Abstract
本发明一种方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池及其制造方法,在扩展、冲孔、连铸或其他形式得到的柔性板栅上分别涂敷正、负极活性物制成正负极极板,正极板、隔板、负极板卷绕在同一芯板上成为电池芯,将该电池芯置于两端圆弧过渡、中间直线的电池槽内,经过特殊工艺干燥后,完成铸焊、密封、灌酸、化成等一系列物理和电化学过程,最后,成为能反复充放电使用的铅酸蓄电池。本发明结合了圆柱卷绕电池和传统方形平板电池的优点,既具有卷绕电池低内阻,高比功率、长寿命的特点,又具有传统电池体积利用率高、适用范围广的特点,突破了圆柱卷绕电池只适宜做中小容量电池的局限性,应用前景广阔。

[0002]铅酸蓄电池目前广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域,卷绕圆柱电池是其中佼佼者,它采用拉网板栅,卷绕成单体电池后通过外部焊接的方式实现串联。
[0003]专利98202241.7公布的卷绕圆柱电池采用拉网板栅,该专利采用卷绕圆柱结构,增强了极板的抗变形、抗震动能力,避免了活性物质脱落引起的短路,采用圆柱形外壳,电池盒强度大大提高,泄气阀启阀压力最高可达传统电池的10倍,失水极低,因此电池寿命大幅提高,是传统平板电池的3—5倍。然而,与方形平板电池相比,它也存在以下局限性:由于正负极端子在同一端面上,正负极的极耳分布必须严格控制在不同的扇形区域内;各层极板周长不一样,其结果是各层容量不一致,各层电流分布不均匀,每个极耳承受的电流不一致,承受电流大的极耳易腐蚀断裂,导致电池过早失效,在卷绕层数多时,这种现象更为明显,因此该专利所述方法只适用于中小容量电池,不适合大容量电池。
[0004]专利CN200520018832公布准双极卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,采用玻璃纤维铅丝织成的铅网作板栅,板栅一端涂覆正极活性物,另一端涂覆负极活性物,正负极之间由数量众多、间距相等的导电铅丝隔离,由此构成了双极板,如果把双极板中间的铅丝裁断,则得到正极单板和负极单板,这样的正负单极板和双极板交叉排列,并通过特制的装置卷绕成一体,就成为双极性卷绕电池。这种准双极卷绕电池,每根铅丝就相当于一个电流引出极耳,因此电流分布非常均匀,内阻极低,大功率特性极强,解决了专利98202241.7存在的弱点。但是,由于单体之间仅靠石蜡隔断,自放电很大,搁置存放困难,而且这种单体之间的自放电加大了铅丝的腐蚀速率,导致寿命缩短;所有单体共用一个泄气阀,单体间容易窜气短路,影响充电效率;卷绕后需设夹具固定,空间利用率降低;另外几个单体同时卷绕,设备复杂,自成体系,与现有制造体系不兼容,技术难以实施。
[0005] 无论是专利98202241.7公布的卷绕圆柱电池还是专利0似00520018832公布准双极卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,都是圆柱卷绕,圆柱体容器之间不能像方形容器那样做到无缝对接,在同样的外形空间里,圆柱卷绕电池空间利用率较低,而且在电池单格长和宽相差较大的场合,圆柱卷绕电池是不适合的,正因为如此,圆柱卷绕电池虽然性能优异,但并没有得到大范围应用。
[0006]本发明的目的在于提供一种方形卷绕铅酸蓄电池的结构及其制造方法,以有效地解决上述问题。
发明内容
[0007]本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,包括有电池槽、电池盖与正负接线柱,电池盖上设有泄气阀及阀盖,正负接线柱分别向内连接有汇流排,电解液从安全阀孔注入,其特征在于:还包括有正极板、负极板、芯板和隔膜,每一单体电池均设有一片正极板、一片负极板和两片隔膜,正负极板被隔膜隔开卷绕在芯板上形成电池芯,电池芯设在两端圆弧过渡的电池槽内,铸焊形成的汇流排分别连接正负极耳及引出端子,相邻单体电池间通过铸焊形成的汇流排串联。
[0008]本发明所述芯板是多孔工程塑料,芯板在长和宽的方向上卷绕厚度一致或长比宽的卷绕空间多出一个负极板的厚度。
[0009]本发明所述的芯板中间为多孔平板,端部设有两凸台,凸台高度与附着于平板上需要卷绕的极板平齐,凸台端面成半圆状。
[0010]本发明正极板极耳和负极板极耳卷绕后分布在相互隔离的区域内,彼此不重叠交叉;所述电池槽内腔与所述电池芯紧密贴合,凡转角处均为圆弧过渡。
[0011]本发明端子设于电池盒的端面,盒盖上设有泄气阀及阀盖,每一个单体之间都有塑料隔断,每一个单体都设有独立的泄气阀,两端单体设有接线端子,分别向内连接有汇流排,还包括有正极板、负极板、芯板、隔膜,正负极板间设有隔膜,每一单体电池均设有一片正极板、一片负极板和两片隔膜,正极板和负极板由隔膜隔离,在一定的张力和压力下卷绕于同一芯板上,形成电池芯,相邻单体电池间串联通过跨桥焊或穿壁焊实现,电池芯置于与其外形形状相似的电池槽内,电池芯两端分别连接汇流排;
所述电池芯为,在拉网、冲网或连铸等易于卷绕的柔性板栅上,分别涂敷经过电化学过程能够产生电量的正、负极活性物质,在湿态下正负板由AGM隔膜隔离,卷绕在特制的芯板上,卷绕后,两端为半圆(或一段直线与两个圆弧相接),中间为长方形;
所述芯板为耐酸工程塑料,中间为多孔平板,端部设有两凸台,凸台高度与附着于平板上需要卷绕的极板平齐,凸台端面成半圆状;
所述电池槽内腔两端为半圆状,中间为长方形,所述电池芯与电池槽四壁紧密贴合。
[0012] —种方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
a、通过扩展拉伸、冲压或连铸工艺得到的、厚度在0.6—1.2mm之间适于卷绕的铅合金网栅作为板栅;
b、板栅顶部断续、规律排列的长方形铅片作为电流聚集的极耳,正极板的极耳集中在一固定区域,负极板的极耳也应集中在固定区域,并且两个区域不得有足够的隔离空间;
c、在板栅上连续均匀涂敷正、负极活性物,并切出所需长度;
d、将隔膜、负极板、隔膜置于芯板的一面,将正极板置于芯板的另一面,并与芯板固定后卷绕,在卷绕过程中保持恒定的张力和压力,卷好的电池芯置入电池槽固定;
e、将置入电池槽的电池芯在干燥炉内放置2-24小时,彻底干燥;
f、将干燥好的的电池芯,铸焊、密封,灌酸,化成。
[0013]本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明采用了拉网、冲网、连铸等工艺方法获得的柔性板栅,对应于卷绕结构,板栅并不需要较高的支撑强度,板栅厚度范围0.5—1.5mm,在同样的容量下,板栅重量下降,重量比能量提高。
[0014] 2.本发明采用的多孔芯板,不仅起到卷绕定位和支撑作用,而且由于其多孔结构,相当于刚性隔膜,电解液可以在正负极之间自由扩散,与芯板贴合的正负极板上的活性物质不因为多孔芯板的存在而致利用率降低;芯板的长和宽精确计算获得,保证在长和宽的方向上卷绕厚度一致。
[0015] 3.本发明的板栅材料采用纯铅或锡含量2%以下的铅锡合金,析氢电位升高,有利于降低失水,并且这种板栅有足够的弹性和强度,又具有很强的耐腐蚀性和柔韧性,足以承受活性物质电化学反应中的体积变化而不变形。
[0016] 4.本发明采用卷绕工艺,在卷绕过程中,正负极板湿态下和隔膜在一定张力控制下紧密贴合在一起,并置入电池槽固定,极板始终承受向心压力,在循环寿命中不易膨胀变形;正负极板湿态下和隔膜一起卷绕并干燥,活性物质与隔膜的接触会更加紧密,有利于电解液扩散,降低电阻;同时这种卷绕方式,极板减薄,装配层数增加,电极比表面积增大,有利于提高活性物质利用率。
[0017] 5.本发明采用的电池壳体,外形尺寸与标准电池兼容,电池盒内腔过渡处都有较大的圆弧角,壳体强度大大增强,可以承受较高的开阀压力,有利于提高密闭反应效率,有效防止失水,提高电池寿命。另外,同样外形尺寸,方形卷绕电池的空间利用率可达到方形电池的95%以上,体积比能量与方形电池相当,而圆形卷绕电池只能达到75%左右,体积比能量较方形电池低15%以上。
[0018] 6.本发明的卷绕过程是圆柱卷绕和直线贴合二者的结合,由于卷绕过程中,直线长度始终不变,因此各层卷绕周长的变化取决于圆弧部分的变化,变化率比纯圆柱卷绕方式小,这样板栅极耳的位置分布不需要像圆柱卷绕电池那样严格;另外,圆柱卷绕方式,由于内外层容量相差过大,并不适合大容量电池,而本发明的方形卷绕电池内外层容量差异较小,可以做外形与方形电池兼容的大容量电池。
[0019] 7.本发明和制铅膏时,采用氧化度95%以上的铅粉,涂板过程,无需淋酸和表面干燥,电池芯只需在40-60度环境下干燥2_24小时,无需固化;而现有技术米用氧化度75%左右的铅粉,在涂板时,需淋酸和表面干燥,然后需要高温高湿下固化干燥20—96小时。
[0020]综上所述,方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池结合了方形电池空间利用率高和卷绕圆柱电池紧装配的优点,同时弥补了这两种电池的缺陷,具有高比能量、高比功率、长寿命等特点,工艺简捷环保,应用前景广阔。

如图1所示:一种方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,包括有电池槽1、电池盖10与正极接线柱6和负极接线柱14,接线柱6和14设于电池盖10的两端,电池盖10上设有泄气阀7及阀盖9,正极接线柱6和负极接线柱14分别向内连接有正极汇流排5和负极汇流排15,电池槽I内还设有正极板4、负极板3、芯板8、隔膜2。
[0023]图2所述正极板4、隔膜2、负极板3和芯板8构成单体电池的电池芯,隔膜2有两片,这两片隔膜保证卷绕过程中正极板4和负极板3始终隔离,并且正极板极耳和负极板极耳分布在相互隔离的区域内,避免彼此重叠交叉;所述芯板8为耐酸工程塑料制成,中间为多孔平板,端部设有两凸台,凸台高度与附着于平板上需要卷绕的极板平齐,凸台端面成半圆状;芯板8如图3所示。
[0024]卷好的电池芯置入电池槽I后干燥,无需固化,电池槽I的结构如图4所示。
[0025]干燥后的半成品电池的电池芯上的正极板4极耳和正极接线柱6—同铸焊于正极汇流排5上,中间单体的正极板4和负极板3通过纵向汇流排13或横向汇流排12焊接连实现串联。
[0026]将电池盖10安装在电池槽I上,灌胶密封。
[0027]从电池盖10的阀孔处注入电解液,隔膜2充分吸附电解液;从正极接线柱6和负极接线柱14导入电流充电化成。
[0028]化成合格的电池从电池盖1的阀孔处抽出多余酸液;在电池盖1上安装泄气阀7 ;阀盖9与电池盖1粘接固定泄气阀7。
Claims (6)
1.方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,包括有电池槽、电池盖与正负接线柱,电池盖上设有泄气阀及阀盖,正负接线柱分别向内连接有汇流排,电解液从安全阀孔注入,其特征在于:还包括有正极板、负极板、芯板和隔膜,每一单体电池均设有一片正极板、一片负极板和两片隔膜,正负极板被隔膜隔开卷绕在芯板上形成电池芯,电池芯设在两端圆弧过渡的电池槽内,铸焊形成的汇流排分别连接正负极耳及引出端子,相邻单体电池间通过铸焊形成的汇流排串联。
2.如权利要求1所述的方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述芯板是多孔工程塑料,芯板在长和宽的方向上卷绕厚度一致或长比宽的卷绕空间多出一个负极板的厚度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述的芯板中间为多孔平板,端部设有两凸台,凸台高度与附着于平板上需要卷绕的极板平齐,凸台端面成半圆状。
4.如权利要求1所述的方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:正极板极耳和负极板极耳卷绕后分布在相互隔离的区域内,彼此不重叠交叉;所述电池槽内腔与所述电池芯紧密贴合,凡转角处均为圆弧过渡。
5.方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池的制造方法,该制造方法包括以下步骤: a、通过扩展、冲压或连铸等工艺方式获得厚度为0.6-1.2mm的网状柔性板栅; b、和制铅膏时,采用氧化度95%以上的铅粉,将活性物质涂覆于板栅表面,无需经过淋酸和表面干燥过程,在铅膏湿态下,正负极板被隔膜相间卷绕在所述芯板上,得到电池芯; C、由处于湿态的正极板、负极板和隔膜卷绕构成电池芯,将处于湿态的电池芯装入电池槽,经过干燥工艺成型; d、将干燥成型的半成品电池通过铸焊的方式形成汇流排,汇流排与和电池芯上的极耳和正负接线柱连接,单体间通过铸焊形成的汇流排串联; e、将铸焊后半成品电池的电池槽和电池盖进行灌胶密封、灌酸、化成、抽酸; f、将化成合格的电池装阀和阀盖,清洗、储存。
6.如权利要求4所述的方形卷绕结构铅酸蓄电池的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的铅膏和制时,采用氧化度95%以上的铅粉,涂板过程,无需淋酸、表面干燥,由处于湿态的正极板、负极板和隔膜卷绕构成电池芯,将处于湿态的电池芯装入电池槽,电池芯固定在电池槽内干燥,无需固化。
