本发明公开了一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1,原料配比;S2,原料的混合;S3,产品检测;S4,产品过滤包装。本发明所生产的包盒胶不含苯,甲苯等及其它的有机溶剂,符合当前国际上最新的环保标准,完全满足食品,药品包装的各项最严格的要求,生产工艺简单,生产过程无需加热,有效降低生产能耗,减少碳排放,并无废水废气的排放,让环境更美好,从源头上做到节能减排。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶水生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺。
背景技术
胶水是生产生活中常用的一种粘合用品,目前市场上已有的包盒胶包括1,油性万能胶和油性喷胶,此类产品是由大量的如苯、甲笨及二甲苯,甚至二氯乙烷等有毒有害的或对环境非常不友好的有机溶剂制成,对人体健康和空气环境带来极大的伤害,是已经受我国和国际社会众多组织都禁止使用的有毒有害,易燃易爆,对运输和储存都有很严格的规定的化学危险品;2,油、水混合型胶水,此类产品虽然已经使用了部分水作为溶剂,但仍然还含有部分的有机溶剂,现在使用的企业比较多,是市场上的主流产品,但其VOC的排放已经不能达到现在的环保标准,尤其不能使用在食品、药品的包装当中;3,果冻胶(热熔胶类),此类产品虽然已经解决了VOC排放和快速固化的问题,但它必须要使用特有的容器通过加热溶解的方式才能使用,能耗比较高,使用不方便,而且产品的耐候性和耐老化性能不佳,环境变化(温度过高或过低)时容易造成包装后期起泡,甚至开裂等不稳定现象。由于施胶量较大也增加包装的重量导致用胶成本和包装运输成本的上升,所以一种更加环保实用性较高的包盒胶的出现是很有必要的。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺。
本发明提出的一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,原料配比:原料的种类及含量为:聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液:30%~80%,核壳自交联乳液:30%~80%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯:1%~5%,聚乙二醇:0.3%~1%,润湿流平剂:0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂:0.25%~0.1%,防腐剂:0.5%~1%,增稠剂:适量;
S2,原料的混合:首先将聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液加入到搅拌容器内进行搅拌,然后依次将二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚乙二醇、润湿流平剂、润湿流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂加入到搅拌容器内搅拌;
S3,产品检测:搅拌完成后首先检测产品的外观然后检测产品的粘度,根据粘度添加稠剂,其次检查产品的PH值,最后检查产品的固含量;
S4,产品过滤包装:检验合格后的产品用过滤袋过滤出料然后包装保存。
优选地,所述S3中提到的产品的粘度为1100~1600mpa.s,PH值为5-7,固含量为54%-58%。
优选地,所述S4中提到的过滤袋为200目过滤袋。
优选地,所述S2中提高的搅拌工作,聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液的搅拌时间为30min,其他原料加入后的搅拌时间为2小时。
优选地,制作生产时所用的溶剂为水。
本发明中,本发明提供的全水性包盒胶,不含任何有机溶剂全部以水为溶剂,以高分子聚合物,水基树脂等为主要原料配制而成的全水性包盒胶面市,充分解决新形势下对环保包装用胶的需求,该产品具有不含苯,甲苯等及其它的有机溶剂,符合当前国际上最新的环保标准,完全满足食品,药品包装的各项最严格的要求且无毒,无腐蚀,不易燃,不易爆,不属化学危险品范围,对运输和仓库都没有严格的要求,生产工艺简单,生产过程无需加热,有效降低生产能耗,减少碳排放,并无废水废气的排放,让环境更美好,从源头上做到节能减排,使用范围广,可用于BOPP/纸板、磨光纸/纸板、PET/纸板,油墨纸/纸板、UV上光纸/纸板、卡纸/塑料、甚至珠光纸/塑料盒等包装盒的包合及塔边等工艺,具有自然固化速度快,施胶后5-10秒即可粘接,无需加热设备,为用户节能降耗。同时也可以调整开放时间可长达30分钟,由于其超低的VOC排放和使用后对机器及包装盒的简单清洗,为用户减低了空气和水的污染物排放,让用户的使用车间和厂区空气更加清新,减少员工职业病的危害,除了自身有防霉功能外,还引入了特殊功能的材料,能在固化过程中通过水分挥发带动胶内的功能份子分布在盒内的空间当中,从而起到盒内物件的防霉功效,减少了盒内放置防潮珠的成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,原料配比:原料的种类及含量为:聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液:30%~80%,核壳自交联乳液:30%~80%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯:1%~5%,聚乙二醇:0.3%~1%,润湿流平剂:0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂:0.25%~0.1%,防腐剂:0.5%~1%,增稠剂:适量;
S2,原料的混合:首先将聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液加入到搅拌容器内进行搅拌,然后依次将二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚乙二醇、润湿流平剂、润湿流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂加入到搅拌容器内搅拌;
S3,产品检测:搅拌完成后首先检测产品的外观然后检测产品的粘度,根据粘度添加稠剂,其次检查产品的PH值,最后检查产品的固含量;
S4,产品过滤包装:检验合格后的产品用过滤袋过滤出料然后包装保存。
优选地,所述S3中提到的产品的粘度为1100~1600mpa.s,PH值为5-7,固含量为54%-58%。
所述S4中提到的过滤袋为200目过滤袋。所述S2中提高的搅拌工作,聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液的搅拌时间为30min,其他原料加入后的搅拌时间为2小时。制作生产时所用的溶剂为水。

S1,原料配比:原料的种类及含量为:聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液:30%~80%,核壳自交联乳液:30%~80%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯:1%~5%,聚乙二醇:0.3%~1%,润湿流平剂:0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂:0.25%~0.1%,防腐剂:0.5%~1%,增稠剂:适量;
S2,原料的混合:首先将聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液加入到搅拌容器内进行搅拌,然后依次将二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚乙二醇、润湿流平剂、润湿流平剂、消泡剂、防腐剂加入到搅拌容器内搅拌;
S3,产品检测:搅拌完成后首先检测产品的外观然后检测产品的粘度,根据粘度添加稠剂,其次检查产品的PH值,最后检查产品的固含量;
S4,产品过滤包装:检验合格后的产品用过滤袋过滤出料然后包装保存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中提到的产品的粘度为1100~1600mpa.s,PH值为5-7,固含量为54%-58%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中提到的过滤袋为200目过滤袋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全水性包盒胶生产工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中提高的搅拌工作,聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液和核壳自交联乳液的搅拌时间为30min,其他原料加入后的搅拌时间为2小时。
