本发明属于燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:溴化1‑辛基‑3‑甲基咪唑10~25份,甲基异丁基酮5~15份,助燃剂3~11份,聚氧乙基甘油醚2~9份,羧甲基纤维素2~8份,甲基环戊二烯2~7份,甲基叔丁基醚1~8份,三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚1~7份,乙酸乙酯1~5份,润滑剂1~6份。本发明的车用燃料油添加剂有效提高燃料的动力和辛烷值,提高汽油贮存稳定性,提高燃料的燃烧性能和燃烧效率,节能减排。

车用燃料油添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种车用燃料油添加剂。
背景技术
目前,机动车辆尾气排放已成为世界各大城市的主要污染源。相比汽油车,汽油车对环境的污染更为严重,而越来越多的车辆及各种内燃机使用的燃油都是汽油。汽油是碳原子数C10-C22之间的碳氢化合物,由于含碳量高,燃烧过程中仅仅依靠空气中的氧作为助燃剂并不能使之完全燃烧,因而冒出大量黑烟,造成油耗增加,浪费资源并对环境有很大的污染。
为了提高汽油的燃烧效率,市面上推出多种燃油添加剂,但现有的燃油添加剂有些虽能在一定程度上改善汽油在内燃机中的燃烧性能,但会造成内燃机生锈、积碳严重,大大降低内燃机的正常运行,且同样污染环境;有些虽能减少环境污染,但却并不能很好的提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率,造成油耗增加;有些即便能提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率并对环境污染有所改善,但效果也并不是很理想,且使用的原料成本较高、制作工艺较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供车用燃料油添加剂,其有效提高燃料的动力和辛烷值,提高汽油贮存稳定性,提高燃料的燃烧性能和燃烧效率,节能减排。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
本发明所述的助燃剂为5~15重量份甲基异丁基酮、5~15重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和20~30重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。助燃剂能促使汽油燃料迅速、完全地燃烧,从而降低油耗、减少燃烧室内的积炭和顶部活塞环的结焦,还能够提高热效率,降低烟度,减少颗粒物排放。
本发明所述的润滑剂为10~20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、15~25重量份甲基硅油和5~15重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。所述润滑剂避免发动机出现磨损和损坏,延长发动机的寿命,且能够较为有效的降低硫含量,同时使二氧化硫的排放量减少2/5左右。

优选地,本发明所述的润滑剂为15重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、20重量份甲基硅油和10重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在实际应用中,本发明添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.2%~0.7%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑和二甲基乙酰胺可有效清除喷嘴积碳,确保良好的雾化性能,并保持发动机性能以及排放水平,避免喷嘴部分或完全堵塞,导致压力增长、延迟燃烧、发动机噪音增大、污染物排放恶化以及油耗增加。
2、本发明的聚氧乙基甘油醚和羧甲基纤维素能使不溶性物质在汽油中保持分散悬浮状态,以免在发动机的关键部位行成漆状沉积物,同时也能保证燃烧性能良好,降低排气量,减少污染,其中聚氧乙基甘油醚还具有乳化作用,可以提高燃烧性能、降低燃料消耗、减少尾气及改善烟气污染状况。
3、本发明的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基叔丁基醚能够有效提高燃料的辛烷值,提高燃料的抗爆指数,防止汽缸中的爆震现象,减少能耗,还有利于减排,还起到了减少喷嘴积碳和助燃的作用,加强保洁,节省汽油。
4、本发明的三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚和乙酸乙酯与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了腐蚀物质与金属件的接触,达到抑制腐蚀的目的,保护发动机燃料系统,延长使用期。经试验,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。
5、本发明原料的协同作用,还起到助溶的作用,防止汽油储存分层,还能提高汽油的低温性能,改善燃料冷启动问题,提高动力,同时还有效解决橡胶溶胀问题。经试验,本发明的添加剂能够显著提高汽油的贮存稳定性,使汽油贮存至少20个月不出现分层和沉淀物。
6、掺有本发明的添加剂的汽油用于汽油机上测试结果表明:汽油的燃烧值提高1800~3000千卡/kg,节油率为12~20%,辛烷值提高8~16个单位,HC排放量降低25%~485%,CO降低38%~45%,NOx降低40%~55%,PM降低40%~60%,烟度降低25%~35%。

实施例1
车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):
上述的助燃剂为5重量份甲基异丁基酮、5重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和30重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为10重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、25重量份甲基硅油和5重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在汽油燃料配制时,所述添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.2%。
实施例2
车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):
上述的助燃剂为8重量份甲基异丁基酮、7重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和27重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为12重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、23重量份甲基硅油和8重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在汽油燃料配制时,所述添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.3%。
实施例3
车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):
上述的助燃剂为10重量份甲基异丁基酮、10重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和25重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为15重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、20重量份甲基硅油和10重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在汽油燃料配制时,所述添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.4%。
实施例4
车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):
上述的助燃剂为12重量份甲基异丁基酮、13重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和22重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为18重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、17重量份甲基硅油和12重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在汽油燃料配制时,所述添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.5%。
实施例5
车用燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成(常温混合均匀即可):
上述的助燃剂为15重量份甲基异丁基酮、15重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和20重量份3-羟基苯甲酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、15重量份甲基硅油和15重量份亚磷酸二正丁酯的混合物。
在汽油燃料配制时,所述添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.7%。
