现有的风量调节阀轴盖,普遍存在机械性能差,不易加工等问题。所以,从材料着手来解决上述问题是行之有效的办法之一。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种配比精确,易加工,产品机械性能优异的新型风量调节阀轴盖材料。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型风量调节阀轴盖材料,按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)铁 50-65份;
(2)铜 15-30份;
(3)锰 10-20份;
(4)氧化钛 5-8份;
(5)镁 5-8份;
(6)磷 1-2份;
(7)硅 1-2份;
(8)SiCp 0.2-0.3份;
(9)Fe3Al/WS2复合材料 0.2-0.3份;
(10)VCp/Fe复合材料 0.2-0.3份。
按重量份数计,它包括,

(10)VCp/Fe复合材料 0.21份。
本发明通过精确的材料配比,使制造出的产品机械性能优异,同时制备过程简单,加工成本低,符合实际使用要求。
