技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型风量调节阀紧定螺钉材料,按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)铁 55-65份;
(2)铜 20-30份;
(3)锰 10-15份;
(4)磷 3-4份;
(5)碳化硅 1-2份;
(6)二氧化锌 1-2份;
(7)钼 1-2份;
(8)TiAl 0.4-0.6份。
按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)铁 61份;

(4)磷 3.6份;
(5)碳化硅 1.3份;
(6)二氧化锌 1.2份;
(7)钼 1.1份;
(8)TiAl 0.5份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的材料配比,使制造出的产品机械性能优异,同时制备过程简单,加工成本低,符合实际使用要求。

(6)二氧化锌 1.2份;
(7)钼 1.1份;
(8)TiAl 0.5份。
本发明通过精确的材料配比,使制造出的产品机械性能优异,同时制备过程简单,加工成本低,符合实际使用要求。

(8)TiAl 0.4-0.6份。
