶装置，以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的，采用的技术方案为：一种新型涂胶装置，包括左右排布的机架，所述两个机架之间设置有下输送辊和涂胶辊；所述两个机架上均开设有安装孔，且安装孔内设置有安装架；所述两个安装架之间设置有上输送辊和传送辊，且上输送辊与下输送辊在同一竖直面上，涂胶辊与传送辊在同一竖直面上；所述两个机架上均设置有推动气缸，且两个推动气缸的活塞杆穿过两个机架分别与两个安装架固定；所述机架上还设置有涂胶槽，且涂胶辊位于涂胶槽内；所涂胶槽的外表上设置有发热装置，发热装置圆周缠绕在涂胶槽上，且发热装置电发热装置；所述涂胶槽内设置有浮球式液位计；所述涂胶槽的内壁上固定设置有固定架，且固定架上设置有毛刷。
进一步的，所述涂胶辊的外表层为硅胶材料层。
进一步的，所述下输送辊连接设置有驱动装置，且下输送辊与涂胶辊通过传动皮带连接。
本发明的有益效果是,通过推动气缸的推动，使固定架上下移动，从而使上输送辊和传送辊同时上下移动，方便对不同厚度的板材进行涂胶；同时通过将涂胶辊设置在涂胶槽内，使涂胶辊上能均匀附着涂胶，使板材的涂胶更加均匀。本发明结构简单，操作方便，涂胶均匀，且适合不同厚度的板材。
本发明中的毛刷能有效刷除涂胶辊上过多的涂胶，有效防止板材上附着的涂胶过多而随处泄露；涂胶槽外设置的发热装置能有效防止因温度过低而导致涂胶凝固，同时方便涂胶的涂覆；而涂胶槽内设置的浮球式液位计，有效避免因涂胶槽内的涂胶液面过高而导致板材的涂胶，同时涂胶槽内的液面过高会导致液面完全覆盖毛刷。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种新型涂胶装置，包括左右排布的机架1，所述两个机架1之间设置有下输送辊2和涂胶辊3，下输送辊2与涂胶辊3在同一水平面上；所述两个机架1上均开设有安装孔4，且安装孔4内设置有安装架5，安装架5沿安装孔4上下移动；所述两个安装架5之间设置有上输送辊6和传送辊7，上输送辊6和传送辊7的两端均转动设置在两个安装架5上，且上输送辊6与下输送辊2在同一竖直面上，涂胶辊3与传送辊7在同一竖直面上；所述两个机架1上均设置有推动气缸8，且两个推动气缸8的活塞杆穿过两个机架1分别与两个安装架5固定，通过两个推动气缸8的推动，使两个安装架5上下移动，从而使上输送轮6与传送辊7同步移动，使不同厚度的板材均能进行涂胶；所述机架1上还设置有涂胶槽9，且涂胶辊3位于涂胶槽9内。
所涂胶槽9的外表上设置有发热装置10，发热装置10圆周缠绕在涂胶槽9上，且发热装置10电发热装置，电发热装置升温速度快，能使涂胶槽9内的涂胶快速升温，加热效果更好；所述涂胶槽9内设置有浮球式液位计11，方便实时对涂胶槽9内的液面进行检测，有效避免涂胶槽9内的液面过低或过高；所述涂胶槽9的内壁上固定设置有固定架12，且固定架12上设置有毛刷13，固定架12设置在板材的进料侧，且毛刷13与涂胶辊3抵拢。所述涂胶辊3的外表层为硅胶材料层，使涂胶辊3的使用效果更好，且使涂胶能均匀的涂覆在板材上。所述下输送辊2连接设置有驱动装置，且下输送辊2与涂胶辊3通过传动皮带连接，使驱动装置驱动下输送辊2的同时涂胶辊3一起转动，使用更加方便。
