本发明涉及玻璃窗领域,尤其涉及一种无噪音车用玻璃窗。
背景技术
如今的汽车在行驶时由于玻璃窗晃动会产生很大的噪音,有时候会影响到乘客的心情,一般不会发出噪音的玻璃窗为密封行,其不具有透气的功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种无噪音车用玻璃窗。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种无噪音车用玻璃窗,包括一窗体,所述窗体两侧设有挡边,两所述挡边与所述窗体围城一个第一凹槽;
所述窗体内壁上有一隔板,所述隔板位于所述第一凹槽内,所述隔板将所述第一凹槽分成两个第二凹槽;
所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述隔板表面设有一层橡胶层;
所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述隔板表面均开设有若干滑轮槽,所述滑轮槽内安装有滑轮,所述滑轮与所述滑轮槽之间安装有弹簧;
两所述第二凹槽内安装有两玻璃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二凹槽与所述玻璃相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑轮槽与所述滑轮相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种无噪音车用玻璃窗,该玻璃窗可以避免车子行驶时产生的玻璃之间的噪音,为乘客们提供了良好的坐车环境,同时兼顾了透气的功能。

所述窗体1内壁上有一隔板5,所述挡边2的高度和所述橡胶层7的厚度之和与所述隔板5的高度相同,使得该玻璃窗的能见度达到最大。
所述隔板5位于所述第一凹槽3内,所述隔板5将所述第一凹槽3分成两个第二凹槽6,两所述第二凹槽6内安装有两玻璃4,所述第二凹槽6与所述玻璃4相配合,从而起到了固定所述玻璃4的作用。
所述挡边2内壁、所述窗体1和所述隔板5表面设有一层橡胶层7,所述橡胶层7起到了减振缓冲的作用。
所述挡边2内壁、所述窗体1和所述隔板5表面均开设有若干滑轮槽9,所述滑轮槽9内安装有滑轮10,所述滑轮10与所述滑轮槽9之间安装有弹簧8,所述滑轮槽9与所述滑轮10相配合,所述弹簧8使得所述滑轮10始终紧贴所述玻璃4表面,避免其抖动产生噪音,为乘客们提供了良好的坐车环境,两所述玻璃可以左右滑动,同时兼顾了透气的功能。

所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述隔板表面设有一层橡胶层;
所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述隔板表面均开设有若干滑轮槽,所述滑轮槽内安装有滑轮,所述滑轮与所述滑轮槽之间安装有弹簧;
两所述第二凹槽内安装有两玻璃。
