Abstract

聚能四面体是的利用不规则运动环境的能量利用。在不规则运动环境中,能量的利用率是相当低的,主要是这些不规则的作用力引起的机械运动具有六自由运动的特点,一般情况下,我们只能利用其中一部分能量,而且利用这些能量具有设计的制造成本偏高。本机构利用与单向器有效组合,能充分利用摆球六自由度运动时的能量。

自然界的的运动模式比较复杂,有些能量如波动能,相当的不规则,本机构就是以收集这些不规则的能量为目标而进行设计的,以充分利用这些不规则能量。
背景技术
聚能四面体是的利用不规则运动环境的能量利用。在不规则运动环境中,能量的利用率是相当低的,主要是这些不规则的作用力引起的机械运动具有六自由运动的特点,一般情况下,我们只能利用其中一部分能量,而且利用这些能量具有设计的制造成本偏高。本机构与已有的单向器进行有效组合,能充分利用摆球在进行六自由度运动时的能量。
发明内容
本机构主要由正四面体框架、传动系统、摆球三个系统组成。
正四面体如图1所示,在四个顶角上均穿孔,让别让4条传动绳通过这四个孔。
传动系统的如图2所示,传动绳采用的是刹车线的形式,一端与摆球连接,另一端弹簧连接,中间驱动单向器轴承。
摆球上有与正四面体相对应的四个固定点,这四个固定点与拉线相连,因而被固定在正四面体中间。
这摆球无论做何种运动,总会引起传动绳来回的伸缩运动,这将驱动单向器轴承转动。

Claims (2)

1.传动系统由弹簧、刹车线与单向器组成,这组合模式是本机构能量利用的核心组成部分,拉线、弹簧、单向器的类型发生变化,但传递模式没有改变,因而仍属本传利的范畴。
2.摆球与正四面体框架相对位置是用于收集能量的,这布置方式这种组合模式应当是本传利的重要特征,摆球的形状改不影响本专利的诉求。
