本发明公开了一种多种细旦经丝与短纤交织织物的生产方法,采用多种细旦经丝与短纤制备交织织物,所述细旦经丝包括全消光涤纶丝与阳离子涤纶丝,且全消光涤纶丝与阳离子涤纶丝旦数相同;生产中阳离子涤纶丝用食用染料亮蓝在浆丝车上浆液着色,喷气织机织成坯布检验不易发现,在喷织上机及落第一个布采用碳酸钠高温退浆,退色,再对阳离子涤纶丝采用阳离子染料染色,使之形成套染效果,色彩丰富。本发明多种细旦经丝与短纤交织织物的生产方法,织物经向全消光,细旦涤纶手感柔软有骨感,纬向为天丝或天丝/棉,吸湿透气,有真丝及纯棉的质感。

背景技术
近年来,经向多种细旦经丝交织面料市场前景较好,但经向一“直条”织疵难点是众多厂家难以解决的瓶颈,坯布不易发现,染色后出现造成降等坯布较多,另外织轴“边绞”影响产品质量及喷气织造效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多种细旦经丝与短纤交织织物的生产方法,织物经向全消光,细旦涤纶手感柔软有骨感,纬向为天丝或天丝/棉,吸湿透气,有真丝及纯棉的质感。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种多种细旦经丝与短纤交织织物的生产方法,采用多种细旦经丝与短纤制备交织织物,所述细旦经丝包括全消光涤纶丝与阳离子涤纶丝,且全消光涤纶丝与阳离子涤纶丝旦数相同;生产中阳离子涤纶丝用食用染料亮蓝在浆丝车上浆液着色,喷气织机织成坯布检验不易发现,在喷织上机及落第一个布采用碳酸钠高温退浆,退色,再对阳离子涤纶丝采用阳离子染料染色,使之形成套染效果,色彩丰富。
优选的,上述多种细旦经丝与短纤交织织物的生产方法,使辅喷电磁阀芯完好,正常运转不漏气;辅喷嘴高度、角度一致;辅喷嘴开度适当缩短;织口板高度左中右保持一致;综框高度适当调高;开口时间适当延迟。

本发明具有如下特点:
1)使辅喷电磁阀芯完好,正常运转不漏气;辅喷嘴高度、角度一致;辅喷嘴开度适当缩短;织口板高度左中右保持一致;综框高度适当调高;开口时间适当延迟。
2)通过退浆退色染色查错;因经向几种原料:全消光涤纶丝与阳离子涤纶丝旦数相同,为防止各工序穿错,生产中涤纶阳离子丝用食用染料“亮蓝”在浆丝车上浆液着色,喷气织机织成坯布检验不易发现,在喷织上机及落第一个布采用碳酸钠高温退浆,退色,再对涤纶阳离子丝采用阳离子染料染色,使之形成独特的套染效果,具有色彩丰富。
