本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:含氯醇酸树脂36‑40份、硝化棉7.5‑8.5份、硼砂8.2‑9.6份、氧化锌2.4‑3.5份、海藻泥1.4‑1.8份、铜粉6‑9份、凝固胶2‑4份、亚麻油 0.5‑0.9份、阿维菌素2.4‑3.4份、棕榈油精酯4.3‑5.5份,本发明以阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯为辅料,作为抗海洋微生物的辅料,配方比例合理,该油漆不会脱落、不会出现裂纹,采用的原料多为有机原料绿色、节能、安全对人无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰油漆领域,具体属于一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆。
背景技术
船舶防腐所用到的防腐油漆概况船舰是长期处于海洋环境中,海水对金属的腐蚀要比陆上厉害的多,若不采取保护措施,其腐蚀速度是很快的。船舶漆是船舰上的专用油漆,用来保护船只、舰艇、海上石油钻采平台、码头钢桩及海上钢铁结构等不受海水腐蚀。海洋与陆上自然条件不同,海洋有盐雾,带有微碱性的海水和强烈的紫外线等。船舶的船底部位,长期浸于水中,遭受海水的电化学腐蚀。在海洋中还有多种多样的海洋附着生物,它们会在船底上附着,影响船只航速,增加燃料消耗。
对于耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,市场上品种很少,但是都具有价格昂贵、环保性能差等缺点,各种性能指标不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,以阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯为辅料,作为抗海洋微生物的辅料,配方比例合理,该油漆不会脱落、不会出现裂纹,采用的原料多为有机原料绿色、节能、安全对人无害。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:含氯醇酸树脂36-40份、硝化棉7.5-8.5份、硼砂8.2-9.6份、氧化锌2.4-3.5份、海藻泥1.4-1.8份、铜粉6-9份、凝固胶2-4份、亚麻油 0.5-0.9份、阿维菌素2.4-3.4份、棕榈油精酯4.3-5.5份、有机颜料1.5-2份、水泥5.5-7.5份、有机硅3-5份、水28-30份;其具体制备方法如下:将凝固胶、亚麻油、阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯、有机颜料、水泥和适量的水加入高速混合机中,混合后的浆料进行恒压和降压处理阶段,恒压压力、时间为1.2~1.4h、1.1MPa~1.2 MPa,降压阶段,1.2MPa~常压,降压时间为0.4~0.5h,然后将处理过的浆料与剩余物料进行充分混合,最后制得成品油漆。
所述的混合后的浆料进行恒压和降压处理阶段,恒压压力、时间为1.3h、1.15MPa,降压阶段,1.2MPa~常压,降压时间为0.45h,然后将处理过的浆料与剩余物料进行充分混合,最后制得成品油漆。
本发明以阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯为辅料,作为抗海洋微生物的辅料,配方比例合理,该油漆不会脱落、不会出现裂纹,采用的原料多为有机原料绿色、节能、安全对人无害。
本发明的油漆性能测试如下:
吸水率 0.07kg/m2 h
透气阻力,Sd-值 0.032m
附着力 4.5N/mm2
耐微生物性,3-4年后无海洋微生物附着
湿擦洗,28天 >11000次
漆膜厚度,0-2000μm 不开裂。
具体实施方式
一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:含氯醇酸树脂38份、硝化棉8份、硼砂8.9份、氧化锌3份、海藻泥1.6份、铜粉7.5份、凝固胶3份、亚麻油 0.7份、阿维菌素3份、棕榈油精酯4.9份、有机颜料1.8份、水泥6.5份、有机硅4份、水29份;其具体制备方法如下:将凝固胶、亚麻油、阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯、有机颜料、水泥和适量的水加入高速混合机中,混合后的浆料进行恒压和降压处理阶段,恒压压力、时间为1.3h、1.15MPa,降压阶段,1.2MPa~常压,降压时间为0.45h,然后将处理过的浆料与剩余物料进行充分混合,最后制得成品油漆。

1. 一种耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,按重量份计,其特征在于,由以下各原料组成:含氯醇酸树脂36-40份、硝化棉7.5-8.5份、硼砂8.2-9.6份、氧化锌2.4-3.5份、海藻泥1.4-1.8份、铜粉6-9份、凝固胶2-4份、亚麻油 0.5-0.9份、阿维菌素2.4-3.4份、棕榈油精酯4.3-5.5份、有机颜料1.5-2份、水泥5.5-7.5份、有机硅3-5份、水28-30份;其具体制备方法如下:将凝固胶、亚麻油、阿维菌素、棕榈油精酯、有机颜料、水泥和适量的水加入高速混合机中,混合后的浆料进行恒压和降压处理阶段,恒压压力、时间为1.2~1.4h、1.1MPa~1.2 MPa,降压阶段,1.2MPa~常压,降压时间为0.4~0.5h,然后将处理过的浆料与剩余物料进行充分混合,最后制得成品油漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀海船水线油漆,其特征在于,混合后的浆料进行恒压和降压处理阶段,恒压压力、时间为1.3h、1.15MPa,降压阶段,1.2MPa~常压,降压时间为0.45h,然后将处理过的浆料与剩余物料进行充分混合,最后制得成品油漆。
