本发明属于纺织面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种降低摩擦静电用纤维油剂。
背景技术
化纤油剂是化纤在纺织过程中,为了消除因摩擦而产生的静电、降低摩擦系数,使纤维具有较好的集束性、平滑性和分纤性,从而使其具有良好的可纺性和后加工性,而必须加入的一种油剂。
现有的合成纤维油剂,由于其构成组分的差异,在纺织领域应用过程中,易出现毛丝、断头等现象,导致卷绕成型差,优品率低,腐蚀现象严重,难以使用涤纶高速纺织的使用要求。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种降低摩擦静电用纤维油剂。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种降低摩擦静电用纤维油剂,每千克油剂含下列组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚50.0-120.0g,苯扎溴铵100.0-180.0g,烷基酚氧乙稀醚 50.0-160.0g,聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐40.0-70.0g,脂肪酸甘油三酯 50.0-70.0g,丁基溶纤剂20.0-40.0g,脂肪酸山梨坦10.0-25.0g,咪唑啉 5.0-10.0g,其余为矿物油。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明的每千克油剂含下列组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚60.0-100.0g,苯扎溴铵120.0-160.0g,烷基酚氧乙稀醚 80.0-120.0g,聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐55.0-65.0g,脂肪酸甘油三酯 55.0-68.0g,丁基溶纤剂25.0-35.0g,脂肪酸山梨坦15.0-20.0g,咪唑啉 8.0-10.0g,其余为矿物油。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低摩擦静电用纤维油剂,其特征在于:每千克油剂含下列组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚60.0-100.0g,苯扎溴铵120.0-160.0g,烷基酚氧乙稀醚 80.0-120.0g,聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐55.0-65.0g,脂肪酸甘油三酯 55.0-68.0g,丁基溶纤剂25.0-35.0g,脂肪酸山梨坦15.0-20.0g,咪唑啉 8.0-10.0g,其余为矿物油。
