(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸锌、纳米氧化锌、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺、十溴二苯乙烷、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基硅油、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷、甲位己基桂醛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(1)将所述质量份数的松香树脂、乙丙橡胶、乙烯基树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、六甲基磷酰三胺、偏氯乙烯、四氯化碳、土耳其油、乌洛托品、小檗碱、熊果甘、乙酰螺旋霉素、乳酸钠、三氧化二钒粉末、三氧化钼粉末、石膏粉、多菌灵、石英砂粉末、松香粉、炭黑予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸锌、纳米氧化锌、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺、十溴二苯乙烷、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基硅油、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷、甲位己基桂醛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的金融财务会计票据资料抗菌阻燃处理剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:松香树脂18份、乙丙橡胶16份、乙烯基树脂16份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液14份、六甲基磷酰三胺16份、偏氯乙烯16份、四氯化碳14份、土耳其油16份、乌洛托品16份、小檗碱14份、熊果甘14份、乙酰螺旋霉素14份、乳酸钠16份、三氧化二钒粉末14份、三氧化钼粉末12份、石膏粉16份、多菌灵14份、石英砂粉末12份、松香粉14份、炭黑12份、磷酸锌12份、纳米氧化锌14份、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺14份、十溴二苯乙烷14份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯14份、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯14份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷14份、甲基硅油14份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷14份、甲位己基桂醛12份。

(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸锌、纳米氧化锌、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺、十溴二苯乙烷、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基硅油、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷、甲位己基桂醛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的金融财务会计票据资料抗菌阻燃处理剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:松香树脂20份、乙丙橡胶18份、乙烯基树脂18份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液16份、六甲基磷酰三胺18份、偏氯乙烯18份、四氯化碳16份、土耳其油18份、乌洛托品18份、小檗碱16份、熊果甘16份、乙酰螺旋霉素16份、乳酸钠18份、三氧化二钒粉末16份、三氧化钼粉末14份、石膏粉18份、多菌灵16份、石英砂粉末14份、松香粉16份、炭黑14份、磷酸锌14份、纳米氧化锌16份、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺16份、十溴二苯乙烷16份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯16份、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯16份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷16份、甲基硅油16份、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷16份、甲位己基桂醛14份。
上述金融财务会计票据资料抗菌阻燃处理剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的松香树脂、乙丙橡胶、乙烯基树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、六甲基磷酰三胺、偏氯乙烯、四氯化碳、土耳其油、乌洛托品、小檗碱、熊果甘、乙酰螺旋霉素、乳酸钠、三氧化二钒粉末、三氧化钼粉末、石膏粉、多菌灵、石英砂粉末、松香粉、炭黑予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸锌、纳米氧化锌、聚苯并咪唑酰亚胺、十溴二苯乙烷、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基硅油、甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷、甲位己基桂醛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。
