本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种空心自攻螺丝。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空心自攻螺丝,包括螺杆主体,所述螺杆主体上部设有螺帽,所述螺杆主体和所述螺帽通过过度圆弧连接,所述螺杆主体为中空结构,所述螺杆主体上设有M4的自攻外螺纹和排屑导槽,所述排屑导槽为螺旋形结构并且与所述自攻外螺纹均匀分布,所述螺杆主体下端设有自攻尖头,所述自攻尖头上设有切除部,所述切除部与所述螺杆主体的中空位置相通,所述螺帽上还设有十字槽口。本发明的优点是:本发明的一种空心自攻螺丝在保证自攻螺丝强度的同时,设置排屑导槽和螺丝中空结构配合使用,从而使操作更轻松,紧固效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种空心自攻螺丝。
背景技术
自攻螺丝用于非金属或较软的金属,不用打底孔和攻丝;自攻螺丝是尖头的,这样才能“自攻”;普通螺丝都是平头的,粗细一致。
在铝产品件上一般都需要先打底孔,然后再通过自攻螺丝来进行直接固定。由于铝件上如果直接把螺纹攻好,在上螺丝时容易滑丝,因此更多的时候是采用自攻螺丝来进行紧固的。当然随着现今模具行业的快速发展,在塑胶件上进行螺丝固定也成为了一种必然。而在塑胶件上必需通过自攻螺丝才能进行紧固,直接攻螺纹的话根本就没有强度可言,起不到紧固的作用。在使用中发现,采用自攻螺丝时,越紧固越困难,一方面由于深度在增加,另一方面是因为在自攻时产生的杂屑无法排除导致。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空心自攻螺丝,可以在进行自攻的同时进行排屑,便于进行紧固操作。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种空心自攻螺丝,包括螺杆主体,所述螺杆主体上部设有螺帽,所述螺杆主体和所述螺帽通过过度圆弧连接,其特征在于:所述螺杆主体为中空结构,所述螺杆主体上设有M4的自攻外螺纹和排屑导槽,所述排屑导槽为螺旋形结构并且与所述自攻外螺纹均匀分布,所述螺杆主体下端设有自攻尖头,所述自攻尖头上设有切除部,所述切除部与所述螺杆主体的中空位置相通,所述螺帽还设有十字槽口。
进一步的,所述十字槽口的深度为5mm,所述自攻尖头的长度为4mm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种空心自攻螺丝在保证自攻螺丝强度的同时,设置排屑导槽和螺丝中空结构配合使用,从而使操作更轻松,紧固效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种空心自攻螺丝,此空心自攻螺丝主要用于软金属和塑胶件的固定,可有效对其进行固定,效果更好,更容易操作。包括螺杆主体1,所述螺杆主体1上部设有螺帽4,所述螺杆主体1和所述螺帽4通过过度圆弧5连接,通过设置过度圆弧5使螺帽4与螺杆主体1连接更牢固,不容易断裂。所述螺杆主体1为中空结构,所述螺杆主体1上设有M4的自攻外螺纹2和排屑导槽3,在进行自攻操作时,自攻过程中产生的杂屑通过排屑导槽3向外进行排屑处理,使自攻操作更加轻便。所述排屑导槽3为螺旋形结构并且与所述自攻外螺纹2均匀分布,进一步使排屑过程更均匀。所述螺杆主体1下端设有自攻尖头6,有助于整个自攻操作的进行。所述自攻尖头6上设有切除部7,所述切除部7与所述螺杆主体1的中空位置相通,使在自攻过程中,底孔内部可以和外界的空气相能,为排屑的顺畅提供一定的保障。所述螺帽4上还设有十字槽口8,可以选用学规的十字螺丝刀来进行紧固操作。
作为优选,所述十字槽口8的深度为5mm,以确进行紧固操作的工具可以完全使上力,确保整个操作过程顺利进行。所述自攻尖头6的长度为4mm,是为了确保自攻操作时,底孔内有足够的空间流通空间。以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进或替换,这些改进或替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种空心自攻螺丝,包括螺杆主体(1),所述螺杆主体(1)上部设有螺帽(4),所述螺杆主体(1)和所述螺帽(4)通过过度圆弧(5)连接,其特征在于:所述螺杆主体(1)为中空结构,所述螺杆主体(1)上设有M4的自攻外螺纹(2)和排屑导槽(3),所述排屑导槽(3)为螺旋形结构并且与所述自攻外螺纹(2)均匀分布,所述螺杆主体(1)下端设有自攻尖头(6),所述自攻尖头(6)上设有切除部(7),所述切除部(7)与所述螺杆主体(1)的中空位置相通,所述螺帽(4)上还设有十字槽口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心自攻螺丝,其特征在于:所述十字槽口(8)的深度为5mm,所述自攻尖头(6)的长度为4mm。
