Abstract

本发明涉及一种两位三通电磁换向零泄漏阀,涉及对两位三通换向阀的改进。阀体上设有三条油路孔,上端盖与阀体螺纹连接,阀体内活动连接有阀芯,阀芯底部与螺纹导柱螺纹连接,回位弹簧套接在阀芯底部,阀芯上、下凹槽内分别嵌有端面密封圈二和端面密封圈一,上端盖底部的环形凸台与阀芯顶部的端面密封圈二接触,下端盖与阀体底部螺纹连接,在下端盖与阀体之间有吸盘式电磁铁,该吸盘式电磁铁上部与阀体之间有端面密封环。优点是采用电磁铁牵引来实现换向,替代了传统二位三通保压阀的气缸式结构,结构新颖,牵引力大,控制可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及对两位三通换向阀的改进,尤其是指一种电磁换向零泄漏阀。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,工业领域对阀门技术的要求越来越高,如何保证被加工工件的加工质量,机床、刀具、夹具和切削液的合理匹配是至关重要的。高速和高精度机床已经基本可以满足现有零部件加工要求。但加工件精确度对夹具的要求非常高。夹具的反应速度,保压能力,换向能力对阀门要求也随之越来越高。目前常用的两位三通阀门为滑阀型,滑阀型的两位三通阀的缺点:滑阀分为往复式和回转式两类。往复式滑阀又有平面型单阀瓣、平面型双阀瓣和柱塞式3种,柱塞式滑阀广泛用于液压和气动装置中。滑阀使压力缸的活塞往复运动,如此不断循环,活塞便自动连续往复运动,若使滑阀驱动轴处于中间位置,则活塞运动停止,平面型单阀瓣滑阀的阀瓣因受到较大的压力差作用,在滑动面上产生的摩擦力大,动作不灵敏,易磨损,它还因结构上的缺点,不能在小流量范围内调节,因而当机械设备在低负荷下运行时,经济性会降低;平面型双阀瓣滑阀增加一副阀瓣,流量调节性能和阀瓣受力状况得到改善,但内泄漏、摩擦力大等因素仍限制着阀门行业的发展。
发明内容
本发明提供一种两位三通电磁换向零泄漏阀,以解决目前存在的内泄漏、摩擦力大,动作不灵敏,易磨损的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:阀体上设有三条油路孔:进油孔、出油孔、泄油孔,上端盖与阀体螺纹连接,O型密封圈一和O型密封圈二 位于上端盖与阀体之间,阀体内活动连接有阀芯,阀芯底部与螺纹导柱螺纹连接,回位弹簧套接在阀芯底部,阀芯上、下两端分别设有凹槽,上、下凹槽内分别嵌有端面密封圈二和端面密封圈一,上端盖底部的环形凸台与阀芯顶部的端面密封圈二接触,下端盖与阀体底部螺纹连接,在下端盖与阀体之间有吸盘式电磁铁,该吸盘式电磁铁上部与阀体之间有端面密封环。
本发明采用电磁铁控制阀芯进行端面密封来实现换向功能的结构形式,换向阀芯完全采用端面尼龙密封环的密封形式,更完美的控制整条油路,摒弃了传统滑阀的内泄漏、使用寿命短等缺陷;先导控制因素由电控取代了气控,即用电磁铁代替气缸或其他气动形式来控制液动阀的换向,电磁铁控制阀芯具有行程短,推力大,反应灵敏,控制可靠,使用寿命长的特点,同时针对液动阀的结构尤其是对阀芯及阀体等主要零件进行了优化设计,既简化了结构,又降低了加工和装配难度,使得液动阀不但换向灵活可靠,而且大大提高了其使用寿命,确保了整条油路的零泄漏功能实现。

具体实施方式
阀体3上设有三条油路孔:进油孔301、出油孔302、泄油孔303,上端盖6与阀体3螺纹连接,O型密封圈一7和O型密封圈二 8位于上端盖6与阀体3之间,阀体3内活动连接有阀芯5,阀芯5底部与螺纹导柱4螺纹连接,回位弹簧10套接在阀芯5底部,阀芯5上、下两端分别设有凹槽,上、下凹槽内分别嵌有端面密封圈二12和端面密封圈一9,上端盖6底部的环形凸台与阀芯5顶部的端面密封圈二12接触,下端盖1与阀体3底部螺纹连接,在下端盖1与阀体3之间有吸盘式电磁铁2,该吸盘式电磁铁上部与阀体3之间有端面密封环11。
进油孔空连接外部液压动力系统,出油孔连接外部执行元件,泄油孔连接动力系统油箱,阀芯复位动力系统包括回位弹簧10,螺纹导杆4连接着阀芯5且导向件穿入进油孔油路范围内,随着阀芯5轴向往复运动,阀芯是以电磁阀引力为导向完成换向功能。

1.一种两位三通电磁换向零泄漏阀,其特征在于:阀体上设有三条油路孔:进油孔、出油孔、泄油孔,上端盖与阀体螺纹连接,O型密封圈一和O型密封圈二 位于上端盖与阀体之间,阀体内活动连接有阀芯,阀芯底部与螺纹导柱螺纹连接,回位弹簧套接在阀芯底部,阀芯上、下两端分别设有凹槽,上、下凹槽内分别嵌有端面密封圈二和端面密封圈一,上端盖底部的环形凸台与阀芯顶部的端面密封圈二接触,下端盖与阀体底部螺纹连接,在下端盖与阀体之间有吸盘式电磁铁,该吸盘式电磁铁上部与阀体之间有端面密封环。
